HONET 2023 AUA MEDICAL SCHOOL REVIEW

2023.06.06 02:48 Southern_Barber7397 HONET 2023 AUA MEDICAL SCHOOL REVIEW

Hey, fellow future medical professionals!
I wanted to share my honest thoughts and experiences about AUA Medical School and the island it's located on. As a current Med 3 student, I feel it's important to shed some light on certain aspects that you should consider before making your decision. So, here goes:
🚩 Accreditation Loss: AUA recently lost its NBME accreditation due to a cheating scandal, which is a major concern. It's crucial to understand the impact this might have on your education and future career prospects. There were rumors that staff members were also involved in the cheating.
šŸ’ø Tuition Hikes: Brace yourself for increased tuition fees in the upcoming semester. The school claims it's to provide a raise for the staff, but many students, including myself, disagree with this decision. It's disheartening to see our hard-earned money being drained for questionable reasons.
šŸ’° Financial Strain: Living on the island can be financially challenging. Rent and utilities are paid in USD, despite being on the island itself. This means inflated costs for necessities like electricity and water. I shared an apartment with two roommates and we each paid around $300 USD per month for just electricity and $800 USD for water, which is unjustifiably high.
šŸš– Transportation Woes: Be prepared to shell out a hefty amount for transportation. Taxi drivers charge exorbitant fares ranging from $12-30 USD for a one-way trip to the school. Renting a car is no different, with prices ranging from $466-550 USD. Finding affordable options for transportation can be a real struggle.
šŸ¢ Housing Challenges: Finding suitable accommodation within a reasonable budget is another hurdle. The rental prices start at a minimum of $850 per month, and even at that price, you're likely to end up with an old, run-down apartment. If you want something newer and more comfortable, be prepared to fork out around $1,200 per month.
I could go on, but the bottom line is that there are significant flaws with both the school and the island. It's important to weigh the pros and cons before making your decision.
However, it's essential to note that this is just my personal experience, and others may have had different encounters. So, make sure to gather as much information as possible, talk to current and former students, and consider your priorities and aspirations.
Wishing you all the best in your journey towards becoming exceptional medical professionals! 🌟🩺

2023.06.06 02:14 Parklane390 Michigan Lease Options

Hey everyone. I'm probably totally screwed but I figured I'd reach out anyway. My girlfriend and I broke up after living together for the past couple years. Well we lived in an expensive apartment which she can afford no problem but me not so much. She makes twice what I make. To make a long story short, I moved out and in with a friend of mine. I was going to pay the $250 fee to get taken off the lease for the last two months and then she could decide what to do with the apartment. Well she decided she doesn't want it but she also wants me to pay half the rent for the final month. I don't have it. . I'm already splitting rent somewhere else and I'm stretched severely thin. I tried reasoning with her but she won't budge. She said she'd take me to court for the almost $800 if I don't pay up. I talked to the landlord office but they can't take me off the lease without her signature regardless of her income. Do I have any options at all?
Edit: The lease is in both of our names.

2023.06.06 01:39 alec1278 LMM misfire at idle

Looking for some direction on a weird issue I’ve been having. I have an LMM duramax, 2007.5 model. This truck can sit a lot, sometimes for a day and sometimes for a week before it’s started again. When I start it, it’ll start right up and run fantastic at around 720rpm (viewed with mini max tuner) then it will go into some sort of high idle mode (not the turbo doing it’s thing) and idle to around 800 RPM, as soon as it makes the switch to start the high idle, the truck will misfire pretty good and you can feel it in the cab and hear it. It does NOT throw a code though. No check engine lights whatsoever. Sometimes it smooths out during the high idle and sometimes it will do it until the high idle is done doing its thing, pretty much always under 30 seconds as it’s warm here. Fuel rail pressure is pretty stable too during this time, no crazy dips or spikes. Otherwise, this truck runs great. Seems to have great power. It does have an almost new fuel filter. I checked the primer before starting it today and it was pretty firm, I could push it but with force, sitting for a day otherwise. I’ve done a fair amount of searching but haven’t had anything exactly like my issues. If anyone could shed some knowledge on this or if they know some common fixes to this that would be fantastic. Thanks!

