2023.03.24 07:24 Omega9927 My Best Worst Run So Far

This is a long post! Tl;Dr at the end!
So I just started a new run today, modded to hell and back but primarily QoL stuff, Britas, They Knew, Only Cure (it's a fun alternative when the hazmats are all hiding) and Don't Feed The Zombies and Susceptible. I turn off DFTZ hordes because they're broken, and instead zombies only eat corpses they happen to wander past, which is fun.
I have just shy of 300 hours in the game, but don't let that fool you I'm really, really bad at it, so I'm doing my absolute best here to give it a good good try. My character is Maya Hallman, dyslexic burglar who has a lot of focus on being small, quick and stealthy. I know stealth is usually pretty, meh, but when it starts at 3 and you have inconspicuous and graceful it's usually pretty handy to have.
It's worth noting I also installed Evolving Traits World for this run and for the first time. So it turns out Maya is also super anxious and has a lot of trouble sleeping, which is incredibly relatable. This becomes relevant later. Ish.
Maya spawmed in Riverside, at a library and got a good early bump to a lot of recipes through sitting and reading magazines. She was also prepared for the apocalypse and started with a spiked baseball bat, and a hunting knife. There was a commercial kitchen nearby with some steak and chicken just sitting on the benches, so she slapped that in the oven and had a meal for for a queen. Then she went and found a quaint little house free of zombies, behind a tall invincible fence, and dropped her bags there, got changed into her pajamas -a teal satin neglige she definitely didn't pull off a zombie- and slept.
Or so I thought, instead of sleeping, every zombie that walked past the house stirred her awake. So did every single random sound event brought on by the Random Sound Events mod. So the first night was tough to sleep through, even at maximum fatigue. But eventually, after several hours of trying, Maya was exactly well rested enough to get to it. Some powerful item organising later, some early morning Exposure Survival and a bowl of pasta later, we head out to start sweeping through the street.
There were a lot of zombies, and the baseball bat didn't last too long, neither did the hunting knife. But we found and axe and a crowbar so we have backup weapons and they're pretty good. Maya is a burglar anyway, she knows her way around a crowbar pretty well. Using our new weapons and a mostly cleared of food street, we go just up the road to a nearby gigamart. The back door is not only unlocked, but entirely missing so we walk straight on in.
Aaaand set off an alarm. Shit. Maya grabs three fridges and two shelving units worth of food and drink without looking at it, runs home through a couple other houses, and dumps all the food in the fridge or the cupboard. Among the goods are some seven sacks of fruits and vegetables, and about thirty kilos of non-perishables. Tinned foods, cereals and even some chips. A not so bad haul!
I proceed to immediately forget about the alarm, and the crazed blitz out of the store witnessed by many zombies.
A slightly more restful night, and we head to a nearby school parking lot, where I find a bike with a full tank of gas, and a jeep of some description with cracked windows, but otherwise pretty well maintained. We get the bike hotwired no problem and find a key to the jeep. But there's a really fancy looking sports car I'm interested in looking inside of, so I decided to test out one of my other mods I've never really played with.
Better Lockpicking! Maya grabs her newly baptised in blood crowbar, and I get a fun little minigame to pry open the door. I've never done this before, but it's cool! It also drains endurance like nothing else I've ever seen before, and my endurance seems to be coming back much slower than normal, but that's fine. I just want to get inside the car!
Well something I didn't think of, is all the noise this would make, and the inability to fight due to not having any endurance left. All those zombies dragged in by the alarm have been quietly and politely snacking on corpses in my street but otherwise leaving me alone. Until now, because why eat a dead corpse when you can eat a fresh one! So a horde some fifty or sixty thick comes shambling over to contact me in regards to my new cars extended warranty, and take a deposit of flesh upfront. After lots of crazed dragging around, Maya ends up just barely jumping on the bike and getting out of there.
One cool thing is whatever model bike this is has no horn, and instead pressing Q just revs the engine really loudly. So we do that for a while to drag zombies away from home, but it's not good enough in the end and we have to crash somewhere else for the night. I clear out no less than three houses, and STILL have to move onto a fourth house because all the exhausted attacking takes too long and draws too much attention from the zeds. I forgot to clear the fourth. Maya is so tired she passes out and sleeps for six continuous hours before waking up for the first time.
Too rested to sleep more, and with our sleeping pills at home, I check the bathroom to see if there's any in there, and get greeted by two zombies who I had no idea were in the house but of course, it makes sense. I did literally just, not check the house at all. Thankfully Maya is rested, so she takes them down with no worries. No sleeping pills, but that's fine. We find a second jeep, in absolutely perfect condition, and fill her up with fuel siphoned from the bike. Which had so much in it there's even still a bit left in case of an emergency!
We drive back home, and find that the hordes have moved around but are definitely still in the area. But with time, motivation, and a detour through the school, I drag them off in little clusters and slowly whittle them down. I even find a bottle of bourbon on one of them, stuff a pair of zombie socks in the top, and make my first Molotov in 300 hours. Absolutely satisfying, nothing goes amiss, I train all the zombies into a neatly packed congaline of flames and they all die politely.
Maya heads back home and has another restless night, waking up around four in the morning. Eat, take care of the zombies chewing on corpses in the back yard, watch the woodcraft guy take his shirt off on tv. Living the dream. But by now the zombies are starting to stink up the place and we've narrowly avoided corpse sickness by taking that break in the random house for a night, so i decided it's time to start burning bodies. Maya lights a campfire in the back yard and starts tossing corpses into it, easy enough!
But when she stops to have a cigarette, a zombie sneaks up on her. Drawn in no doubt by the crackling flames and the sound of burning flesh, so it's a scramble to pull her mask back on before she gets sick while also training the zombies through the campfire. Hey, at least I won't have to cremate them one by one this way?
Several very close calls and a lacerated arm later, the horde I had utterly forgotten about being drawn into and avoided in the school, is finally, finally, dealt with. So, Maya heads on into the kitchen through the back door for a well earned strawberry milk!
And immediately bursts into flames because a flaming zombie managed to die just on the cusp of my house and now the kitchen is on fire! And I don't have an extinguisher yet! The Stop Drop And Roll mod comes in clutch, and Maya puts the fire out before it gets too bad. She'll be tender on the lower torso for a while, but all in all that's a good trade for her life. The screams of pain draw in a couple of stragglers, but only four zombies comes to check it out. They stumble over some still burning corpses -one actually lost interest in chasing Maya and instead went to monch on a flaming corpse of its own accord- and quickly perish
Then, finally safe, again, Maya heads inside to watch the damage unfold and also, finish off that damned strawberry milk before the fridge burns down. All the counters are gone, all the weapons and the guns, all the cooking gear and even my cupboard full of drugs. But I managed to save my spare bags and it's honestly very pretty, the effects of a fire. Eventually, the fire dies out and only three tiles of kitchen remain. The one with the fridge, the one with the corner cupboard full of non-perishables, and a single wooden chair.
Counting her lucky stars, Maya doesn't even get pajama'd and instead just falls into bed. Somehow, the food, arguably the most important stuff I had, because I pulled it from every house in a two street grid, survived. All the weapons and the drugs and cigarettes are replaceable, and the burns will heal. For the first time ever, I actually have a recoverable run here! If this was my typical run, I would have been dragged down by flaming zombies for daring to use a new mechanic. I'm feeling good about this! I'll update when I inevitably wraparound a stopsign moving all my stuff!
Tl;Dr, Shenanigans after shenanigans ensue that end up with a massive, flaming horde wandering through my base in the early days of a new run, and burning down everything EXCEPT my stockpile of food, kicking off what will hopefully be a very badass character arc!

