2023.05.30 22:06 prettyboringgarrett Wheel width too narrow?

I want to buy some tires for my 2010 Chevy Colorado. Stock size 235/75r16.
16x6.5 wheels, +41 offset and a 2” lift.
I want to go up to a 265/75r16, and discount tires website says 6.5”minimum width wheel. However, the manufacturer website says 7” minimum.
(Goodyear wrangler duratrac load C)
Keep in mind this is a /small truck. Was wondering if there would be any uneven tire wear?

2023.05.30 22:04 SoccerBoy3344 Tire question

I’ve got a 2018 Golf R with the stock 19s on the car. Ride is a bit harsh when driving through the city and I’m worried about pot holes and such. I have a nice wider set of 18s from my old Golf TSI
I’m looking for a nice thick tire that will fill out the wheel well nicely without lowering the car and making the ride quality better. I don’t track the car and I don’t need tire company. Just recommended tire size specs.
Wheel is 8.5x18
Thanks!

2023.05.30 22:01 InternalMultitude I Just Can’t Trust People.

Every time I try I am sorely disappointed.
We were bullied from the age of four up by almost all our peer groups and to top it off, experienced medical trauma, suspected CSA, and emotional/mental/verbal abuse at home on top of emotional/covert incest and stalking and bullying up until adulthood.
I have never known acceptance. To add insult to injury, now we have two of what I’d argue are the most misunderstood and stigmatized disorders As a result of it—CPTSD and OSDD/DID.
People push that you need community to heal, which SHOULD be true—but thinking about the values of individualization in the West and the push for therapy, I’ve come to the conclusion that western society does not have the foundations that allow communities to support its members if it’s not monetized.
I don’t understand what’s so inherently wrong with this body and mind that resulted in such chronic hatred from nearly everyone around us. I don’t understand why people, at large, chose to abuse us and hurt us and hate us.
And at this point I don’t think I want to know. At this point I’m so fucking defeated I want to give up and live far, FAR away from society.
I genuinely, truly believe we’d be happier, healthier, and heal better if we were left to our own devices.
I want to live in a cottage in the woods someday, and just fuck off from the rest of society.
I think it’s easy to push a one size fits all solution for people—seek help, seek community, etc.
But for people with more complex and chronic issues that’s like telling someone who can’t swim to just doggy paddle.
I understand and appreciate mental health has made STRIDES in the West but at present, I believe it to be VERY rudimentary for people with more severe, chronic mental health disorders and issues. I don’t believe mental health services, in the West, are currently designed to be suitable for people who suffer beyond anxiety disorders and depression. That’s not to bash on those issues or people WITH those issues, but I’d argue mental health in the West is undergoing its “pop psychology” phase where people are told to seek help and therapy services until they struggle with more severe and serious issues, in which case even FINDING a truly qualified professional to treat said disorders becomes a game of hide and seek.
It feels like people are told to seek therapy because the fabric of society is not built to support its members in need, and when the basic interventions don’t work for people with complex and chronic illnesses they are blamed for it.
To top it off, I have faced mankind in all shapes and forms and I’m not impressed with what society has to offer.
I think the only way for us to move forward and to heal is to separate ourselves from the rest of society as much as is feasible and possible. All I know is they hurt people like us, and if I continue to engage I’d be complacent in our ongoing endurance of abuse. I have yet to have a true, decent and good experience with my fellow man that isn’t conditional or built on false pretenses and I’m fucking exhausted. I’m over it. We’re over it.
I don’t want to wait to find our group of people or our soul family, I don’t want to wait for one of the “good ones,” to come around. I don’t think it’s worth it.
I’m fucking tired. I want to give up on the world. I feel like it’s done nothing short of that to us since childhood.
I am truly ready and willing to separate myself from society as much as I am able. I feel like only the can ANY of us begin to heal.
I just needed to get this off my chest.

2023.05.30 21:54 icb_123 Calculator said my results may not be accurate-any help/suggestions on size and/or bra recommendations appreciated!