2023.06.05 21:45 a-i-sa-san Alliant signature visa

Hi!
I want that sweet-looking Alliant signature visa credit card.
It is just a long-term thought right now, but that is just the thing - I am totally patient with this kind of stuff haha. I don't particularly need more credit right now, but I would like better credit/trade up eventually/when it makes sense.
I was an authorized user on an Amex card for about 3 years, then about 2 years ago I took out my own Chase Freedom flex. It has a pristine history, no missed payments and almost-always low utilization reported (but I use the thing for everything, I kind of just treat it like a debit card). There was a little miscommunication between me and the person who the account belongs to and I was removed as an AU a few months ago.
My Chase card, interestingly (probably on account of a private client situation, my Chase checking account that I do not use is linked to a much more active and higher balance account) went from a $800 limit to a $10,800 limit unexpectedly a few months ago.
I am just a college student now, but graduating in December in computer science with an offer lined up for about $70,000 total compensation.
I meet all the requirements for the 2.5% back and my score is hovering around 775/780. I think the issue is just a small history, plus I have only had credit cards on my report - no loans of any kind.
I guess I am unsure how to proceed. Ideally I would make this a long term goal, but I am not sure at all what my report should look like before I apply if I want to get approved (and also I would rather not apply and get dinged for a hard pull just to get a denial, in case they do a hard pull).
Could someone shed some light on how things stand for me? Thank you so much !

Which 2TB surface studio laptop should I buy? Business vs Consumer.
3050 Ti - Brand new from Microsoft (could add a warranty)
A2000 used with a 3 year warranty remaining. One year old.
What’s the difference between them? Is the A2000 a better deal? It’s a few hundred cheaper actually (but it’s used).

2023.06.05 09:30 Vegetable-Wedding-70 Fair Warning on "Physics of the Apocalypse"

Disclaimer: This is not a review, nor a take on the quality of any aspect of it.
This is a fairly long book. About 800 pages on my tablet. I didnt drop it until 90% completion.
Why did i do that ? Because, at the 90% mark, there is a conversation between MC and an entity from the system faction. A conversation, that should shed some light on the who is who of the greater powers. But its not in the book. There is just a notice, telling you its redacted and that it is not essential for the story at large. Then, if you want to read it, you will have to follow a link and sign up for their newsletter.
In my eyes, this is unacceptable. Consider yourself warned, if you are on the same opinion. If this is something that doesnt matter to you, its pretty standard system apocalypse stuff with interesting powers on 2 of the 3 MCs and a bogus take on physics.

Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.
Unable to boot into Windows 11 or Windows 11 installation USB after upgrading from Intel 12th-gen (12100) to 13th-gen (13600K) processor.
After swapping to the Intel 13th-gen CPU, the computer POSTS successfully and the BIOS shows the latest BIOS version installed.
After selecting the option to boot from Windows or the Windows installation media, I get a screen with the Asus logo. The computer continues displaying this screen for over 30 minutes until I force the power off. No response to keyboard input.
With the Intel 12th-gen CPU installed, this initial screen clears successfully and I am loaded into either Windows 11 account sign in or the Windows 11 installer dialog process, depending on whichever I choose from the boot menu.
List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.
I verified both the memory and CPU installed are on the QVL list for the Asus motherboard I am using.
In the BIOS, I have loaded default settings then disabled:
With the Intel 12th-gen CPU installed, I:
  1. Installed the latest BIOS from the Asus website.
  2. Installed all driver and ME updates recommended by Asus Armory Crate software.
  3. Installed all Windows updates.
  4. Ran memtest86, all tests passed.
With the Intel 13th-gen CPU installed, I:
  1. Verified CPU temp an MB temp are stable 30-40C
  2. Verified CPU voltage is stable (in BIOS) around 1.420 V

2023.06.05 00:59 totallytoless242 I’m a Single Mom, so I Get to Run an Illegal AirBnB - Bad Neighbor Chronicles