2023.03.24 07:09 CKain08 I am the glass child

TW mention of self harm and suicidal thoughts
" Glass children are those who are growing up in a home where a sibling takes up a disproportionate amount of parental energy "
Well. Disclaimer : I am not a child, alright, I am 20. But I've been thinking a lot about the last 10 years of my life, and I am, as much as it pains me, a glass child and I've been since my sister's born.
Of course, at first, it was (I thought) only because I was the first born, the big sis, you know.
But 3 years ago, my sister discovered Tik Tok. Everyone knows Tik Tok, right? Well, we all know what kind of stuff we can find on that app! I, myself, found the description of a "glass child" there. I use Tik Tok frequently.
My sister always had problems with her friends. When she was younger, she was always in the middle of some arguing between two or three girls, never really had a day where she wasn't coming home with what I call "girl's gangs" problems (you know when two best friends suddenly split and get mad and get other friends to form like alliances and stuff to b*tch on the others? Ya know, old stuff, we've all been there).
She was never wrong in those situations. She was coming home laughing about how she was the peacemaker and never creating problems of some sort. Thing is, I know my sister. Like the back of my hand. Alright? I just... know when she's lying. Still, to this day, she always brags about how good she is to manipulate people and make them do what she wants. Alrighty girl, weird flex.
Well, she got to high school (what we call secondary one in Canada), and then, she started having anxiety. Like panic attacks and all? I've had those, still do these days, so I understood. I became her protector, her therapist, calming her down when my mother critized her for exagerating. I knew what to do, and I gave up all my energy to take care of her, of her mental health, as a good old sister does.
She made it to the second year of high school (secondary 2) with difficulties. Panic attacks again and all. 3 years ago, as I said, she discovered Tik Tok. I know Tik Tok and its algorithm : there are specific fyp where you can find videos about the same topic over and over again. I suspect she was in a dark side of Tik Tok, a depressed one, where you can see all sort of sad/depressing things and stories (I know, I've been there too, now trying to avoid it as much as I can because it affects me mentally and I start spiralling).
Cutting her hair short ( I guess the "funny mentally hill" trend where you cut your hair on a headbutt and dye it, I know, been there too).
Sexuality explored too. Like she was trans for a while and wanted us to call her another name (she isn't anymore, she told me so about 3 months in). I always respected her choices and calling her what she wanted to be called at that time. She was a kid, she was 13, so she was discovering herself and her preferences and all. No problem with that.
She started hanging out with some people like that too. She had a non-binary friend, a trans one, a furry one, etc. She was having fun with them. Great people. She finally had a group.
Some of them, however, had the same experiences we all hear about on Tik Tok. You know, some of them not in a great home, or in a bad relationship with parents, depression, anxiety. Hate to say it, but you know those people on Tik Tok who (unfortunatly) are bullied on the internet for being... like... huuuuh (wondering how to say that without insulting anyone) like stereotypical? Like... you know those who wants a cat litter in a classroom in a unironical way? Some of her friend were a little extremist on that plan. Again, never really bothered me.
We have two parents, a mom and a dad. They divorced when I was 7. My sister was 3. They never fought in front of us, never heard them, it was really a suprise. They went their separate ways. Me and my sis got used to go to each of them for a week, and then go back to the other for a week. It was fine, working good. My parents are both accountants, my mom teaching it too. I had a strong disagreement with my mom in 2019 about one of her (numerous) boyfriends. The only one i really hated with all my heart. This resulted in me leaving her house for about a year. My sis was still doing 1 week/1 week. Apart of that, my parents are pretty basic ones, never abused us and we always had everything we needed.
I started college. I loved it, still do, and was finally starting my life as an adult, I started a great job, was doing good in school and... was still helping my sister and my parents with her anxiety/ panic attacks. Even learn in my degree how to deal with people who disorganize.
Then, the cutting started. A lot of her friend were doing it, she told me. And then she started having those episodes where she was cutting herself. Never with something sharp, like a knife or else. But with like compass and crayons? Then, she started having suicidal thoughts. Then, and that is where it all went down, she called 911 for suicidal thoughts. She was home alone and the police called my mom.
What had she done? Scratch herself... with a pencil.
I've had panic attacks before. And suicidal thoughts that crossed my mind but I never acted on them. Never. And I can't imagine myself doing it. I talked about it, of course, with my best friend, someone I trusted and it was making me feel better. How did I know my sister was doing that and having those thoughts? She just said it, casually, at dinner with the whole family. Like... girl? It really got the mood down, everyone worried and she was like... glowing? I don't know how to say it.
She was always a bit dramatic and had a way of making everything about herself, but it was never about negative things. More like flexing a good grade or whatever. She was always talking about how depressed she was, how she was suicidal, and the things she was saying were... like straight up a depressing tik tok. Like one day I found something she said ( I think it was like "you don't understand how this feels it is like blablabla i don't remember) WORD FOR WORD in a Tik Tok. It is like she wasn't expressing her feelings, but made up phrases you find on the Internet when you type "panic attacks" or "depression".
After a second call to 911 for taking 10 advils, she got admitted to psychiatry. At that time, I was watching my parents fall appart, running around to appointments for her, my dad having stress acnea (at 45) and both of them exhausted. It was a real drama. Everyone in the family talked about it. It was the only subject of discussion, the only thing that was on everyone's mind.
I was hanging out my seat in class with my phone on my belly to be sure to feel it vibrate if something happened. We were all in a bad place.
And then, we got a diagnosis of autism.
I'm sorry, what? Where does that come from? I mean, alright, we'll deal with that one.
But then. That's where all went down for me. Sis started therapy, changed school, went to an adapted classroom for people like her and with disabilities. My parents were still all over the place.
Except where I needed them.
I was 18, at that time, starting adulthood. I have ADHD. It is really hard for me to respect a schedule, think about every appointments I have, every homework, every luggage I can't forget to bring to mom's or to dad's. I was also giving my all in school, never missed anything, straight A's and working my ass off.
I started realising that everytime my parents texted me was to ask/talk about my sis.
Every. Single. Time.
They'd ask me to bring my sister her lunch that she forgot, to go get her when she was down, or get her to her appointments like I didn't have a whole fu**ing life I was trying so hard to keep on line.
I gave all my free time to her needs and my parents's. I educated myself on autism, defended her when my mom was thinking she was faking because I wanted to prove I was there for her. That I was the life saving good sister. I never, ever, heard her say thank you.
Never.
The only compliments my parents were giving me is "thank you for getting your sis for us. Thank you for being there for her. Thank you for doing things with her."
I went trough some stuff, at that time. I hurt my knee and was failing my physical tests. It got to the point I wasn't even sure I liked my degree anymore. I was having a really hard time. But my parents never saw my pain. I have a tendency to hide things, sure, but I was really trying to talk to them about how I was feeling. They were listening, and letting go. Why didn't they start worrying for me like they did for my sister? I don't know, don't really care now. I was having suicidal thoughts too, I wanted to yeet myself in a tree and even stopped driving so it wouldn't give me options. They left me alone, because everytime I tried bringing up the fact that I was not in a good place, my sister was disorganizing at school and they needed to go to the hospital to be both there for her while she fainted from hyperventilating. Every fcking time I was talking to my sister, she was acting like she lived trough everything and was telling me she knew more about suicidal thoughts than me cause she went to psychiatry. Excuse me miss gurl, but who was fcking there to help you trough your panic attacks hun? How do you think I know so much?
Seeing I had practically no support from my already exhausted parents, I took matters into my own hands and started going to therapy. My doctor also prescribed me with anti-depressants. I was going to be ok... on my own. I've had really bad days, real hard ones. But I got back on my two feet. At least, I think so.
School was over and it was time for summer break. I had a job I loved on a boat. I've had a blast on that boat, I wasn't jumping from a house to another, I wasn't always in luggages, I had my own room like a little appartment of my own on the ship. I slowly started to discover a backpacking/adventurous side of myself. I needed air, was travelling far from home as soon as I had a week or two off of the boat.
At the same time, my sister had stopped self-harming and having suicidal thoughts. She's was now in a school for adults to finish her 4th and 5th year of college. She wasn't in a special classroom anymore. Changed friend group.
But here's the thing. Cause there is always a "but".
I started realising how much my sister was toying with us, with my parents. As soon as the diagnosis fell, she became unsufferable. For example, when I say I hate loud noises and strong light, she says she has it tougher because, ya know, "i'm autistic". I can't say something without her saying she has autism and that's why she has it worse.
When I have a good grade or I've hit a PR at the gym, I tell my parents because I am happy. I try to see life the good way, now. I'm quite proud of all the personal work i've done.
But she can't have a normal day.
It is always "ho I hated school because the light was making a sound" or something to point out she has autism.
I talked to one of my friend who is a social worker, and he told me autism is usually apparent in children. My sis was diagnosed at 15. But, and hear me out, all the things that make her autistic according to her psychiatrist... she's never really had them before.
You remember at the beginning of this rant how I told you I know when my sister is lying?
Well. I don't think an autistic person possess the flex of "being able to manipulate people so easily to get what you want".
She's always bragging about how smart she is compared to us because, you know, "ShE cAn FeElS eNeRgiEs AnD pEoPlE AnD iT AfFeCts hEr". Well, honey, I don't think that is autism. It is always little comment about how special she is because she can't do this, or that. Like I have ADHD, alright? I'm stimming all the time. I don't point it out to people for fun, actually, i'm quite ashamed of it sometimes. She bought all those fidget toys and brings them ALL to school to show how much she needs them.
One reason of why I am mad, as you can (unfortunatly) see, is my father's attitude.
The fact that my sis had episodes of suicidal thoughts and acts traumatized him. With reasons, don't get me wrong.
But now, she's clearly living well of drama and stereotypical behavior she never had before.
My father is fucking afraid of telling her no.
Like man, I don't think that if you ask her to unload the dishwasher ONE FUCKI*NG time that she's going to kill herself. Like come on.
One time, she called him cause she fainted cause she was hyperventilating cause the cleaner at her school wore a different hat than usual. Or another time where she learn that two teachers were eating togueter at lunch and not in the cafeteria?
I know my sister. She is clearly using him. She's got him hooked with a silent threat of hurting herself or making it impossible for him to receive a phone call without thinking she committed.
And. She. Fucking. Knows. It.
She left my mother's house because my mom wasn't buying her shit.
She left with all her drama about how she could appologize but she needs her space to think about what she (mom) did.
BRUH did what?!?!?!? It was so sudden, what are you on about?
All her life, she was good at one thing : breaking people's relationship.
I know, because I'm not blind.
She's the type of person that looks at you after saying your deepest secret in front of everyone and be like : "oups teehee🤪 you know i can't keep a secret" or she plays dumb "i didn't know it was a secret oupsis" with this little dumb face that I know by heart means "I win you fuck*ng idiot".
She broke the good relationship my parents had by pretending mom told her something when it wasn't right or vice versa. When she's at dad's, she always talks about all the things mom does that sucks. When she was at mom, she was always talking about how bad it was at dad.
I was in the middle like , bruh, it isn't even that bad. And of course, my parents both being proud individuals started feeling supperior than the other and downgrading the other in front of us (wich you know my sis was repeating over and over to everyone).
But because my parents are fucking blind they let her riled them up against each others. So now they don't talk. And when they do, it is always to argue about how to take care of my sis.
To make a clear example of how she gets everything she wants :
She always tells me that she wants a Mira dog. Like a service dog. She's going to keep creating dramatic scenarios like that until my father cries and decides it is the last option we have.
But no. After the dog, it is going to be another need for neurodivergent people that she's probably going to see on Tik Tok.
Because yes, she faints and yes, she is hyperventilating. But I can create scenario in my head and make them real too (maladaptive daydreaming oups). Anxiety works like that : if I start hyperventilating for 45 seconds, my body jumps to survival mode and the mammoth thing ang boom, there you have your panic attack.
Yes. She is mentally hill.
But she's not autistic. She does not need a service dog. And she can't continue leading people on like that.
She's in need of negative attention. She hates when we compliment her, she hates when we wish her happy brithday and all. But she's always talking about how she did bad at this exam and ho people please comfort me. There's always something going on with her.
She stopped self-harming and having suicidal toughts. People started living normally.
So she restarts panic attacks but she already has a psychiatrist so she needs more.
Lets go to the hospital, something's wrong with my heart. Then she's got the pleasure of walking around school with a machine to record her heart thingy.
Nope. Nothing wrong.
People start forgetting.
Whoops now she's fainting and we don't know why.
Hospital trip yeah.
Nothing's wrong.
Then she buys a machine to keep track of her blood pressure.
Does a doctor prescribed it?
Nope. You can just buy it so she did. And she could do it like in the morning, at lunch or at night, but no, she absolutly needs to do it in front of everyone, making noise in class while the teacher is talking.
And i'm starting to get fed up.
About a year into this nightmare, 3 years ago, I stopped feeling.
I wasn't able to feel anything. And that is why, today, I can write this and unfortunatly for some, it will be controversial.
After my downfall, when my sister was in need...
I did not care.
At all.
She could do whatever she wanted to do. She could have as much trip to the hospital as she wanted.
I . Did . Not . Care .
I was going to class.
And my phone was on silent.
I don't want to know. I don't care. Don't you get it? Mom, dad, leave me alone. You did it well, right? Continue.
I am an horrible human being. My best friend tries to comfort me saying that my heart of stone is a form of self-protection, a defense mechanism that I developped 3 years to protect myself and not live trough what my sister put us trough without knowing (or caring?).
Still.
I am an egoist.
But I do not care.
You want to make me feel like a glass child?
Alright alright.
I'll deal with it.
But now the glass is fed up.
And it is about to break.
Good bye and thank you for coming all the way here.

