I’m not going to lie I recently went on a trip to Texas and I’m from California, when I tell you this trip has been so mind opening why am I working so damn hard for 15$/hr and 4hr shifts just for the end of the week to make 175$ + 6$ cash tips like this isn’t living wage and we do way to much for the little amount we get paid. I make 2x the amount I do at Starbucks doing ubereats in 4 hours. I see people literally sitting making more than that. My manager couldn’t approve all my time off which is understandable but I asked for like almost 2 weeks. It just pissed me off that I rushed home from Texas just to work 4hrs and deal with rude ass people and make less than 50$ that day… idk this might sounds so stupid but I don’t think it’s worth it anymore. What do y’all think about it should I just quit? Nothing wrong with my store it’s just I can’t keep doing this.

It took 4 months for KDA to go from 35 cents to $28. 15 agonizing months later it's struggling to hold $1.00, and everytime it farts and rises 2% higher it gets an open hand slap to the face. Like, how the hell has this thing not already seen a capitulation flush? I mean this is a project with two seemingly brilliant people behind it...A guy who graduated from Berkeley that built trading systems for the financial service industry, another guy that graduated from Yale and worked for the SEC. Both of whom developed blockchain tech at the world's largest bank. I could throw in Stuart Haber serves as an advisor but I don't really know how much he actually contributes and I don't think it really makes a difference. Kadena's TPS is bananas. It can literally scale higher without expending more energy. I mean...what? Is this like that guy that made a hydrogen powered car in the 70s, in the middle of a gas crises no less, and somehow no one cared? The hashrate power its surpassed only by BTC, but with the exception of ETH prior to 2.0, KDA is light-years ahead of all the other PoW trash that's somehow managed to cling to life without really offering any new or useful developments in 6 years. I know its not SHA256, I get it. But lets assume we achieve stability in the ExaHash region later this year. Does that really mean Kadena's hashrate sharing the same unit of measurement as BTC counts for nothing? Like what is going on?? What else does it take for this thing to get real credit and recognition? "I FEEL LIKE IM TAKING CRAZY PILLS."

For real I just want someone smarter than me to explain why the market still wants to obliterate this project after a year and a half of immolation. If the answer is because Bitcoin Dominance is a thing...do we all recognize how ridiculous this whole market actually is? Bc it never feels like it's just a higher liquidity flow into BTC, it feels like forced altcoin price suppression plays an equally large part. If Kadena announced they solved world hunger with blockchain it'd go up 5% and the second BTC dropped $200 we'd be down 8% 🤷‍♂️
Idk yall, I'm sorry for this rant....I've been trading crypto since 2017, and Kadena since Oct 2021. This is the first coin I've honestly held and added to week after week after week, for over a year now. In the past I've held things for months as they went lower and lower and finally would throw in the towel as it looked like absolute zero was in the cards. Only to watch it randomly skyrocket above 6 months of price resistance in a week without even breaking a sweat. I've kept myself from doing that so far this time around and am honestly kinda proud for surviving this long. However I'm 36, and just found out a few weeks ago my wife is pregnant, which we're ecstatic about. But I now have to factor that into the equation. I've spent a year accumulating a lot of KDA, not to mention the time spent soaking up information about developments in the ecosystem. Again I'm sorry for this rant. Maybe I just needed to reach out to other loyal Kadenians for support. If you made it this far, I don't know what to say other than thank you. ❤️

So to give some backstory we started dating at 18 and my family was toxic, so I moved out at 20 and we bought our house because I was living in my friend’s dining room.
After a while it got old, and we decided buying a house would be better than renting in the long run. We started looking for a house and before we bought the house he proposed because he didn't want to be living together unless we were engaged. When we bought the house everything came out of my savings from working two jobs, aside from the home inspection. Before I moved out he had a rental garage for his business.
Once we were all moved in I took up paying the bills because he just couldn't keep up with them and would always pay them late if at all. He still had his garage which he always took priority over even without a rental contract or credit check(cash rental.) He worked a full time job and worked at his business after hours. He made good money, about 6 dollars more an hour than me, not including his business. I got paid 12-14 an hour and took care of most of the house bills, phone bills, and any other expenses I made . He took care of car insurance, his garage, and any expenses he had on credit with the exception of 2 bills each between 20-50 dollars. I also did all of the chores since he was always too busy.
Since he was never home I got petty and decided to get a second job since I needed to build back my savings again anyway. I worked that second job for about a year and a half until I got a new main job that put me on night shift. After being on night shift for about 5 months I switched to day shift.
During the night shift I noticed my credit score dropping because a card my name was on was overdue. I asked him about it and he said he didn’t know why, because that card was paid up. After investigating I found out that while I was on night shift he had racked up over 10,000 dollars worth of debt. I was furious he didn’t tell me he was struggling since we were supposed to be partners and his name is on the house as well. After talking with him we decided to take out my 401k and use my income tax to pay a lot of it off. We also agreed to go over finances monthly just to make sure we were staying on top of things.
During all this time, double jobs, night shift, I continued to take care of all the chores and most of the bills. I wrecked my car and used my savings to fix it up and pay off the insurance company. He eventually got rid of his garage and he now pays the electric bill because he works out of our garage.
He quit his day job, despite me asking him to wait and now he is gone all day and night like before. He has started to help out with chores but now he owes almost but not quite 10,000 to various places again. He keeps buying project cars, being financially irresponsible, when he does chores I either need to redo it or finish doing them anyway. He doesn't take care of himself. I have asked him to go to the doctors for various reasons and get his oral health under control but he is more worried about making money than anything else. When he comes home he is lovable and I just don't want to be touched after worrying about everything regarding him, the house and our livelihood on top of chores, work, and i'm in college. I feel like I just keep waiting for him to grow up or be financially stable enough to not potentially ruin us. I'm sick and I'm tired but I don't want to hurt him.

It would probably be best to say that it "matches my longest run since February 1st," but what if I specificially wanted to just say that it was my longest run since a specific date?