Now that the Tish saga is done, it's time to move on to our landlord's retribution. This is a long one because I don't want to divide the story. TL;DR at the end.
Hubby and I lived in this apartment complex from 2016-2019. Until 2018, the apartment next to Tish's was rented by a Dominican couple who (apart from the Colosseum they erected in their living room every weekend for televised boxing matches) were very nice. So, Hubby and I were kind of bummed when the couple decided that they'd had enough of our complex. They came home one day to find at their doorstep a big-ass rat the size of a cat snacking merrily on some KFC bones that had dropped from Tish's garbage can. I would also argue that the couple probably found it hard to sleep with Tish's headboard slapping against their bedroom wall all weekend long (cue Vybez Kartel & Spice).
We were further disappointed when we realized they were being replaced by a mother and her two daughters. It's not that I don't like kids. I just that Jay wasn't exactly a model for confidence.
The family was quiet and timid, but it was clear they had problems. Big problems. According to what Tina would tell me in "casual" conversations in the laundry room, she had once sat upon her parents’ very high pedestal and - by her own account - had been violently shoved from that pedestal when she found herself pregnant with her first daughter. She'd tried to climb another very high pedestal and managed to stay there long enough to marry and have her second child, but "the cheating dog" had kicked Tina from the apex of prosperity to the pits of impoverishment once more. Heavy shit for laundry room talk.
But, it was hard to sympathize with Tina. The girls, unfortunately, seemed to understand all too well that they were Tina’s ā€œburdenā€. The teenager (Mel) was ferrety and surly - which some would say is normal for a 15yo - but do 15yos spank their own sisters? Not fight - spank. As a parent would. And the 8yo, while sweet, tore through boundaries like acrylic nails through cheap toilet paper.
Tish immediately hated Tina because there was only enough room in this complex for one shit show at a time. Every time I saw Tish and Tina pass one another around the complex, the air would grow cold and the birds would flee to the West.
But, Tish and Jay left not long after Tina and her girls moved in. If y’all are looking for the catfight of the century, I am so sorry, but I must disappoint you. Jay's father returned from graduate school and got primary custody of Jay. That meant Tish was no longer entitled to child support, and she couldn't afford the apartment anymore. Hubby and I sacrificed a goat to the Most High in gratitude.
But then a few weeks after Tish and Jay left, Hubby and I noticed strange noises coming from the apartment upstairs. It should have been empty, but we heard chairs dragging against the floor at all hours of the evening. I called our landlord and asked if anyone had moved in, but she told us, "No."
"But there is someone upstairs," I told her. She dismissed me. Said there was no one up there.
Then why, only a few nights after that, was the security gate to Tish's old apartment open? And why were the lights on?
I called our landlord, but our landlord told me to take it easy, which was nice speak for "Leave me alone, you paranoid dumbfuck.ā€
Well, Hubby was sure some hobo was shacking up in Tish’s old apartment, which was highly likely considering where we lived. Our former apartment complex rests within one of the only remaining residential nooks in a fast-growing bacchanal city. On the street to the north is a string of touristy restaurants. On the street to the south is the sleaziest bar in five miles, and on the street to the right was a brothel masquerading as an AirBnB. It never once crossed my mind that the girls in 6-inch heels, batty riders, and lashes out to Wednesday walking up and down the road at 1:00 a.m. might were ā€œworkingā€ā€¦
Anyway, Hubby decided to go check on the apartment upstairs, and lo - the security gate and front door were both unlocked. Hubby figured Tish or our landlord must have left the doors open by accident, which allowed whoever the hell it was dragging chairs over our heads to enter the vacant apartment. I passed this knowledge on to our landlord, who assured me that she’d send a locksmith to change the locks.
It was an evening after the locksmith changed the locks that Hubby and I came home late to find ourselves face-to-face with the intruder upstairs. At the door to Tish’s old apartment was Mel. With her was a man who, though young, was clearly older than Mel, picking at the security gate lock.
When Mel saw us, she jumped so high she nearly took down some shingles from the roof. The young man, however, bid us a very cordial good evening. Then, he finished picking the locks to the doors and entered the apartment. Yes, my dear people. Mel had broken into the apartment upstairs and set up camp.