2023.03.24 07:08 Longjumping-Bonus-43 Catalina Hemming’s nickel

I feel overwhelmed. I feel like I have fallen into the sea with no life vest. The night is dark, and the waves roll me around, why the fuck did I think this would be a walk in the park? Everyone says to just keep breathing, and feel your feet upon the ground. Well what do those people know? Ahh well, on with the show.
I’m sick of this, the games that we play, maybe life would’ve been better if I was born an eshay. There’s the phantom who haunts me at night. But there was a time when I was so goddamn in love with her light. Like nobody I’d ever met before, but she tells me I had to fall, but whatever you do, don’t go splat on the floor. There’s signs everywhere that I look, smile and stand up straight, try not to act like you’ve been shook. I’ll speak to you in Japanese or Italian, there was a time when I felt like a mighty stallion. But now it’s just the pieces that I can piece together, I pray to my heart that I need to get better. I’m worried about the man I have always been. Feels like I’m useless unless I’m causing a scene, but no one will read this no, no one will know my plight, I guess I will have to channel this for the rest of my life. Because I can’t go back to the way things were, just smile, be polite and chauffeur. The medical system wants to quash me away, prescribe me a pill and wash the pain away. Well fuck you, the medication didn’t work, give me the fucking dex so I can know my worth. You held my arm as we walked into park, But for now… I guess I’m just dancing in the dark.
There’s too many correlations, too many games of chance. I got told this by a big bastard from France. I’m not the centre of the world the world doesn’t revolve around me, so tell me why do I see what I see? They say there’s a god, I don’t know about that. But there’s something out there, maybe our father is a fucking prat? Fuck talking inside my mind, It’s about time we share, and unwind.
I wanna send you roses, a flower a day, so I’ll jot down these proses, and keep those boys at bay. If this works maybe someday I’ll watch you throw that bouquet.
Please forgive my rhymes, it might not be the best but I know it will grow in time, just please no more of the test. Todays a special day and you sent me a sign so sit back, relax, and Auld Lang Syne.

2023.03.24 07:04 Ok_Bench_9637 how to hire a hacker; hack website and Data to change grades; any site for complete access Hacking Websites; Hire a Website Hacker to Hack Website and Data

Hacking Websites; Hire a Website Hacker to Hack Website and Data
What is the best way to hack a website? For some time now we have been hearing about web server vulnerabilities, including SQL injection, cross site scripting XSS and denial of service attacks. To protect our websites from such attacks, we must try to prevent attackers from accessing them in the first place. One of the most common ways hackers try to gain access to our websites is by trying to guess usernames and passwords. It may sound funny but if a hacker knows the usernames and passwords of many websites then he can use this to gain access to any database on the Internet.
IMPORTANT NOTICE**: If you ever need the service of a hacker to hack any website or for any other hacking service, send an email to [email protected]
This means that if we cannot protect our databases by changing our usernames and passwords every so often then the chance of someone gaining access to them increases dramatically. Even a small number of user names and passwords can increase a hacker's confidence enough to give him access to a database. In order to prevent this kind of attack on our websites, we must try to prevent the hackers getting into the database. The database is obviously the one that contains our customer records, login details and other important usernames and passwords.
The database security is very important because if a hacker is able to get into the database he can use it to do any damage to our company. The security of the database should be strong, but unfortunately it is not always possible to create such database security, which is why it is very important for us to change our usernames and passwords every now and then. However, even if we cannot change our usernames and passwords very often the security of our database is still very important and we should consider using database security software like the commercial products available in the market.
How to Hack a Login Page
One of the most common hacking techniques is the denial of service attack. This is where the attacker obtains a legitimate-looking website that may look legitimate but is actually a phishing attack aimed at stealing sensitive information like usernames and passwords. Once the hacker gained access to our website, he or she can use this information to escalate their own membership in the system, create spam links, delete a user's files and folders, and perform other harmful activities such as redirecting email addresses.
A common site that we encounter that is targeted by these denial of service attacks is PayPal. This is because PayPal is one of the most used websites online. Apart from PayPal, another common website hacking techniques is the clickjacking attack. This involves the hacker finding out how to trigger the vulnerable link in Adobe Flash so that the pages he or she is trying to access turns into an error page instead of allowing the user to proceed to the login page.
The hacker can also try to phish usernames and passwords of various financial institutions including those run by the United States government. Some of the financial information that the hackers can obtain include Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, bank account numbers, and passwords. Once this information falls into the wrong hands, it can be very difficult and complicated to retrieve them especially if the user was using a secure server.
How to Hack Website Admin Password.
Hackers, who do not understand the consequences of their actions, are prone to using 'hacking' methods when trying to crack the security of a website. Hacking is the process of gaining access to another person's computer without their consent. The way in which you could hack into a website is through one of the many security holes that exist within the programming language used by websites to create and maintain their functionality. Most of the time when people try to gain access to a website they do so by clicking on links that appear within the text or in the background of a video.
However, some people try to gain access to a website by bypassing all of the security measures which are placed upon it and this is known as 'Hacking the Web'. When one tries to hack into a website, it is often the case that they attempt to use the website admin password to gain access to the inner workings of the server. In order to hack into a website, one would have to crack the security password which is usually set by the webmaster and is usually difficult to guess. If a user is successful in cracking this password, it then opens up the door for further attacks to the system.
Attacks could range from stealing personal information, such as usernames and passwords, as well as damaging or corrupting files and programs. In the case of a personal computer, if a website admin password is stolen, it could mean that the owner of that computer will not be able to login to their own computer until they either reset the password or obtain a new one.
How to Hack Website Username and Password.
If you are one of the many people who have lost their passwords for their accounts on different websites, then you are probably wondering how to hack a website username and password. With the rapid increase in computer crimes such as identity theft and credit card fraud, there are a lot of unscrupulous people who would like to have access to your information.
This includes your bank account numbers, social security numbers, passwords, and credit cards. Hackers are getting smarter each day, and it has become easier for them to figure out ways to steal these valuable pieces of information. However, it is still not impossible to protect yourself from having your account details stolen.
Hack Website Online Tool.
How to hack school website it’s relatively easy to hack a website if you have knowledge of programming. Various programs exist that are programmed to automatically crawl the Internet to find websites that have changed their passwords, or have posted advertisements. These programs can easily be programmed to take down URLs and alter grades on the fly.
Once they've hacked a college website, other websites will be affected as well, and so forth. In the case of how to hack school website, other students could be caught stealing classmates' homework and grading process information. Many high schools have already lost money due to students using their credit card to buy books and other items off of a website that was hacked.
How to Hack a Website and Change it.
If you are interested in how to hack a website and change it, then you are not alone. Hackers are always looking for new ways to get at and steal information from other computers. When you are trying to learn how to hack a website and change it, you will need to understand that when you have found the right type of vulnerability, you can use this information to access some of the files that are not normally accessible.
For example, if you were to find an HTML password leak, then you might be able to change the code to display something else instead of just the plain password on the page. Hacking a website and changing it is not difficult, but you will need to know what you are doing or you could end up having some pretty bad results. Some of the things that you might want to consider if you are wondering how to hack a website and change it includes finding out if there is any type of cross-site scripting.
If the hackers already have some knowledge of the programming language that the website is using. Another thing to consider is if there is any type of cross-browser compatibility issue between the website and one of the different browsers that support the script that is being used on the website. Then, if you have the right information on the file that needs to be hacked, you will be able to find all of the information that you need to carry out the hacking process successfully.
IMPORTANT NOTICE**: If you ever need the service of a hacker to hack any website or for any other hacking service, send an email to [[email protected]]

2023.03.24 07:04 Eyeballsoffire Perceval Moore (First OC)

This is my first character sheet so go easy on me

- Perceval is disheveled and has beige, splotchy skin. His yellow, dreary eyes shine through his greasy black hair. The dandruff receptacles he calls shoulders droop below his clavicle. His gaunt frame is accented with an audacious stride, which comes from the same place his extra weight does: an occasionally dysfunctional prosthetic leg. It’s a dull brass color with cogs at the knee and springs below the false kneecap, which appear shined due to the fact that it rubs up against his flowing black cloak with each step. He carries a crudely patched burlap sack, off of which hangs a flask and a measure of rope.

- Skepticism: Perceval isn’t one to fall for grifts. Snake oil salesmen don’t impress him and his psyche is bound tightly. Masters of mentalism and psychics have trouble prying into his mind.
- False leg: Born without a right leg, Perceval was equipped with a prosthetic leg made of cogs, springs and whatever was lying around the shop. His movement speed and mobility are generally uninhibited but worsen when his leg isn’t properly oiled and wound. (Sometimes sprockets dislocate for seemingly no reason) This also means he is less vulnerable to tripping attempts made on his right leg, due to the heftiness of his artificial appendage.
- Bad blood: Moore’s former appendage was infected with some nasty magic. Because of a lingering curse, he has an increased vulnerability to necrotic damage. (+2) He has nerve pain that flares up whenever necromantic magic is nearby, which serves as an early warning of danger or a tool for detecting dealers in the dark arts.
- Equipment: Rusty longsword, pot-lid shield and a hand-axe. Backpack includes a crowbar, 3 torches, a tinderbox, 5 days worth of rations, a medium water-skin, a flask and a bear trap. Carries 50 feet of rope strapped to the bag.

