im trying to prep my space for streaming and ive been slowly getting around to sound proofing.
i got some 3M sticky pads and some acoustic foam and for some reason the foam comes unstuck after less than a day.
so this puts a damper on putting up any more if its its all just gonna come down by the time i finish putting it all up.
anybody got any suggestions? or an answer as to why the tape can remain glued to the wall, but has no affect on the foam? mind you, this is with me applying an extended amount of pressure to make sure it sticks.

I am trying to complete the Taking Point: Kingsport Lighthouse quest and it simply won’t let me. I completely wiped out all the enemies including the glowing one in the very top of the lighthouse), and when I went to go access the workbench it told me I needed to clear all the enemies 🤨 I searched everywhere for any hiding children of atom, even in the water under the docks and didn’t find anything. I threw bombs and Molotovs at the boat and the boathouse to clear any invisible children of atom, nothing. I went north and cleared the Crater House location just in case as well, no luck. The map doesn’t show the area as cleared either. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, any advice on how to fix it? I play on the PlayStation console so commands will not work in my case. Thanks!

Not to be full of myself, but i’d like to say i’m a pretty attractive girl, and have a pretty good body. I wouldn’t like to think it’s anything about my appearance, so i don’t know what it is.

Not sure if anyone has noticed, but the Yugioh sub is far too heavily moderated, and it slows down the growth of the sub and is actually having a negative effect pushing people to other subreddits.

I've had my CSR for over a year now and while it's been good I noticed that the Venture X seems slightly more cost efficient on top of a fresh SUB. What are my options here? Is there a way to recoup the 10 months remaining somehow in costs for the subscription? Should I downgrade or cancel the card? If someone has experience with this, would be very grateful. My credit is 770 if it matters, under the 5/24.

First time here guys and not sure if this is where it goes. I am an US overseas contractor in technical roles. Due some actions at work and an attempt to prevent damages, I was place on probation for an unforseen time. It's been between 7 to 8 months and still don't receive a proper answer in regards to my status of probation from my manager. I then asked higher to see what he says and he stated that I should have only been on it for 30 to 60 days of probation. Still waiting after reaching out again about the status. Prior to asking this question I began my vacation process to return to the states. Now being late with the paperwork as it should be a month in advance on paper I had scheduled this with the site in October last year. When I put the paperwork in my manager then proceeded tell me I am unable to go at that time due to lack of personal on shift. Contract requires a certain amount of people which had but due to site manager not assisting on shift lower one shift to not meet contractual needs. I brought higher in to this conversation and stated where was this need when we were out of compliance before. He then stated that I should not make allegations like that and can't back up as we have always been in compliance. Seems all over the place with this. This manager was once my site manager and is a very toxic individual. Constantly causing fights on site to satisfy his humor.

Logged in today to something I haven't seen in over a year - having to use my authenticator. Here's the problem: my authenticator is on an old phone that is dead to the world. I am going to try to somehow charge it but don't have high hopes.
I go to remove the auth temporarily, but every time I try to it says my phone number is invalid. So I try the old phone's number. Says its invalid. Try my newer phone number. Also invalid.
I don't have any more phone numbers blizz and I am beyond frustrated that I can't call and talk to someone.

I think this is the right place to ask this question.
A bit of backstory:
Me and my dad bought a 328i about 2-3 years ago now for £400, a guy at work bought it to turn it into a drift car and swapped it to manual and welded the diff by cutting a hole in the boot, he left it in his shed for 3 years as he had other projects too and ended up selling it to us.
We brought her home and welded a custom exhaust manifold for it out of a Ford transit and Peugeot 206 manifold and have been meaning to do work to it ever since but it kinda got left behind on account of me not having any money after I bought my first car and my dad not really having time.
Finally tho this year I’ve gained enough knowledge and impatience to start working on it myself but it’s got a couple issues.
The actual problems:
It hasn’t been firing on cylinder 2 and 5 since we got her, which I believe just requires either a new set of ignition coils and spark plugs, but I wanna know if there’s anything else I should be looking out for or anything else that may be the culprit.
Also the fuel gauge likes to change its mind as frequently as a 13 year old white girl which I believe would be the fuel sensor but I’m not sure how I’d go about changing that or even if it’s the problem.
The throttle is also very sticky which makes driving it a bit of a nightmare, added by the fact the brakes are both non-existent and rusted to shit. I’ve heard that its a common problem with the automatics and can be fixed by cleaning out the throttle body.
I’m also wondering if it would be worth doing some preventative maintenance on it such as a simple service if it’s been abused between long periods of laying still on the open for the last 6 years or so.
As for the underside I don’t know if I even want to look.
My hope is to clean her up on the outside and underside and get the engine running smooth(ish) to turn her into a solid drift car, and by solid drift car I mean without any of the actual drift parts apart from maybe a home made angle kit.
P.S. I’m almost certain it’s a 328i but it could be a 325i, it’s been a while since I checked.