You better believe I called my landlord and told her about what we’d just seen. She was shocked. Was I sure that’s who I’d seen breaking into the apartment? Mel was such a mannerly, mature young woman. It must have been someone else! I guess I wasn't just a paranoid dumbfuck, but a blind one as well.
Anyway, a few days later, Mel and Tina started moving furniture into Tina’s apartment. They didn't say anything to us when they saw us. I wondered if I was the bad guy, but Hubby said no: I should call our landlord and report.
"Oh, don't worry about that. I told Tina that Mel could camp out there for a while."
What?
Well, friends, what happened was that our landlord called Tina to confront her about Mel breaking into the apartment. But then Tina told our landlord about her recent fall from grace and then lamented about the horrors of parenting a teenager all alone in a one-bedroom apartment. She cried so much that our landlord decided to make a deal. For $200 a month, Tina could rent the empty apartment for Mel under the condition that when a new tenant was found Mel would move out.
Okay, fine, I thought. If that's how you want to run your apartments, that's up to you. I'll stay out of your business next time.
And that's just what I did when I came home from work one day to find an American couple dressed in bathing suits trying to open the gate to the complex.
And I continued to do so the week after that when Hubby saw Mel cleaning the apartment while three Australian ladies grilled by the complex pool.
But, one night when a hooker knocked on our door, I'd had enough.
At first, I tried to give Tina and Mel the benefit of the doubt. Maybe this was something they had worked out with the landlord. Maybe this was actually the landlord playing her hand at AirBnB. So, I worded my texts carefully. Asked our landlord if she'd found a new tenant, since we'd seen some new people in the complex. If she'd been trying out short-term renting since so we noticed so many tourists roaming the complex. If she knew that there were strange people coming in and out every week. No reply.
Turns out we weren't the only tenants concerned - and ignored. Two of our other neighbors had also tried to contact our landlord to tell her about the strange tourists hanging bathing suits all over the fences and ordering "fair" company in the apartment above us. Our landlord, however, never responded to any of us. Didn't even blue tick.
By the time frat boys started renting the apartment, Hubby and I had had enough. We found a new apartment and gave notice. Oddly enough, our landlord got that message as soon as I sent it. She didn't bother asking us why we were moving out, and I didn't push the matter. I didn't even make a fuss when she didn't give us our security deposit back. In my city, it's rare you get that back anyhow.
But then a month later, I got a call from our old landlord. She said she'd assessed the apartment and found no damages, so she had our security deposit ready for us. I mean, money is money, and that was our money, so Hubby and I set a date to meet the landlord at the old place.
Our landlord was oddly chatty when we arrived. At first, we thought she was just excited because she was finally giving the complex a much-needed facelift. But then she started talking about Tina.
[Dramatization below]
Landlord: "Do you remember Tina?"
Hubby looks at me. I look at Hubby. ā€œOf course."
Landlord: "Well, she doesn't live here anymore."
Crickets.
Landlord: "I evicted her."
Quizzical eyebrows.
Landlord: "You won't believe what she was doing."
Side eye-side eye.
Landlord: "Well, she was running an AirBnB! In the apartment right above you!"
Pikachu gasp: "No!"
Apparently, after we left, the landlord came to assess our apartment. When she entered the complex, who did she happen to run into?
A British couple in their bathing suits.
They asked her if she knew where the beach was, and the landlord gave them the directions in exchange for a glimpse at the AirBnB listing they'd contracted.
There it was - Tish's old apartment rented out at $800 a week!!! Take away the $200 a month Tina had arranged to rent the apartment, that was a $3000 profit!
The landlord confronted Tina, and as Tina packed her bags under the close supervision of a police officer, Tina railed on and on about how our landlord was being so cruel to a single mother. How could a fellow woman deny Tina the right to make a living for her girls? No one was using the apartment anyway! She'd sue, she sue for squatter's rights! She was a single mother!!!
So ends the Tina tale, but we have some extra credits. Our landlord realized how lucrative the AirBnB business could be, so she evicted all of the tenants and renovated the complex to open it up for short-term renting. That all came to an end when a 17yo boy drowned in the pool and the family sued the landlord for negligence.
All's well that end's well, eh?
TL;DR: Neighbor breaks into an empty apartment, manages to weasel the landlord into renting it to her for $200/month, and then sublets it on AirBnB for $800 a week!