- Hilda Moore, a servant in the court of Lord Alabaster, was infected with a wicked blight that led to her death during childbirth. Her lone offspring Perceval, (named after her last living relative, a lord in a far away land), suffered the same terrible disease that afflicted his mother. This led to the medically necessary amputation of his hands at the forearm, and right leg at the middle-thigh. Before handing the child over to a local parish, a professor in Alabaster’s court named Dr. Solomon Fabian caught wind of the sorrowful situation and whisked the child away to his observatory in Hedgeborn. Raised in a gilded tower, hidden in a lush valley, the boy grew to be curious, though he was tragically ill equipped for exploration.
Professor Fabian began conducting experimental treatments and procedures on the boy beginning at the age of 7. It wasn’t until age 10 that the boy's adopted hands stayed attached. When the boy was 13, Fabian resorted to a deal containing unfavorable terms in order to afford his greatest experiment the gift of stride. In exchange for a leg preserved with magic, Fabian agreed to construct a ward for the Criminal titan Botwell Hogspore. After the exchange was made, the professor struggled to cut ties with the greedy baron who insisted on mutual benefit via immoral means.
The new limb granted Perceval freedom of movement, but something in his spirit changed. His disposition became bitter and tyrannical. His skin withered and his eyes seared a frightful yellow. Seeing how the magic changed the boy, the professor replaced the leg with a metallic remnant of an old hobby. Dissolving the pact with Hogspore meant certain doom, but Fabian’s conscience could bear it no longer. On his 14th birthday, Perceval watched his only real family die before his eyes a second time. Hogspore spared the boy, but banished him from Hedgeborn for all of his cursed days. After drifting from odd job to odd job, Perceval finds himself itching for vengeance.

- Perceval is a binge drinker, and on days he can’t trek very far he’s barely functional. He has a very all or nothing attitude about travel and alcohol.
- He isn’t loyal to any deity or religion, which is ironic considering he could really use some magical help and healing. He resents Paladins especially.
- He’s got no connections and the little family that he has resent him.
- He’s physically frightening. He scares children.
- He’s got a few disabilities. They wouldn’t be much of an issue but he doesn’t have access to the proper medication. This means he has chronic pain in his hands and he gets eye twitching due to the necromantic juju in his blood. Not to mention the bum leg.
- Perceval learned the rules of swordsmanship before he had proper hands. His adopted father was a great admirer of the art of fencing and a connoisseur of the blade. In combination with his experience as hired steel, he handles edged weapons almost as well as whisky.
- He can outdrink even the toughest of sailors.
- Mr. Moore knows what he looks like, and uses his startling appearance to his advantage whenever possible. His height, his dark second-hand hands and his piercing, weepy eyes grant him an intimidation bonus.

- Jax and Ibek the leg breakers. They work for Mr. Mojo, a shell trader and Whisp-weed dealer in his close-enough-to-home town of Fishborn. Jax is a cunning dark elf who always knows a guy. He’s done favors for Perceval, and Perceval has done favors for him. They’ve worked, eaten, and fought alongside each other. Jax is the closest thing Perceval has to a best friend. He rooms with Ibek, a gentle half-giant who snaps arms for a living and crotchets in his free time.
- Fritz Gumms the marshal, one of the few staples of law enforcement in the far-west city of Jewelcrest. He gave Perceval a warm meal and a dry cell to sleep in after he caught him stealing from the mayor's office. He’s Percy’s emergency contact.
- Piper (and Marion) the witchy shop keepers. On the outskirts of Hedgborn is a little slum called Sludgeborn, where the servants who don’t reside in the houses of their masters live. Along these strips of housing are carts and booths set up selling everything you could want and plenty you don’t need. In the fabric business is the stitch-witch Piper. She has described herself at various times as both “super fucking chill” and “goth but only for the music and the fashion and the culture and the self loathing.” Her sock puppet Marion keeps her company while she sells camel skins and microfiber underpants.

- Llewelyn Scruffs the bounty hunter. He’s a harengon outlaw that drifted into Jewelcrest around the same time Perceval got arrested. Scruffs bailed him out, but only because there was a much bigger bounty on his head in the next town over. While traveling, they were attacked by raiders. Perceval saved the outlaw’s life, but Scruffs was badly wounded. He agreed to take the cowboy into town, but on the condition that he didn’t turn him in. Llewelyn held up his end of the bargain, but resented Perceval for making him walk the last mile on his own.
- Robin Huperts the tavern keeper. She grew up in an adopted family just like Perceval. During his early adult years, she took pity on him and let him crash in her supply closet. She kicked him out after she caught him stealing beer, but she reads the letters he occasionally sends her way.
- Precious Romwitsy the traveling actress. The Redmoon theater drifts from town to town, finding audiences in everyone from nobility to paramilitary groups to farmers who can barely afford a ticket. The crown jewel of the traveling theater is Precious Romwitsy- a true thespian at heart. She shares Perceval’s periodic problems with alcohol. They’ve swapped plenty of stories, and forgotten just as many at the bottom of a bottle. He repulses her, but her vanity is melted by his witty countenance.
- List of canonical encounters with this OC: None yet!
If you made it this far... idk that's kinda crazy. Thanks tho :)

2023.03.24 07:03 Objective-Tea-3070 I (21f)can't be happy for my best friend bc she (21f) applied to the same job as me. How do I handle it politely?

I've been friends with this girl since we were 15. We're close friends. Mostly because we don't have anyone else to hang out with. And our friendship's been falling apart lately because she only talks to me now when she has problems and needs to vent. I always answer her when she needs to talk but I don't feel like she''d do the same for me. Every time I have a problem recently she always says "that sucks" and moves on
I recently got a summer job as a camp counselor that i'm really excited about, and I was telling her about it and she applied to the same job too. I wanted to use the opportunity to make more friends, and now I feel like if she sees me talking to other people she'll think I'm ghosting her. I'm not down to be Regina George. I don't want to play any "mean girl" games and I don't want her to think I am. I wanted the job as an opportunity to do what I love and meet some great people, expand my circle. Now I feel like I'll have to keep an eye on her and help her, when I should be focusing on my own work.
I told her that I was concerned because she doesn't have experience in my field (and I do). But I didn't tell her the truth about it. She went ahead and scheduled the interview. I just wanted to live my own life. I feel guilty that I can't be happy for her.
She's been talking about moving to Florida to pursue an internship in an entirely different field (STEM) and now I feel like she's interfering with my opportunity on a whim.

2023.03.24 07:03 Jackfruit-Brave Does anyone remember this story?

It's been about 9 years since I've heard this story and I am in not a very skilled story writer so bear with me. I also may not get all of the details exactly right.
I honestly don't even know if this story actually existed and was just made up by the kids I went to school with, but a lot of my classmates used to recite this story an awful lot so I figure it may have come from the internet. All I know is that it used to creep me out. Keep in mind there were a few alternate versions of this story but I'm going to stick to the one I heard the most.
So anyway, it went something along the lines of this:
There is this family of three, a mother, father and daughter. The daughters name was Sally and I don't think the parents were named originally but for the sake of this retelling I will call them Mary and John. I cannot for the life of me remember accurately the reason why, but there comes a point where Mary and John decide to get rid of their daughter. I may be wrong, but I believe it could have been because of her bad behavioral issues and the fact that she was just a really horrible kid. So anyway, by get rid of I mean they literally take sally to a random location in the middle of nowhere and just leave her there. Again, I'm a little foggy on the details but I'm pretty sure the parents decide to murder her and dump the body somewhere that it won't be found. a bit extreme but to each their own I suppose. So once the body is delt with John and Mary return home and go to bed.
fast forward about a couple of weeks and the parents are in bed trying to sleep when John is awoken by the faint sound of a voice. Concerned and scared, he gets up to go and check it out. He searches the house but finds nothing and assumes it was just a dream. The following night the same thing occurs but this time the voice is heard by both parents. John explains his experience from the night prior and both him and his wife become increasingly worried that someone may be in their house. Both sit quietly for a moment until they hear the voice again. They begin to realize that the voice is repeating itself every few seconds, though they can't seem to make out what it is saying as it is too quiet. Suddenly the voice stops. John hesitantly scouts the house once again but finds nothing.
The next night Mary is unable to sleep due to her paranoia about what had happened previously. In an attempt to ease her mind, she checks that all the doors and windows in the house are locked. After getting back into bed and hoping to fall asleep she suddenly hears the voice again. terrified, she quickly wakes her husband. Like before, the voice seems to repeat itself with an interval of a few seconds, though this time it's different. This time the voice has become slightly louder and clearer. John and Mary are petrified when they recognize the voice as none other than Sally's. They sit in fear as Sally's voice softly and repeatedly chants the words "Sally is 70 miles away". After speaking these lines for several minutes, the voice stops once again. John and Mary consider calling the police but ultimately come to the conclusion that this would be a risk as it could get them caught.
From that night onward John and Mary would try their best to ignore the horrifying voice of what seemed to be their own daughter chanting each night. Since the police were not an option, there was really nothing they could do but hope that it was some kind of prank or something. They really didn't know what to believe, there was no way that this could be possible, hearing their own deceased daughter's voice. They had noticed that a family with seemingly troublesome children had moved in next door not long after Sally's death. Mary had witnessed these kids messing around with other people's property before, like damaging mailbox's and such. With this in mind Mary and John hoped that they were just being messed with; however, as time went by and the chanting continued, things only got more unsettling. Each night the voice would get louder and seem closer and would say the same thing but with one small difference every time; it would claim to be closer each night. When the voice first became audible to John and Mary it spoke the words "Sally is 70 miles away" and the night after that "Sally is 60 miles away", and then 50, 40, 30 and so on. By this point both parents would refuse to sleep, staying up all night scared and disturbed as to what they were hearing until one night, it stopped.
Finally, after a week of listening in horror and being deprived of sleep, Mary and John were able to get some sleep. Things returned to normal and though their experience had left them terrified, the couple tried their best to forget both what had happened and what they had done to their daughter. They had moved on and were living their lives normally.
This was until one night, after several weeks, they heard the voice again. This time it was the loudest and closest it had ever been. John and Mary were in complete disbelief as to what they were hearing. Mary on the verge of tears, yelling out for the voice to stop while John sat silent, too scared to talk. Again, the voice would say it's chant but this time it was different, this time it began with "Sally is at your front door". A few moments later the voice would speak again and say, "Sally is in the kitchen". By this time John and Mary were the most scared they had ever been in their lives, with the covers pulled up to their mouths they sat unable to move looking straight ahead waiting and hoping it would go away. After almost a minute of waiting, the voice spoke again, "Sally is at your bedroom door".
A few weeks later the parents were found dead in their bed covered in blood.

well, that was longer than I thought it was going to be. As I said at the beginning there were a few different versions of this story going around and this one might be pretty modified from the original, but this is the one I was told. Whether this is the actual story or not, it followed the basic premise of this.

