I am so tired of talking about this but until I get to a lawyer I need someone to tell me it's going to be okay.

Very long and awful story short: The year is 2010 and I got pregnant with my abusive boyfriend at 19. Kicked him out after the 10th or so time he beat me up just before the baby turned 1. He bounced out of state and was very in and out of my daughters life, causing her all sorts of grief and trauma. I was awarded full physical and legal custody because he didn't show to court, visitation is to my discretion. He owes about 20k in child support.
Fast forward: The year is 2020, and suddenly this guy wants to be a dad. Oh, maybe because he got a girl pregnant?? Cool cool. My daughter wants to know her dad, we give it a try, I tell myself when we were 19 he was a kid with an anger issue, surely things are better for him now. My daughter tries really hard to like him but there are red flags everywhere. She began not wanting to go there mid last year. I reduced their visitation to like once a month. Then he disappears. After a month of not hearing from him I get a text from his mother that says he is in jail, tell Suzy he loves her very much and misses her!!!
I investigate, hes in jail on domestic abuse, assault by strangulation, and child neglect. I get ahold of the police report (public record if you have $5) and it states that he strangled her with her sweater while holding their 2 year old and sobbing, she began to lose conciousness and thought she was going to kill her, then he took off with the two year old in the front seat unbuckled. Scary familiar story as he once strangled me and had his fist raised like he was about to punch me, i kicked him off me, he chased me, threw me down the stairs. And another time he took off with my baby unbuckled. (we also had a whole issue of him not buckling her when he first started his visits in 2021)
When the cops are giving me the report they made a comment that made me suspect there were more so I asked. I got another report from last summer where he wasn't arrested. It was before all the red flags started and at a time where we were all feeling comfortable with the visitation. He asked to take my kid camping and I said sure, assuming it was a famliy trip. He then took her and his son two hours south of us without asking if they could go that far. Well, in this report I find out the day before he does that the police were called to his house because he was pushing his wife around in the driveway and took off with his kid, running over trashcans and lawn equipment. So basically he kidnapped his kid, acted like nothing was happening, then grabbed mine and took them both to a campground two hours south of us. The thought of it is fucking horrific. My daughter hated the trip and had a really bad feeling, it was at this time she requested to reduce the visits because something about him makes her uncomfortable.

So he is in Jail and no one wants to bail him out, but his parents are still backing him up. I looked the other day and it would appear they dropped the DV charge which tells me they are probbly getting ready to let him out on a deal when he goes to court on the 14th.

I want absolutely nothing to do with this fucking guy and my daughter no where around him. I don't want anything to do with his parents while they support him. Does anyone have any idea what legalities I need to be cautios of so I don't trigger a case for him to claim parental alientation? I just want to keep us safe.

Just looked at their calendar, and they’re averaging around 3-4 shows a month. Megacorp Pavillion in Newport looks about the same. Is that a sustainable amount of business for a concert venue?

I've been very sick since January 2022, primarily with debilitating nausea. I'm otherwise a healthy 30 y/o male. I do not smoke, do not take drugs and currently don't drink as my stomach can no longer tolerate it.
Symptoms: -Chronic nausea, some days worse than others. Stomach just feels very unsettled at times.
-Frequent upward pressure sensation like a burp with no relief
-Occasional vomiting ~once per month
-Stomach feels unsettled, almost as if it's pumping and twitching at times
-Occasional pain in epigastric region
-Weight loss of 30 lbs due to weak appetite from nausea; I've never been overweight
I've taken countless tests without a clear explanation for the nausea.
-Celiac disease - Diagnosed in July 2022; follow up endoscopy in late March shows almost fully healed villi due to GF diet adherence
-Norovirus was detected January 2023, but no longer in my system around February 2023
-SIBO - Excess methane, remediated in February with antibiotics
-Some excess bile seen in second endoscopy, but GI is certain that some bile alone doesn't explain the duration and severity of my symptoms.
At this point, it seems none of the above explain the nausea as Celiac is in full remission.
In addition to two endoscopies:
-CT scan of abdomen and head
-SIBO breath test
-Ultrasound of upper abdomen
-Emptying study
-Countless blood tests and stool tests
Medications tried: -Famitodine up to 100mg
-Hyoscyamine
-Onadesterone
-Donnatal
-Reglan
-Every OTC nausea med you can think of, like emetrol, FD gard, pepto bismol, etc.
-Currently 30mg Amitriptyline
I've been on amitriptyline since January, and my GI will likely keep trying up to at least 50mg, but it's not much help so far.
Conditions ruled out:
-Celiac (healed)
-Cancers of any kind
-Abdominal migrane
-Addisons disease
-Chrons, UC or other IBD
-Anxiety
-POTS
-Gastroparesis
-Gall bladder (no pain on right side, greasy foods are not a trigger)
-Parasites/other infections/h pylori
-Nutritional deficiencies
-Pancreatic insufficiency
-Food allergy
-Gastritis
-I could go on, but you get the point, it's nothing obvious.
In addition to a GF diet, I've tried a low FODMAP diet and gastritis friendly diet, and all sorts of supplement regimens.
A concrete diagnosis to explain the duration and severity of symptoms seems elusive at this point. At first I thought it might just be some anxiety, then Celiac Disease, then gastritis, and was relieved to think I had the answer each time.
The second GI I've seen is world-renound and brilliant, but he's stumped by this just like every other doctor has been. I'm not sure what to do if I'm still sick 6 months or more from now.