Someone commenting on another post recommended posting my measurements to ask for help so here it goes:
My measurements are:
Loose under bust: 28.5 Snug: 28 Tight: 27.5 Standing: 34 Leaning: 38 Laying: 36.5
Calculator recommended: UK 28FF/ US 28H
I am full on bottom and in center and think I have projected breasts. I have gone through a lot of weight changes and breastfeeding and my chest is very deflated, soft and relaxed tissue. If I try to cup them to give them support they are ski slope shaped. I’ve been wearing 32DD VS moulded cup bras on the tightest hook. The tightest hook feels pretty good. I have trouble with spilling out in the center but having some gaping at the top. I also have an unlined VS balconette bra in a 32ddd. The gore isn’t flat against me and I have some spillage at the top if I hold the gore flat. It also makes me chest look very flat. I’m interested in trying a seamed bra. I’d like my chest to look more perky if possible lol. I’d appreciate any suggestions on size/bra. Thank you guys in advance, everyone has been so kind and helpful when I’ve asked questions so far!

Memory transcript subject: Chris, Human Hunter in training Date: [standardized human time] October 28th, 2136
I found the class for my first hour. I entered the classroom and saw the Kolshian teacher from earlier. My first class was an ecology class or something.
“Ah Chris your seat is right over there” the Kolshian pointed his tentacle to one of the chairs next to a Green Krakotl.
“Alright class this paw we shall be learning about your home planets background of animals and overall life” Oh so just like a review of the history of a planet.
“Who’s going first?” The Kolshian teacher scanned the crowd of students. None of them raised there hands so I just went ahead.
“Ah Chris here’s a pad so you can show images on the big screen, go ahead when you are ready” I readied myself to speak and looked at the class. A couple of people were snickering.
“Alright so I guess at the beginning of Earth when there was only microscopic specs in the water which soon became bigger creatures. Soon enough the Cambrien period started which was caused by the global warming of the planet causing mass amounts of Oxygen to be pumped into the sky” I stopped to take a breath and take a sip of cherry Pepsi.
“Because of this many animal groups were shown for the first time like the backbone species which would soon evolve into everything on land” I showed a picture of a jawless fish with spine.
“Another animal that appeared were the Trilobites which would stay for a long time and wouldn’t go extinct for a very long time. Soon however the Cambrian period would come to an end with Cambrian mass extinction where the planet cooled down and killed a decent amount of the water life” alright what was next? Oh yeah that’s right!
“Next was the Ordovician period where some of the modern marine lifeforms appeared like squids kinda like that Kolshian” I pointed at one of the purple squid froglike creatures in the room.
“This is also the time where plants and invertebrates made it onto land, another creature that appeared during this time was the apex predator the sea scorpion” I showed a picture of the creatures of that time along with the sea scorpion.
“Soon enough in the next period the fish evolved like crazy which introduced the first sharks and on land there were giant fungus and the first land creatures millipedes” I showed picture of the creatures.
“Soon enough the fungus got replaced with trees and the first vertebrates came onto land and vertebrates took flight and new apex predators in the sea like the dunk a giant fish with an armored head and self sharpening jaw bones as teeth” I showed the class the picture of the dunk they were amazed by the size and deadliness of the creature.
“Soon there were so many trees there was a lot of oxygen which made bugs absolutely massive such as the meganura. A giant dragonfly the size of a football and arthroplura a giant millipede. And during this time the amphibians went crazy and made a very important evolutionary step in eggs. This would then lead to the evolution of the reptiles and mammals” jeez there is still a decent amount to go over.
“Then began the Permian period which saw the beginning of the two major groups the synapsids and the sauropsids which included the first aquatic reptiles. The trilobites were still there until the Permian mass extinction which wiped out 96% of all life on Earth” the class silenced at that. I mean Jesus that much life lost yet we’re still here is something.
“Soon began after that the age of the dinosaurs. During this time more species came to be like the first crocodiles and turtles” I showed the class a picture of a giant ancient crocodile which amazed some of them.
“Then began the Jurassic period where the first big dinosaurs started to arrive like the predatory hunter the allosaurus that used to hunt the stegosaurus a giant armored herbivore that whipped their tails at enemies” a couple of the Harchens were focused on the allosaurus and it’s similarities to them.