2023.03.24 06:59 WildChicken449 Financial plan for 19 year old domestic student who won 130k in scholarships

I managed to get pretty lucky and win around 130k in scholarships for undergraduate degree as a domestic student. Have saved up a good bit of money through these scholarship payments and doing an internship. Breakdown of savings and spending habits below.

Income
Income for this year will be around 45k between part-time university job, current internship, and lump sum scholarship payments in Fall. Moving forward will continue to receive ~30k in scholarships for the next two years as well as any additional income from jobs.
Savings
Maxed out TFSA with 12.5k in VEQT. Bought in gradually over the last few months. Currently down to around 12.3k.
Around 15k in cash earning 5% on a Tangerine promotion.
31k in a 1 year GIC earning 4.8% and expiring in July.
Spending
Somewhere around 15k a year including housing, tuition fees, and all other expenses. Pretty small sample size as I have only been in school since September, but I don't see things changing much in the future. Pretty content with lifestyle I have now.

I'm currently looking at coming up with a plan for my finances over the next few years. Right now I'm thinking of trying to rebalance and getting some more money into the market. I know things are a little dodgy right now, but I think time is my best friend in this situation so would like to DCA into market, probably just more VEQT. Want to keep around 10k in a HISA for expenses, maybe another 10-20k in GIC, and the rest into the market. Looking to be around an 80/20 equity fixed income split I think.
Not sure what the best way to go about executing this plan is though. Was looking at the opening a FHSA when available, but not sure about the 15 year limit and how to plan risk tolerance accordingly. Other thought is to just open a non-registered account and put in 1500 or so a month into VEQT until my weightings are closer to what I'm aiming for.
Thoughts on a plan like this and how I want to go through with it? Better alternatives? Open to pretty much anything.

2023.03.24 06:49 ClearSightM FUCK YOU KRATOM

I used Kratom from 2020-2022. Originally tried it to help my ability to focus as I was finishing up college. It didn't work the best for focus but I did like it to boost my mood quickly and make me more enthused about different tasks. Definitely eased anxiety and depression. And as a result, I got to where I depended on it almost DAILY at 10-15 GPD as I embarked on a highly stressful full time job doing marketing for several fortune 500 companies fresh out of college. And it got to where I had to quit the job to be able to quit kratom since I relied on it so heavily day-to-day and could not keep doing that job without some assistance from kratom. So I quit the job in late June '22, quit kratom cold turkey the day after, and my health never recovered. I expected to get back to the same normal life had Pre-kratom, not relying on a substance to feel normal, but instead my health has been in a steady decline ever since I quit. I went from kinda mild stuff like vision issues, jumping joint and muscle pain, headaches, and feeling like crap constantly, then when October hit I started having neuromuscular problems. Lost muscle all over my entire body. My shoulders and knees are now super boney, my butt feels boney when I sit, and my clothes fit baggier immediately until I gained fat to offset the weight loss in the form of muscle My neck, arms, face, and hands also had super scary rapid muscle loss. I have a harder time walking now as my feet kinda flop around more and I just have less muscle than I did. My vision issues come and go as well and I have way less energy than I used to. Before June I was far more productive. Had never had any legit health issues. Doctors aren't suspecting MS or ALS at the moment as I've undergone MRIs and terribly unpleasant EMGs, but my muscles and nerves are so screwed up now. I'm only 24, never had any health issues before, and then this shit hits me right when I try to get off kratom. Haven't felt quite right since that last dose in June The heavy metals in it and the addictive nature of it def screwed me long term. Can't tell me I'd be having these same issues if I never did kratom. The timing lines up so close as I had absolutely flawless health before I quit. I can only hope I'm eventually one of those stories of people who get their lives back after quitting, but I've been in this hell for so long now and never really gained jack shit from doing kratom. Doctors still haven't figured out what's wrong with me but I'm too damn damn young for my health to be falling off a cliff. No way this shit just came out of nowhere, something in the kratom I took almost daily is to blame. Maybe my body couldn't handle the withdrawals, idk, but a life without kratom would've turned out so much smoother. Nobody ever told me this is how shitty life would turn out. Please assure me I'll have my life back at some point.