My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this briefcase at a pawn shop back in February of 2018, and other than the worker showing us it on the company's website we don't know anything about it. It's no longer on the company's website, but thankfully we did get a screenshot of it at the time. I don't have a full description of the the item, but I've zoomed in on the part you can see. Thankfully it captured the important part of the description that says "Series limited to 3 models". My boyfriend and I have debated in whether this means there's only 3 in existence or if there are 3 versions of this somewhere in the world.
Our case is unfortunately pretty beat up and doesn't come with any of the included contents; just the case itself. We can see from the picture in the website it was supposed to come with a baseball bat, a $ necklace, and some poker chips. We've gone back in the Way Machine to try to get the description but have had no luck.
We're very excited about our case, it being 1 of our most prized things in our collection, and we would love to know more about it. If anyone has any more information or ideas we would greatly appreciate it.

Edit: I also forgot to mention that somehow we came to the conclusion that this was made around GTA 3 or San Andreas.

Brief Case

I made a post about this game before, but I want to remake it:
In 7th grade(2017-2018), I remember my forensic teacher showed us a website. It would show an intro with letters hitting a logo. Those letters would be connected to different parts of animals(W=Wing, C=Claw, etc).
You will than see a screen with an owl. They will talk to you and state that they are the chief of the secret agency. They would talk about the group and how they stop crimes.
There would be different types of games to challenge your memory, detective skills, etc but I only remember the detective one.
The theme was a train. Someone stole a Diamond and you needed to find out who it was.
We knew about the time, and other things.
You would be able to ask the suspects about what they did/where they saw the others.
You than need to find out who it was and click them. If you got it right, you got a certificate. If wrong, you needed to redo it.
Please help me find this game.

I think the new system SDS has implemented in releasing high overall cards on launch has been overall positive. I like the team diversity and the feeling that I can use guys that I like instead of the meta cards.
However, I think that some of the live series collection rewards suffer from not getting the same treatment. Specifically, I think the team captains and division rewards - specifically 94 Mantle, 92 Mauer, 93 Honus, and 93 Valenzuela - are more or less useless with the new release system and it's a bit disappointing. In the past, these cards felt like they had more of a place in the game.
96 Wagner and 97 Aaron are likely usable, but I feel like the other cards should have got an overall bump alongside the TA1 and WBC cards. Maybe something to think about if they keep the set format for next year?

As the title says i am providing a very valuable analysis of 2000s classic "john tucker must die" for starters let's start with the obvious john tucker has multiple girlfriends or "comrades" that he treats as all equal under him the leader shown by him telling them all the same lines.
Now as for my next piece of airtight evidence the girls (definitely representing capitalism) try to sabotage gigachad leader for the people john tucker in an attempt to undo communism from the inside.
Their failed attempts show that capitalism will never win against the peoples desire for communism as shown by the people still being on john tuckers glorious side.
Even the title "john tucker must die" is clearly a reference to the way many will outright call for the death of communists even today.

It's crazy how things only go your way. You're in control, you always get what you want. Everything, everyone is you pushed out.
So you know how the fck it's gonna go because all of your assumptions, your dominant thoughts which you're consistently thinking all the time are literally in your favor. Every single story you have about a person, every single story you have about money, time, success, it's all in your favor and that's just fck it.
Like you don't even try, you don't even have to try. Things just naturally go your way. And if we're being real, things only go your way. Like you're only getting what you want every single time.
Like it's getting predictable. It's like that movie that you've watched over and over and over again to the point where even with your eyes closed you can just like one person show, you can just say the entire script.
Like that's just your life. You just know that things are gonna go your way every single time. Like you're never surprised anymore.
Excited? Hell yeah because things just keep going your way. That's fcking amazing. But surprise? No. Because you decide.