2023.06.04 17:40 yabitcchh Six months dry boomer post update (long af)

Holy shit guys. I’m coming up on six months of being alcohol free after I ate the boomers that ended my drinking career. I didn’t record the specific date, I just know it was DecembeJanuary sometime. Here’s how it has gone: not drinking was the easiest part, as a few of you said, but growing and recovering has been a huge challenge. Again as a disclosure, drugs are bad, mmmkay? I do not advocate for drug use of any sort, I am just detailing my experiences here.
I’m still absolutely repulsed by even talking about alcohol. It still turns my stomach and gives the pukey sensation in my throat. The cool thing is that I don’t talk about it much at all anymore and I don’t pay attention. I’ve been around friends, family, and acquaintances that are drunk af, sometimes in my house, and I have zero desire to ever try it again. I still don’t care about others drinking around me (people who are stumbling drunk are annoying even if you’re drunk), and the door to open back up my alcohol use still feels like it went through the shredder on ā€œMonsters Incā€. Drinking for me is a bad memory at this point and I love it. It’s been the better part of two decades of wrestling with this demon and I feel like it’s finally gone back to hell where it belongs.
I realized how toxic it made my attitude despite my thinking I was a positive person, but I’m still so extremely over the moon about not drinking and all of the opportunities and absolute freedom in front of me. Either the ā€œpink cloudā€ feeling hasn’t gone away or I’m just still very stoked and haven’t become bitter about not drinking. This is the most free and not oppressed I’ve ever felt. The freedom to go whenever and wherever, the freedom of not needing anything to feel right, not being shackled at the ankle to a substance that only robs you of everything. It is absolutely wonderful and something I haven’t experienced before as an adult. I’ve found new places to go, new experiences to create, and I’ve found out how deeply in love I am with being outside in nature with my family and the peace it brings me. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been and that isn’t a fleeting feeling like getting a new toy when you were a kid. I’ve found true happiness, the kind that lingers even on a bad day. A whole lot of shit hit the fan though that fed the negativity in my brain and I’m working so hard every day to minimize it.
I stopped talking to my best ā€œfriendsā€ of decades. After this time of being absolutely clear headed, it has made me realize that these were people who don’t care about me, but really liked using me and my family, and they became nasty when their miserable buddy (alcoholic me) left the party. I am now not as agreeable or easily manipulated. I’m more selfish with my time and energy and I learned that doesn’t fare well with people who are entrenched in many substances and are unable to also have a growth mindset. Don’t get me wrong; I don’t hate other addicts and I’m not on a high horse. My spouse still has a couple of beers every night, close family members still drink a lot daily and I still have great times and conversations with them. The difference is that the people I’ve kept in my life don’t make it a goal constantly to drag me down. Misery truly does love company and I don’t miss the ones I’ve blocked or the negativity. It’s so easy to fall into a sober dark spiral when you’re used to drinking away your emotions to forget them or to help you get out of a funk. It always does the opposite.
My family and I lost two big business opportunities. This part really sucked as my spouse is being forced out of their career due to major health issues and we did look forward to having these opportunities. We now have to move across the country out and far away of our ā€œforever homeā€ due to health problems and to help aging parents. I have a tremendous amount of work to do on our home that I’ve been chipping away at daily. This all has happened in the last couple of months. The large INITIAL disappointments have been relentless. The key is to look beyond the disappointments and find the silver lining.
You might ask why I included that information; I don’t think I could’ve survived the constant stress of all of this had I still been hitting the bottle. I honestly don’t even know if all of these opportunities would have been presented had I still been drinking, since it killed my motivation to do literally anything. All of that stress really sounds like an excuse and a permission slip for former me to make my drinking worse somehow. The thing that has been most difficult to do on my own though, is to NOT focus on the negative, which I have almost always done. I really do think that drinking and the whole alcoholic lifestyle LOVES and thrives on negativity. And it has taken a lot of training and practice inside of my brain to not do it constantly. Letting go and accepting things as they are instead of attempting and failing to control my environment seems to be the best solution. This has made me truly happier and I’ve found some solace in doing this with the shitty things that have come our way. It’s much easier and less heartbreaking to just be fluid.
I’ve lost 20 ish lbs with little extra effort and I am the fittest, leanest and most muscular I’ve ever been in my life. I eat my ass off at night and I don’t worry about weight gain. I also found out that when I don’t drink, I struggle to keep weight on after fighting with the same ten pounds that vodka wouldn’t let me shed for years and years. I have found a happy medium of lifting 3-4 hours a week. The amount of money we have saved is incredible too; at our worst we spent approx $800/month just on booze 😳. How embarrassing! I’m accomplishing so much every single day that I’m TIRED at night. I use cannabis medicinally (I live in state where it is legal and I have a medical license) a couple times a week to fight migraine pain, but I don’t need anything to fall asleep and I don’t crave a ā€œnightcapā€ of anything. The last time I used booms was a couple of months ago, which is where the heavy self growth and improvement began.
I’m still looking at all of this time spent being alcohol free as the gift of a lifetime. I still gently hold it and cradle it. I resent nothing. I miss nothing. I don’t mourn or grieve over the thing that truly made me hate life and altered my decisions and existence. I don’t have to work very hard to maintain sobriety at all. I continue moving forward and plugging along. I have learned now that I will continually have to work on improving my mindset, thoughts, reactions, and the people I choose to share my time with. It’s been a very good trade off imo, and I prefer this type of selfishness over the selfishness that comes from addiction. I don’t know if I could have gotten to this point completely on my own since I had failed so many times before. I feel like I’m new and relearning how to exist positively. Either way, I’m just happier than I’ve ever been to be where I am now and not on the opposite end of this addiction.