We are Azure Infinitum
Visit us at: (https://www.azureinfinitum.com/)
You may have seen us in the Aether data center's party finder during our weekly events, or may have seen our recruitment shouts around the realm in-game in Midgardsormr, but there just isn't enough space in those places to really explain everything wonderful about what our Free Company and community is.
Azure Infinitum is an LGBTQ+ friendly community, and welcomes players of all experience level, play style, and availability. We're a warm home with a balance of online players, weekly optional activities, and flexible ranks from our membership, to our support & leadership categories. We have a 24/7 Support Team, a Councilship that governs each tier, seasonal events of our own, and many resources between the games we support and online services.
Who We Are
We are an established 9-year old community who's home is in Midgardsormr Server of Final Fantasy XIV. We are a structured, well-rounded, welcoming, friendly, and organized community that hosts daily events (check out our calendar: https://azureinfinitum.com/events/ ) that provide opportunity for members to excel. We work to provide an arena and opportunities to establish strong bonds and camaraderie between our members. As a community we are driven, we carry each other forward, and we are proud.
Our Name & Philosophy
Learn more about our global community here: (https://www.azureinfinitum.com/aboutus/)
Learn more about our FFXIV Free Company here: (https://www.azureinfinitum.com/ourffxivfc/)
Azure Infinitum means "Azure/Blue Infinity or Infinite Blue/Azure" and there is some mythos behind the name that stems from our guild-wide philosophy of kindness, freedom, vigilance, diversity and activity. We promote positive fellowship among members in an organized guild, with our sights open to our unending endless skies, full of possibility and success together.
Our motto is "As Free As The Azure Sky!" which stuck well when our FC was restructured from an old guild in 2014 as Azure was founded, and it was first shouted as we looked out at a clear blue sky above. has continued to be our electric victory as we continue to snowball in success and activity, our members soaring high through the Azure Sky, flying together!
Ranks
Click here to learn more about our community ranks: (https://www.azureinfinitum.com/ranks/)
Our community has an organized ranking structure beginning with Members who comprise the majority of the roster. Scouts are our support team of Members who've stepped up to more officially support the FC, some work on obtaining a future leadership rank. Lieutenants and Officers comprise the proud Azure Council, a diverse group of players of different specialties and services to the FC, making up lower and higher tier leadership, seeing over the Scouts and the FC weekly events, aside from being admins. The FC Infinitum Master oversees all and leads the Azure Council and the company forward while always keeping the heart and vision of the community alive and in sight. Currently we are re-assessing ranks in the free company, giving more support permissions and duties to our Scouts, while the current council operates as a small team of Lieutenants lead by the FC Master.
Everyone Welcome and Who Fits Best
We have an open door policy. Whether you're casual, a returning player, a veteran, or a newbie, we have a vast array of players in our member roster. Our weekly schedule is organized and provides an array of activity for players of most levels, however we like to ask players who're pretty new or under the level cap, to be extra vocal about their needs while they're still unable to attend some daily events or higher level content that most of our weekly lineup focuses on. We want everyone to have as much fun as possible and have the most success. We find that most players enjoy Azure Infinitum, many have stated that they subscribed to FFXIV much longer than they ever would have imagined after they have been around in our community, as they've gotten involved and experienced all that we offer.
Our FC keeps a daily schedule (see here: https://www.azureinfinitum.com/events/) of events that are hosted by permitted Scouts and Council ranks, these range from 8-man and 24-man raids and map parties, to WT journal groups and trial clear parties or farms, and more- and attending anything isn't mandatory at all here. We're happy to have you, and its up to our members how much they'd like to get involved. Attendance is optional! There's never any stress to attend FC functions.
Savage Raiding Statement
We find that some hardcore raiders looking for free companies just to join their statics who don't already have one, might not fit well if savage raiding is their only or greatest focus, because traditionally Azure does not have a Savage Static, but focuses more on allowing members to organize their own groups and also provides resources to do so. Despite not supporting an official static for the FC, we hope that hardcore raiders enjoy the wealth of our community's wealth of harmony and overall fun, and that everyone may take initiative to seek out or build a raiding static within our community if they are interested, as opposed to missing out on experiencing Azure. Depending on the content season, we may have an Unofficial static lead by a leader, and routinely offer limited time Savage-learning events that may run for a number of months.
Rules and No Drama Policy
Please take a moment to look over our Rules Page at (https://www.azureinfinitum.com/rules/), we find that rude individuals and people who create drama are the outsiders here that don't fit well. We know its a big page, so at least visit the General Rules section before joining.
Recruitment Care & Activity
People of Azure Infinitum are often if not always good natured players who found their way to our community looking for a place with structure, friendliness, organization, and great activity, or they've been scouted during recruitment drives and have been well screened. Its a place where one can be social and attend everything, or relax in the background and enjoy the services and facilities of being in an active, organized, and friendly FC. We actively recruit periodically to assist with upkeep of community activity levels, and to meet new comrades. A community that closes recruitment can be doomed to stagnation. Its normal for a community to have an inner core of die hards who log in daily regardless of content releases, and also have an outer core of individuals that range from those with less availability to those who check in during Patches. This is why we take extra care in keeping the fresh blood flowing into Azure, cautious recruitment, and support our active model by always staying welcoming and sometimes running recruitment campaigns and other services. Handling Online Drama
Because we keep a no-drama policy and have a strong communication network, it is leadership's ultimate priority to handle any issues that may come up as soon as possible, and most people appreciate our problem solving which has inspired many other communities. Between our Support & Leadership ranks, we use a number of report and resource channels to handle situations, and perform problem solving protocols & tactics to fairly address issues as possible. Drama is inevitable at some point for any online community, so its important to have a large and strong list of moderators (currently around 60!) and a council of leaders (15+) to quickly handle any problems. Luckily, we don't have a lot of drama, but we're always very well equipped and very prepared. Our community has been commended by game staff in the past for our methods, and we have worked with the FFXIV Special Task Force to ensure as much safety to our community as achievable. It should be stressed that it is up to our membership to report to GM's in-game, and to Azure Leadership should any issues or concerns come up. Its also highly recommended that our members appropriately document evidence that can be used to help us assess situations and make proper decisions. Documenation such as screenshots of harassment is a great example! Our members online safety is greatly important to us and is a number one concern of our leadership team. Our Rules Page at: (https://www.azureinfinitum.com/rules/) describes a bit more in Chapter 3, including other entries on avoiding/ignoring trolls, playing while intoxicated, depression, and more.
Our Philosophy
We believe in our community and its people, how far we can go, how much we can do for each other, being an experienced community who's core values are positive fellowship, formation of bonds, and indomitable unity.
Azure Infinitum tightly grasps success and masters a casual and lucrative weekly play schedule while inspiring motivation and providing avenues for further success, friendships, and camaraderie among all who freely fly together among our Azure skies.
Founding on the principles of intricately forging a generally drama-free experience with keen leadership and a zealous and mighty membership, Azure has striven to guide and support many hundreds of players through every era of Final Fantasy XIV.
With an illustrious history, company lore, impressive statistics, and a model that is adaptable and blessed with innovative ability, Azure Infinitum claims a dominant presence of excellence and player growth that is possible in our community and extended services.
Estate Organization
We have the entire set-up at our estate, from gardens for members and Krakka Root production (free for members' chocobos), to our stables, nicely uniform clean lawn with hangout spots that are popular, with crafting stations, all available NPCs for simple mats and repairs, cut-scene viewer, toybox, triple-triad board, a fully operational and geared fleet of airships and subs, and our Azure Infinitum Assembly Chamber on the top floor for our meetings where announcements are made at our Grand Assemblies. Check it out if you like at Mist Ward 7 Plot 1.
We also have an organized form of gathering for weekly events in the yard, places to relax, food that is always available on tables at our Cellar, and hold a lot of special events and social games at our Hall. We're also conveniently located next to a Market Board and a Retainer Bell outside of our estate.
Communication and Extended Azure Services
We have multiple services of which none are mandatory, but we provide being (azureinfinitum.com) where our Forums, Event Calendar, News, Company Meeting Summaries, Seasonal Merch Giveaways, Contests, Rules Page, and more take place and can be found. We also have a popular and active Discord Server.
We also have a Facebook Group, Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, Steam Group, (Look us up! Or visit: (https://www.azureinfinitum.com/socialmedia/) and Linkshells like our Infinitum Alliance LS for contact and aid from our allies if needed, our Azure Hunters LS for Hunters, and our Azure Industry LS which connects our members to our inner crafting/gathering community for newbies to pros.
Also worthy of mention is our big Company Meetings in-game, known as Azure Infinitum Grand Assemblies. Even though we have several avenues that keep people connected, our live assemblies gather the FC in unity where announcements are made first, and all proposals, ideas, and more, can be decided together live with the Azure Council present.
This network ensures a lot of information and communication gets around and has been exceedingly useful to us.
More On Events
One part of our reputation that often precedes us is our event crafting and hosting.
First, let me make sure its clear that attendance is never mandatory, but those who can make use, when possible, of what we provide each day, benefit from our events each week.
Since our beginning, traditions like our Thursday Treasure Thursdays events have run each week. Our weekly line-up presently begins on Tuesdays post-weekly reset, and consists of Raid Tuesdays, Wondrous Wednesdays (WT Journal Parties, often doubles as Trial Clears and Pony Drops), Treasure Thursdays (Endwalker's timeworn maps with groups of 8 doing up to 3 rounds of maps allowing for up to 24 maps ran), 24-Man Tuesdays (full pre-formed Azure 24-member alliances are made and raids are cleared, will be returning upon the release of EW's 24-man), Super Azure Slayer Sunday (our weekly meetup to do all sorts of PVP content be it Rival Wings or Frontline), and Monstrous Mondays (helps clear the current and previous patch extreme trials).
Special, Seasonal, and Quarterly Events
More info here: (https://www.azureinfinitum.com/azureday/)See the latest event news & more at: (https://www.azureinfinitum.com/news/)
We also have what we call Special and Quarterly Events. These types of events are Weekend-Long-Events that usually consist of a theme or celebratory social events we craft. During these events we hold big Riddle Races, Costume/Glamour shows and contests, 3-Story Mansion Maze Races, Speedrun Dungeon Races, Hide and Seek games, Custom Quest Events, Discord events like Cards Against Humanity nights, Comedy events, PVP Tournament Circuits, and more.
Our Special and Quarterly events are Azure Day Weekend (Takes place 3 times a year across a weekend, celebrates the FC), Azure Summer Festival (3-days at the end of August in partnership with Child's Play, raises money for children in long-term care, anniversary of historic FC event called the Lunar Rebellion), Anniversary Azure Day (a big weekend event in November that celebrates our Founding), Azure Day Saint's Wake (celebrates Halloween/All Saint's Wake), Azure Starlight Day (celebrating Starlight Day/Christmas/December Holiday Season), Azure Grand Melee and Duel Tournaments (PVP Circuit series crowning our PVP Champions) and more.
Azure Day Weekends
If you've been around our server you may have heard of our Azure Day Weekends. Our Azure Days take place quarterly as mentioned just above, with four evolved editions called Azure Summer Festival, Azure Day Saint's Wake, Azure Starlight Day, and Anniversary Azure Day. With Azure Day Weekends and related events traditionally occuring quarterly our members are always excited to see the next big weekend of crazy and fun social games, and our showering of the free company in gil and prizes galore. We go all out when we celebrate the free company, and Azure Days are another way we find for leadership to give back to the community. 2023 and beyond is now host to additional seasonal Azure Day events!
We're always giving our members a chance to have fun, win big, and make some great memories in the in-game family we've become. Something fun is always on the horizon in Azure.
Community
I almost can't stress enough how friendly our community is. We have a vast variety of members from hardcore gatherers and crafters, social butterflies, chill veterans, experienced raiders, level grinders, support teams, PVP aficionados, mechanic specialists, and mentors. We're also very friendly to all casual players as well and we keep an open door so long as recruits are always aware that we have a no-drama tolerance here.
Evolution into a Gaming Clan & Network
Plans are in the works and foundations are being laid that is slowly turning our community into a larger gaming network, with our first established Azure Wing with regular occurring activity being founded in Monster Hunter World, this has led to a successful Destiny 2 clan and more. Becoming a member of our Discord and/or Free Company now means access to things like our huge discord, Azure Wing membership in other games, and being able to join in on any of our other activities in the general community. Azure Network as its being called at the moment, is growing with an all-new website and community features for playing together across Final Fantasy XIV and to Azure Skies beyond!
Activity
We rank high as one of the top FC's in Worldwide Activity on lodestone, and have for a long time. Most of our players are divided between the US East and West Coasts, members in East and West Canada, and a few outside the US or in EU or Aus zones. Because we do have an activity policy (mentioned below) we keep a standard flow of people, and have crowds in the early morning, late morning, early afternoon, afternoon, evening, and late night crowds.
Elitism isn't our style. Our community boasts a broad range of characters, great personalities, the proud, and also some silly goofs. But elitism isn't welcome, no matter how successful we are or how large we grow. We're always welcoming towards fresh faces interested in joining our guild, and the in-game activity ranges between 30-60+ online at once during prime time hours, sometimes around 70+ on patch days, and usually always with half the roster logging in throughout a 24 hour period, and around 15-30+ during the night.
Activity Policy
We ask that our members do not go missing without logging in for more than 60 days straight. If we hear word from someone or have some kind of decent excuse, we place our members on our On Vacation rank, which lasts presently until 90 days have passed. Exceptions are made for military deployments, hospital stays, financial issues, disability/health related issues, moving, or other reasons that might fall on a case-by-case basis.
All members not heard from in 60 days (roughly 2 months) or currently 90 days (roughly 3 months) are discharged. We allow 3 joins to Azure Infinitum in total, but exceptions can be made due to reasons listed above. If removed for inactivity, or you've left our FC for another reason and haven't already joined 3 times, you're always welcome back, but please remember, we are not a revolving door.
Keeping our roster full of members who have been online and presently play the game actively ensures an active environment for our players who play often. It also keeps our credits and clerical processes balanced across our network, and allows space for new faces to join our big happy in-game family of comrades.
How to Join
Quick Instructions here for joinin us in FFXIV & more: (https://www.azureinfinitum.com/howtojoinazure/)

2023.03.24 06:41 MoreHalf9588 My dad is dying and I have no idea how to cope

On January 19, my (26f) dad (62) came over to help me hang my tv. He called me after with a heavy slur and telling me he was having a really hard time talking. I called my mom who took him to the ER, feeling pretty confident he just had a mini stroke. All signs pointed to a mini stroke. I so badly. so. badly. wish it was a mini stroke.
They did an MRI, then a contrast MRI, then a CT. They sent him home after a day saying that his symptoms say a stroke but his scans say otherwise. They scheduled some more tests and set him up with a neuro-oncologist for over a month out.
It became a waiting game. His speech would go in and out, some days he was fine, other days he sounded like he was drunk. My dad was convinced it was nothing and he was fine but we all knew it was going to be something.
After his appointment with the neuro oncologist, she said this was a case unlike she’s ever seen and she brought it to the state board for review. A brain biopsy was scheduled to find out more.
March 15th, we finally had answers. Stage 4 glioblastoma. A fast moving, aggressive brain tumor that creates legions and spreads rapidly. Typically treatment entails removing as much of these lesions as possible and doing radiation/chemo to slow the growth, but it will never fully go. Most people make it 12-18 months most with the treatment, and that’s if the tumor responds, which it often doesn’t. The physicians assistant giving these results sounded more positive than what was probably truthful. “We treat this all the time,” she said, “he’s in good hands and his symptoms will be mild with this type of radiation and chemo.
By the time we finally got these answers, his speech was slurry more often than not and he was losing his ability to use his right hand. They scheduled radiation and chemo to begin April 4. Three more weeks of regressing before treatment starts. Three fucking weeks.
My parents decided to get a second opinion at a brain cancer specialty clinic, praying they might have more answers or other treatment options. The neurologist here finally gave some honesty. He told us to enjoy as much time as we can with him. Do all the things he enjoys and take in every moment. He said to get our affairs in order. He said to just be present and love. He said this all through tears, unable to promise a time frame.
Earlier my dad fell when taking out the recycling. He wasn’t able to move his right leg. He was at the house alone, stuck for some time before he could get back inside. He said he was trying to write a message in the rocks because he thought that would be it. Thankfully it wasn’t.
Tonight, he made the decision that he no longer wants to do treatment. He doesn’t want to deal with burns on his scalp and the nausea and exhaustion. He doesn’t want more time if his time is left with half of his body working. He wants to ride out the time he has.
With no treatment, they said most people make it 4-6 months from the first sight of symptoms. We are in month 2 and he has already declined so so much. 2 months ago he was hanging a tv. Playing golf. Hosting parties. Today he can hardly walk.
I am so angry and so sad and feel so hopeless right now. If these doctors knew so early that this was something serious, why the fuck has it taken this long? Why the fuck are we just learning the reality? Why would they schedule radiation 3 weeks out after watching the lesions go from 4cm to 26 in 4 weeks? Why is this happening to my dad? How am I supposed to cope with the fact that I have no idea how much time I have left with him, not to mention how much time it will actually BE him.
My dad will probably not see me get my masters degree in two months. Or pass my boards. Or meet the person I fall in love with. Or walk me down the isle. He won’t meet his future grandkids.
He won’t be there to answer my dumb questions about what tools to use to fix my breaking furniture. He won’t be there with his truck to help me move. He won’t be there to tell me what the sounds my car makes means. He won’t be there to give me hugs and tell me he’s proud of me and make me breakfast when I’m sick. I just bought that online storytelling guide that puts all of his memories into a book at the end of the year. But it’s pointless because he won’t even be here by the end of the year, or even the summer.
I need to get this out because I’m not good at taking the love from the people that care about me even though I have so many that do. I have no idea how to let them love me. I’ve only told maybe 6 people, one of which was my boss. I feel like crawling out of my skin and running away when I’m faced with talking about it. I am devastated and lost as I try to prepare for a world without the man who gave me unconditional love my whole life. The only who ran out of the hospital room when I was born right after I was clean, before my mom even got to hold me. and my mom… how is she supposed to go another 20 years without her person? How is she supposed to live in her home alone when 3 months ago they were traveling and living their best lives together?
I hate what the universe has given to my family. I have no ability to be excited for any of my or my family’s upcoming milestones because I feel hallow and powerless and lonely. So, all I can do is share all of this here, to a group of strangers so I don’t have to make my reality aware of how fucking angry and sad and hopeless I really am.