I stopped watching not long after WM28 and just got some info here and there sometimes but now I'm following it more since Elimination Chamber and I was wondering how does it work in the federation between NXT, NXT UK and the main shows ? I've seen that NXT seems to have its own ppv but that's all I have as info. Thanks and I hope I made myself clear

right now it only shows me the number of cards in learning, and doesnt show the ones that are new or the mature ones

I starting an install on what will eventually become a 4 zone system for a small yard in South Florida. Because of time constraints, I’m only able to work on small segments at a time.
As of today, I’ve split off from the 3/4” main coming up to the house and installed the vacuum breaker and bored 1” schedule 40 under my 16’ wide driveway. I’m building the manifold for four 1” valves next and will then install one zone at a time as I can get to it.
The pressure at the spigot closest to the main is 60 psi. Water flow out of the vacuum breaker is 20 gpm. I’ve measured and mapped my yard and plan to break ground on the first zone as soon as the manifold is done.
Before I dive in, I have some questions for the pros:

1. From the vacuum breaker on, I plan on running 1” schedule 40 for the entire system. Any reason to reconsider or step down on laterals or anywhere else in the system?
   
2. My yard is fairly small, maybe 7000sq ft at the absolute most. Im probably gonna go with the Rain Bird 1800 series heads, specifically the pressure regulated 1804-PRS. If I’m reading the specs right, these can be adjusted from 3-18ft radius and up to 360° arc, right? How can I calculate the flow rate per head? Is there any reason to consider a different route with heads?
   
3. Any recommendations for a controller? It will be mounted outdoor. Wi-Fi in that part of yard is spotty.

Hi, obligatory on mobile. English is not my first language. Sorry for the long post/rant.
I am looking for a little bit of advice. I am a woman in my early thirties, married, one child (infant), successful career. And I have struggled with my mother for most of my life. I don’t know if she is a true narcissist, but some of the things she does is very toxic and passive aggressive. I need some advice in how to handle it. Going no contact isn’t an option.
For a bit of background. My childhood was a bit shitty. My parents had a very ugly divorce, and my father made it clear his kids were not a priority in his new life. My mother became a single parent and worked her ass off to provide for us. This left her exhausted and with a short fuse. And so there was a lot of yelling and screaming at my house. I understand the exhaustion, but looking back, it’s still not okay. She is still very bitter about how her life turned out. She never got a proper education, she hates her house and is only semi happy with my step-father. I have asked her a few times to get help, but she refuses. She cannot handle any form of criticism without lashing out.
I struggled a lot with my mental health in my teens, and did some short bursts of therapy in my early twenties. It has helped a lot, and I am much better now. Although I have never quite been able to detangle the mess which is my relationship with my mother. It is all bundled up together in my head, so if I try to call her out on something, even if it is small and insignificant, I usually start crying. It just triggers so many other things for me. I have considered going back to therapy, but we only see each other sporadically and I don’t know if it is worth the effort right now.
She has always been a very critical person. I always dread telling her the things I am excited about, because I know she will piss on my parade.
To give some examples (of minor things): In elementary school we had a national exam. My teacher kept my test to show my mother specifically, because I hadn’t made a single mistake. 150 questions, and not one mistake! My mothers response when she saw the test: “damn, your handwriting is ugly!”
When I won the nationals in my favorite sport, she said: “I didn’t think you’d be able to pull that off!”
I was half way through my degree in a very competitive field before she stopped telling people she wished I would choose a different career.
When I told her I was pregnant, she sulked the rest of the evening because my kid wouldn’t have her last name.
She blames me entirely for us not having a better relationship. Insisting I am being rude to her and hurtful because I don’t include her more in my life.
The main issue now is that she has started making passive aggressive comments to my kid. Which is a baby, and doesn’t understand, but it still rubs me the wrong way. She says things like: “If you want to grow up and have a close relationship with your mother, better hope you resemble your aunt.” “Your name would be better if you was called “first name” “her name”.”
The way she speaks to my baby crosses the line. But I am struggling with enforcing the boundary. Does anyone have any advice?

There are just too many instances of customers being weird and touchy, and I shouldn’t have to put my foot down and tell someone to keep their hands off me when I’m trying to work. I think the cubbies are small and force you into a lot of situations that probably would’ve never happened if you were behind a counter. We work on computers, it shouldn’t ever involve being touched at all. It doesn’t matter if they are older or if that’s their way of being friendly. I don’t clock in to make friends and get touched and anyone of any age can show the most basic form of respect by not violating people’s physical boundaries.

Every so often do they take names from people that haven't logged in for years and make them free for the taking?
Yes I'm asking because I thought of a name, it was taken, and I looked the person up and they don't even show up on the highscores