> Story of what happened to cause the need plus a bit of helpful information about my daughter's laptop and usage.
We woke up to our floors being wet upstairs, still not sure if it was the toilet or something else. Went downstairs and the one spot the water was coming out of the ceiling was right on top of my daughter's laptop. We literally just cleaned up the basement and set up her desk the day before. We even tried different ways of putting her desk and then we decide on the worst spot it seems. Anyways, I don't have much money but I feel responsible because I think it was me he used the bathroom last. This means I am going to build her a new tower some how. Her laptop wasn't amazing so it shouldn't be crazy hard to replace with a tower. It had a gtx 1650 graphics card and I know that can barely play games these days so I would like to get her something just a tiny bit better there. I don't know what her CPU was so just some advice on something reasonable would be nice. would like to get her a 1 TB hard drive if I can afford it. Games she likes to play: Minecraft, terraria, GTA, Crazy Craft, Diablo IV (going to try and talk her into playing that with me she is 16), Ark Survival Evolved, and she wants to start playing some racing games. so I have 2 plans. I can probably get by if I spend 600-800 on a new prebuilt tower but will be a struggle. Thinking I would prefer to buy pieces over the next couple of months and then build it myself because I could probably with your help build her something a little better and spread out the cost. Any thought would be helpful as I haven't built a PC in like 15 years.

2023.06.04 00:12 mostlybald Should I add additional venting to shed?

6x14 Tuff Shed. Fairly basic. They threw two vents on, pictured (one behind table saw). I don’t intend to insulate it. Nor am I keeping any fuel in it (besides what’s in equipment). Planning to do a simple solar panel set up and run 12v lighting. Figured while I did that I could add simple fans (where appropriate) to help push air through. Or maybe that doesn’t matter and is a waste?

2023.06.03 20:33 Year_Popular Long-lasting, reliable pc for parents

>**What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.**
Building a pc for my parents who just need a reliable pc that should be able to last for the next 10 or so years (for reference, they're upgrading from a mini pc with an i3-2120T). They need it for work and general use - mostly through the browser and office apps with maybe some *very* light gaming. Onboard audio is a must (assuming thats optional on some mobos idk), Bluetooth would be nice, and wifi is welcome but not necessary. I've had a look for parts myself totaling Au$797 (including windows) that are in stock at my nearest store listed below. Any recommendations or alternatives would be greatly appreciated.
>**What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?**
We're looking around Au$800 but the budget is flexible.
>**When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.**
Next week
>**What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (ToweOS/monitokeyboard/mouse/etc\)**
Tower and win11 home (looks like I can get it for Au$130)
>**Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?**
Queensland, Australia with the nearest store being MSY (they currently have some sales atm)
>**If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.**
Reusing an old case
>**Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?**
Only memory oc to get full rated speeds
>**Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)**
SSD, iGPU
>**Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-towefull-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?**
Reusing case (full atx, no side window) and no rgb
>**Do you need a copy of Windows included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference?**
Yes, windows 11 home (Au$130)
>**Extra info or particulars:**