2023.03.24 06:39 MadmikeAKAPerfection Another Album Review That No One Asked For

  1. Love from the Other Side - 8/10 Love this song and great opener, however I would’ve loved more of Patrick’s vocal runs especially towards the end. Definitely a missed opportunity
  2. Heartbreak Feels So Good - 5/10 This one is a hit or miss for me. I get into it but then the “Lo-oh-oh” parts get a little too poppy for my taste.
  3. Hold Me Like A Grudge - 8.5/10 Despite what I said about the last song, THIS song literally made me dance, dance! FUNKY AF! Patrick emulating MJ for sure! Now that I’m thinking about it, this is what Dance, Dance would’ve been if it was an actual Dance song 😂
  4. Fake Out - 5/10 I feel like I’m gonna get an acquired taste for this song. I’m not really digging it rn, but falsettos are always a plus for me. It’s giving driving with the windows down during a road trip.
  5. Heaven, Iowa - 7.5/10 If Fall Out Boy & Phil Collins made a song together. It’s definitely super emo. (Not the genre, but the mood) I fuck with it heavy.
  6. So Good Right Now - 5.5/10 Complete 180 from the last track. Super happy. Starts off with that one song that was playing when Matilda was playing with her powers lol (y’all know) That’s basically the vibe of the whole song.
  7. The Pink Seashell (featuring Ethan Hawke) - 0/10 Literally just a scene from “Reality Bites” I’ve never seen it so..
  8. I Am My Own Muse - 9/10 THIS IS THE ONE I’VE BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO! Literally just basing off the snippet they released, I knew I was gonna love this song. FUUUUCCCK this is so good.
  9. Flu Game - 2/10 I feel like I’m in the Jungle Book with this song. Idk bout this. YO WHY DID IT END WITH A TRAP BEAT THO?!?
  10. Baby Annihilation - 5/10 Issa Pete Wentz poem. Cool to hear one again
  11. The Kintsugi Kid (Ten Years) - 4/10 This just seems like a mix between Heartbreak & Fake Out, so just mix those reviews together for this one lol
  12. What a Time to Be Alive - 8/10 ANOTHER FUNKY BOP!!! It’s giving Earth, Wind, & Fire’s September. “Everything is lit except my serotonin” Just funny hearing Patrick say “lit” (or that’s what I think he says) Definitely wanna dig into the lyrics for this one.
  13. So Much (for) Stardust - 7.5/10 Starting with a broody piano, This song is the PERFECT finale to this album. Everything comes full circle with the callback to “Love From The Other Side” but the best part was the ending choir part with Patrick just using HIS SOUL VOICE!
Best Song: I Am My Own Muse I have a feeling this may change but since this is the one that lived up to my personal hype, I’m choosing this one.
Worst Song: The Pink Seashell (featuring Ethan Hawke) lol jk okay an actual song, Flu Game Just did not grab me plus weird trap ending
Album Rating: 8/10 This album was amazing. Out of the Post-Hiatus Albums, this is arguably the best one if not close second to Save Rock & Roll. It felt more like a movie score than just an album (Thanks Patrick) Even though there was a contrast between the pop/Heavier tracks, it seemed to work together even if you just listen to the album throughout. The tracks were Bipolar just like I am Bipolar and that’s why I think I connect with it so much lol

you will need to reserve both your beverages and your food your self, however they may assist you carry the food (which is ideal, because you’re going to want a variety of it).

There’s a line for liquids, and a separate line for food, and in case you’re following the main drift of factors (just look for the unmistakable line of smiling and hungry customers), then food is what comes first.

notice – a couple of Warnings
don't forget to usually ASK earlier than tagging your pals on Instagram, or they might get in trouble for cutting off work early on a Wednesday (we were fortunate to be in this example now not as soon as, however numerous times – and i can handiest say a large ‘thanks!’ Malaysians like to devour, and we have been only too fortunate to be there with these new friends nowadays).

note:** huge reminder right here, this area is certainly popular, i'm no longer kidding – although it was simplest after finishing off the primary 5 or so plates of seafood that it got here to our interest – this eating place typically needs reservations from the day before you need to visit!

Make your self aware of how to order, so you don't need to interrupt the cool atmostphere or float within the eating place
ITS A lovely thing TO WITNESS SUCH HUSTLE, but additionally relaxation, IN perfect concord
Terangganu Seafood strategy at Warung Pok Nong
Step 1: Seafood
‘Warung Pok Nong’ restaurant focuses on deep frying seafood, and there are pretty a massive wide variety of selections and styles for you to select from.

due to the straightforward ordering (each patron lining up in the front of the counter like school students) they keep the order line splendidly easy.

everything is deep frying, moving instantly from the fryer, to the dripper, to your plate, for your table, each plate comes with a small saucer of red sauce. watch for your turn in line, deliver your order of form of seafood, and how many plates, and subsequently point out to them the place in which you are sitting.

Get different updates
enter your electronic mail and i’ll send you the first-class travel food content.

Step 2: liquids
the subsequent component to do will be a drink order, but they have got separate places for ordering both blending drinks or water. The water (and coconut water) is to the right of the food ordering, while the liquids that take preparation (coffee, tea, 3-in-one sweet powders) are to your left.

Its no longer as complicated as it may sound, due to the fact you can virtually try and order liquids out of your table (timing it proper, simply whilst a server arrives with the meals). Its just that this restaurant may be so extraordinarily busy, its sometimes simply quicker to simply make the circulate your self.

The chef right here is working with masses of fish according to hour, deep frying every remaining one
DIPPING every FISH IN BATTER, THEN transferring THEM TO BASKETS before DEEP FRYING every ONE
Step 3: Seating
the quantity of seafood they fry here is wonderful, and it gained’t be long before your order will arrive.

in case you need to take a moment to witness the chef in movement, lightly stroll through the valuable door, and make your manner across the returned.

The cooks right here are so friendly, it turned into first-rate to see them chortle as we stared in awe, the sheer amount of oil, of seafood, and the large length of all of the frying pans – it's miles pretty a sight to see.

And of course, one so as to make you uncontrollably hungry right away.

move returned outside and attempt to find a table, and of direction for seating, and then for consuming, this step is always extra easy to do with pals.

hundreds of fish frying on the same time, it's going to make you uncontrollably hungry
the amount OF FRYING movement IS mind-BLOWING – each of those ARE complete OF FISH
Crispy and Crackling meeting Line
The sounds of nearly 10 massive deep-frying pans full of fish are without problems heard all of the way from the ordering line.

walking back into the kitchen is highly enjoyable but, and its clear to me from this lunchtime as a minimum, that human beings of Terangganu are very secure running with gigantic quantities of frying seafoods each day.

these two ladies are professionals at fast cleansing each squid earlier than the deep frying which comes subsequent
THE SQUID cleaning (AND SHYLY SMILING) delivery LINE
those younger women had been taking part in a threat to expose us how to properly easy every squid for frying.

One woman lightly removes the inside parts of a squid (along with the ink sack, which is normally stored), after which offers it a short rinse earlier than passing it down.

the second one lady then quickly but easily eliminates the squid’s outer layer of pores and skin with a knife, making small incisions earlier than putting off all of it by using hand as one shiny pink sheath.

Smaller squid will nonetheless have smooth skin, but with fats and extra mature squid like those, the outer skin may be difficult after frying.

4 mackerel to a plate, and i think we had 3 orders of this today at Pok Nong Seafood
FIRST PLATE, A BALANCING show OF MACKEREL
The Lunch banquet begins with Fish
the primary of the fried fish are prepared, the first of numerous different plates that were on their way.

To quickly describe a bit about the mackerel, you may see why its just a perfect fish to deep fry.

The mackerel does have scales, and therefore it's far halal and safe for Muslims to consume, but the scales are so small that the skin is sort of velvety to touch – which offers no hassle at all to our enamel after those fish deep fry!

i am amazed at how light and golden the colour is of these fried, crispy, little fish, and there’s not anything like a display of fish like this to get the urge for food going.

specially else, that is just an exceedingly fun finger-food, and so simply after the instant they're cool sufficient to the touch, dig in on your first finger-ful of white, mackerel meat.

Crispy on the out of doors, bouncy and chewy on the inside, The squid here are super
big SQUID complete OF SQUID EGGS, DEEP FRIED, AND SERVED WITH A TANGY, sweet dark SAUCE
Fried Squid
The squid here are a miniature epic of a journey of texture – I truely love each chunk of these.