I've been a diabetic for almost 3 years now and I am really bad and taking care of myself. I also have very bad anxiety and get all types of thoughts about dying because of this condition. I really do want to try harder and be better. My problems are is that I don't check my sugar. Don't know what it is but I just don't. I just take insulin and go in with my day. I also feel guilty when I get high blood sugar. My diet isn't good either I eat all types of things I shouldn't as well as having a b.e.d(binge eating disorder) its hard for me to stop. I need some advice please but nothing to frightening because im not looking to panic to much. Thanksss.

These 2 messages pop up instantly as soon as I log on:
“We can’t sign in to your account This problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account, then signing back in. If you don’t sign out now, any files that you create or changes that you make will be lost.”
Explorer.exe “Windows cannot find ‘(null)’. Make sure you’ve typed the name correctly, then try again.”
This happened after I tried to change my username and the user file name(it wasn’t my full name and it was annoying me). From my understanding it’s a corrupt profile but going into regedit and deleting the temp and renaming the corrupt file hasn’t done anything. Back to square 1 everytime.
When I was trying to rename the users file it just created another folder with my desired name. But the only thing in it was appdata. Where as the old one with my original name still has everything.

TLDR at the end. Hi everyone. I have a problem with my sewer drainage. My house was built in 1949. The sewer backs up into the basement when I run laundry. I have had 2 plumbers from Mister Quik out to try and clear it, and they sent another guy with a camera to check it out since I had problems within a month of the first cabling. (Fortunately all this was covered under my 1st clearing fee because it was warrantied). The camera guy said the camera stopped in the easement, which his sensor told him was in my neighbor's yard in the back. He swore up and down the sewer that was backing up went straight back from the corner of my house. He gave me some options that would be very expensive and I'm not convinced they would fully solve the problem. (Basically he wanted to put a valve in that would just keep it from flowing back to my basement. But I have had a bunch of clay pipes dug up and replaced a couple years ago that went from my main-floor drains to the center of my back yard. Which doesn't match where the sensor went this time. So I think if they install a valve it will just find a way to back up into the shower or something.) They did not give me a copy of the video, and I'm not even sure if they recorded one.
So when I had the sewer back up again this week, I called Citizens and had them send someone out to check it out. Like the majority of people in this sub I’ve played ToS1 (mostly ranked) for a while. For years, TK has meant Town Killing. But it’s not as obvious for new / casual players and generally when “TK” comes up in discussion it could mean either Town Killing or Tavern Keeper.
For an attentive town this isn’t a problem at all because well, context does exist, and if it isn’t clear you can ask to clarify. I’ve started avoiding the “TK” abbreviation entirely, but people will still use it and assume it’s one or the other and it is incredibly frustrating.
I’ve seen TWO veterans get lynched because they claimed “TK” on stand and the Tavern Keeper CC’d them. A vigilante got shot by a deputy in one game because “they were claiming tavern keeper on day 2 and now they’re claiming vigilante”. Both RT spots were open.
Is there a need to change Tavern Keeper’s name? Maybe not, but until the community collectively decides on a universal, non-confusing abbreviation like “Tav” for Tavern Keeper, it’s best to avoid using the abbreviation entirely for both. Thanks for coming to my Tavern talk.

Our landlord rented us a studio apartment 29m^2 for 8800kmonth. The actual rent was 7800kr but he asked for an extra 1000kr for electricity.
The apartment seriously sucked. Faucets leaked, bathtub was ripped up and gathering mildew. They promised us a second key but never brought it to us. Promised us new rugs of their own accord (the ones present were disgusting) but never gave them to us. We have voice messages from them promising these things, as well as text messages where we stated that the faucets were leaking, to which they never replied.
Microwave was unusable because it was missing the rotating plate. If you touched the stove and the steel countertop at the same time, you got an electric shock. The shower head holder fell out of the wall while showering and my husband screwed it back in himself.
But we were totally new in the country and needed a place to stay - we didn't even see the place before signing the contract, sadly.
They have contradicted themselves so many times in the four months we rented the place, but the above are, I think, the relevant details.
Now we cleaned the apartment and photographed it before moving out, but unfortunately we missed vacuuming under the bed right where the bed and the wall meet. Should have pulled the bed out, but honestly didn't think of it. The landlord has taken photos of this and said they have to hire a cleaning service and therefore can't give us our deposit back.
I'm not exaggerating: it would take two minutes to vacuum this area.
In addition, they originally planned to meet with us tomorrow and have a drink (something they promised a months, ago when we first moved to Sweden). Now they're claiming that they have to hire a cleaning service to clean before the day after tomorrow, when the next tenant will move in, because they're too busy and won't have time to clean themselves.
Should we say hey, we were going to meet you during that time. We'll take the two minutes and vacuum that area ourselves instead of meeting you?
Or is there a better way to approach this that makes sure we get our money back? We can't really afford to lose our deposit.