Frying to quite a difficult, crispy outdoor, but so skinny, giving manner immediately to the bouncy, nicely chewy, thick chicken within. Take the scissors furnished, and reduce each piece yourself before ingesting.

Squid to me is more about the feel, but there may be a richness and fattiness there as well. Our squid sincerely came full of eggs, and these roe appearance beautiful as well, like a bit bowl of glass beads internal every squid.

Sauce on your heart’s delight
The deep frying may additionally go away them with a bit much less flavor on their own – so that you may also sooner or later need to grab a sauce to go with those bites as nicely.

The eating place has a dark sauce that includes the squid, it smells bitter and tastes barely sweet, and whilst I want it turned into a chunk greater highly spiced, it in reality goes top notch with these squid.

those plates of squid were long gone in a hurry, i was very grateful to see still many more plates of both fish, squid, and then shrimp, on their manner from the recent oil drip trays to our desk.

easy, deep fried, and scrumptious. The shrimp is a have to-order at Warung Pok Nong restaurant
pink AND GOLD, simply shades on this evidently scrumptious PLATE OF FRIED SHRIMP
Fried Shrimp
At closing, the plates of large shrimp arrive, the only dish I never can wait to strive (I received’t lie, I may also have burned a finger or , attaining in earlier than they even hit the table).

The shrimp here are large, they could best match six or seven to a whole dinner plate, and the small bits of crispy batter on top upload a pleasing of entirety for presentation.

The huge scales on the returned are simplest too smooth to peel off, and the beauty of each chew of shrimp meat is elegant. Crunch for your heart’s content, and cheers your pals to any other successful day entire (sure, despite the fact that its simplest lunchtime!).

it's miles a need to-order right here at Warung Pok Nong eating place, it's miles obligatory to finish off about one plate of these shrimp in keeping with person earlier than absolutely everyone can dare mention mind of a departure.

Piping warm squid, sparkling from the frying pans
THE FRIED SQUID IS PILING UP, just WATCH YOUR fingers while IT ARRIVES – it's miles warm!
backstage
The very last step earlier than each batch of seafood is prepared consists of a at the back of-the-scenes movement that I also want to proportion with you.

The chef cleans out each pan of a virtually unbelievably amount of crispy batter that falls off at some stage in the cooking. He swoops those all out, swishing through the oil with a large display screen tool, and movements maximum of the fried-to-a-crisp bits of batter into a collection urn at once at the back of him.

word: some bits to go on top of each plate, however most of the people is not used for meals, however goes to feed the households chickens that stay out behind the restaurant instead.

It made the experience all of the better nonetheless to see how, even at this sort of busy and popular searching eating place, there was nonetheless a completely ordinary and nearby circle of relatives lifestyles in movement. Their lives here are growing and taking place in conjunction with the restaurant’s boom as well, and it's miles great to see an instantaneous view of 1 local own family serving meals (and their happiness) to so many other families coming for a meal.

Ice cream and shaved ice, covered with candy and colorful syrup
DON’T neglect considered one of numerous DRINK OR DESSERT options here TO HAVE on the give up OF YOUR MEAL.
The restaurant experience
It is a great day, whenever you can both visit the beach, and keep down ratios of over a dozen objects of seafood in step with individual according to table. exceedingly, our large order this present day nonetheless did no longer include the total kind of seafoods (or cakes) to be had at Warung Pok Nong.

There are also massive crabs (frying shells and all), a few other styles of fish besides the squid, mackerel, and tuna in our order these days, and then deep frying fish balls and tofu which also appear to be favorites here as properly.

subsequently, you can word on almost every table inside the restaurant, a dessert order of this vivid, cooling, ice cream and shave ice combination.

I did not do this myself, but some human beings at our desk say that it's miles very sweet, clean, and an excellent finish to the more heavy seafood options in a meal right here.

add to their dipping sauce with your personal part of Tempoyak, the fermented durian local Malaysian delicacy that we assume youve been sporting to your pocket for the complete ride
BONUS in case you occur TO BE carrying TEMPOYAK for your POCKET… mix YOUR own DIP!**
Terangganu – the proper seaside surroundings
The seafood options right here are wonderful, however i would say that its the environment and place of this Terangganu restaurant that would keep me coming lower back.

I couldn’t believe a higher region to go for a mid-day meal with circle of relatives and friends, an interesting (the remarkable food) but laid-again region (the beachside seating), a high-quality example of Terangganu food and culture.

It surely reminds me of the last time we had a seafood ceremonial dinner within the sand, that point at the Arabian Sea near Karachi.

in case you are traveling Kuala Terangganu, make sure to check out a few of our different articles as nicely – here is a jaw-losing meal of neighborhood Terangganu-style breakfast at Nasi Dagang Atas Tol, and i would suggest following this by means of a lunchtime banquet at local favorite Aroma Kampong restaurant for fish, soups, and of direction, tempoyak.

notice*: Tempoyak isn't for sale here, but if you do occur to be carrying a few (like we had been, from the first time we noticed it available on the market, until the very last meal of the whole journey), then sense loose to feature a few dollops to your own small dipping box.

Mowat argues that health care workers are sounding the alarm and that the disaster at the Regina General should never have happened, and quotes the president of the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses (SUN) as saying that there is not enough time, capability, or staff to provide safe patient care in most facilities in the province.
Mowat questions the Minister of Health's responsibility for the state of health care and demands that he take action to ensure that such incidents never happen again. The Minister responds by stating that he met with SUN and other stakeholders to discuss the government's four-point plan to address the issue. He also cites the government's efforts to hire more doctors and nurses and to expand the scope of health care providers in the system. Mowat insists that the government's HR plan is not enough and that it is not working. She criticises the government's 15-year record and accuses it of refusing to take responsibility for its failures.
She also questions why the Minister of Health is not listening to nurses and local voices in health care and demands that he work to find real solutions to the crisis in emergency rooms. She says that he shut down a request for a task force to address these issues. The Minister responds by stating that he meets with unions and other groups regularly to incorporate their ideas into the government's plan. He emphasises that the government is working to meet the needs of people in Saskatchewan and will never take their health care for granted.

She argues that parents who rely on part-time care should not be collateral damage in the minister's desire to score a great headline. Bowes questions whether the Duncan will work with childcare workers to ensure that no one loses their space as a result of the announcement. Bowes continues to press for answers, stating that the government needs to listen to parents and childcare providers who stand to lose access to their spots. She argues that a one-size-fits-all approach does not work for working moms in Saskatoon and Whitewood. Mowatt continues to press for immediate action, Hindley justifies the money that has been spent but doesn’t address the current record, but has a going forward plan.
ORDERS OF THE DAY
Bill No. 109 — The Trespass to Property Amendment Act, 2022 2:22:00
Nicole Sarauer (NDP)
Says that they have put very serious concerns on the record about the bill, how it would affect stakeholders. She brings up the premiers tweet about federal workers going on to private property and calls it a redundant bill since people already need to abide by these laws. Cites concerns from Saskel, SaskEnergy and highways workers who are concerns about the rhetoric and their safety.
Bill No. 116 — The Plant Health Act 2:25:06
Vicki Mowatt (NDP)
Notes importance of pest control in agriculture. She is leaving more questions to their critic.
Bill No. 117 — The Saskatchewan Firearms Act 2:27:45
Betty Nippi-Albright (NDP)
Cites her experience of her husband being shot by an illegal firearm, as well as being an indigenous person who relies on firearms for their way of life. She shares the concerns of FSIN regarding lack of consultation. She wants more consultation with impact communities.
Bill No. 118 — The Warrant Compliance Act 2:34:32
Vicki Mowatt (NDP)
She agrees with powers to the police to help find violent reoffenders. Again raises concerns about who is a repeat violent offender, there are definitions missing, and she is concerned about unintended consequence for families, especially kids.
Bill No. 122 — The Saskatchewan Revenue Agency Act 2:37:56
Doyle Vermette (NDP)
Asks why they are doing this, he’s been asking every reading but isn’t getting an answer. Says there was no consultation, and now business will need to file two taxes, one provincial one federal. No answers provided. He cites the cost of a new crown, and says that he has heard ministers in the Saskparty say that they can raise taxes, and they’ll still get voted in. And when the result is negative, they’ll say something about the liberal ndp federal government and put their hand out begging for federal dollars.
Bill No. 124 — The Alcohol and Gaming Regulation Amendment Act 2:45:38
Jennifer Bowes (NDP)
Cites once again there are mixed responses from stakeholders, and wants the government to consult.
Bill No. 126 — The Summary Offences Procedure Amendment Act, 2022 2:52:58
Nathanial Teed (NDP)
He’s happy about allowing first nations to enforce their own laws, bylaws, summar offense tickets, time limits. He’s in favour.

2023.03.24 06:17 liviawashere Where do to find healed results photos?

Hi all! I’m new to Reddit world and how researching in this realm works. I’ve been gradually learning that reddit and realself may be my best bet for finding a good surgeon for my reduction I hope to get later this year.
Background: I’m in Atlanta and have a list of about 35 surgeons that I know would be covered by my insurance. I’ve been to obgyn, pcp, & dermatologist about my breasts and issues I have with them and they all have written the necessary notes in my charts agreeing that a breast reduction is highly necessary. Now I just need to go to surgeons for consultations and get their approval sent to my insurance.
I want to try and narrow down this list a little first by researching online so I’m not wasting $60 copay to consult with a definite no surgeon. I’ve looked on many of their websites and some have photo galleries some don’t. And the ones with galleries are usually only fresh post up photos like maybe 4-6 weeks afterwards none of them show fully healed adjusted skin and scars like 1-2 years after.
Im not sure how to tell if the fresh post op results are showing a good or bad job. I’m not even sure exactly what properly healed 1-2 years scars and skin is supposed to look like vs a botched job either.
Can anyone give suggestions on what to look for when looking at a surgeons before and after photos? Also some photos I’ve seen the replaced areolas are REALLY dark compared to before is that standard?? Im a darker black female so I’m also scared about scarring issues that can occur in specific relation to darker skin as well. Are there certain things I should look out for in regards to that too?
And last question I’m approx 36H/38G right now can any one who’s been my similar size and gotten a reduction/ any PS professional give some advice on what is typically the smallest size I maybe be able to go down to? If it were up to me ideally I’d get some mosquito bites but I know safetywise that’s not really possible with just one surgery. Thanks!!