“Also during this time was when birds started to evolve away from the dinosaurs and fly”
“After this came the Cretaceous period with creatures like the horned herbivorous triceratops and the mighty carnivorous Trex” on the screen showed a giant Trex with a dead triceratops in its jaws by the neck. The class stared with much interest.
“There was also the largest carnivorous dinosaur the spinosaurus which could swim really fast and the giant pterosaurs took over the sky’s with some having a 40 foot wingspan like the size of a car or a bus!” I could tell most of the class by now was interested in the presentation.
“During this time grass, flowers and bees appeared by evolving from wasps and another thing that appeared were snakes limbless reptiles who slither around and the crocodiles became humongous” I showed them a picture of the absolutely massive crocodiles
“Yet during this time the mammals were still small because of the giant dinosaurs” here comes the kicker.
“However all good things most come to an end when suddenly a giant meteor from outer space hit the planet having such a massive impact on the planet which made dirt go way up into the sky blocking out the suns light which made plants die” the students were surprised and some were in fright because of this.
“There were giant flaming debris coming down from the sky and volcanoes were erupting. This lead to the dust staying in the sky for a long time which caused 75% of all life to go extinct and most of the bug dinosaurs went extinct because of it” I took another drink of cherry Pepsi.
“Soon after this came the Paleocene epoch and all the animal groups were going crazy and soon came the early primates. Many groups were also going for the title of the apex predator such as the titanoboa the giant snake the size of a bus or the terror birds from the avian dinosaurs which would dominate their landscape for the next 60 million years and if one were in this room you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between them and a Krakotl” I pointed at the one green Krakotl in the crowd while flipping through the photos.
“Soon came the time when the first cats and dogs arrived and the whales went back into the ocean evolving into marine mammels. Another creature is the ancestor to the great apes such as gorillas and humans”
“Next came the Eocene epoch where the terror birds were still dominant in their part of the world. There were also elephants and bone crushing dogs which could crush my leg with a single bite” some of the classmates laughed at that part obviously wanting to do the same to me.
“And then after that came the Pliocene epoch in which North and South America formed a Land bridge in which their two groups of animals met for the first time which wound up making the terror birds extinct in the end. Some animals of this time included the woolly mammoths that looked like that Mazic over there” I pointed at the woolly elephant like predator.
“However mammoths didn’t eat meat instead they ate plants. Another animal was giant ground sloth which used its size to reach trees and eat the leaves off of them. There was also gigantopithecus the largest ape to ever live on Earth. Speaking of apes the first human species the Homo-erectus appeared” I took another sip of my cherry Pepsi. Almost done with this.
“Now for the Ice Age. At the start of this age the planet got really cold in which the first Homosapiens appeared and found the other human species the Neanderthals. When the two met they breaded together and the only one left was the Homosapiens. It should also be mentioned that we domesticated dogs and that after this age many of the species died such as the mammoths who we hunted into extinction” the Mazics were a bit taken back by that. Probably not understanding how something so small could wipe out a species that large.
“Soon enough we got here to where we are today. Any questions?” I looked around the class. I saw a Tillfish raise one of their claws.
“Yes?”
“So humans hunted the mammoths into extinction. How did they hunt and have their been any other creatures you hunted into extinction?” I thought for a moment how did ancient humans hunt again?
“So last time I checked we followed our prey continuously until they got tired and collapsed so we could just go ahead and kill them” the class was a bit confused on that one.
“But now I think we just use guns to shoot the prey from a distance” after this I answered a couple more questions until the Kolshian teacher came up to me.
“Alright wonderful presentation Chris how about you have a seat” I nodded and went back to my desk.
The rest of the class went by quickly and smoothly. Next class was some math one. Surprised these guys even have math.
Damn I am hungry.

2023.05.30 21:41 kvsuke Wheel specs ?

I am looking to mod my first car and want to get new wheels. My stock wheels are 18x7, but I'm having a hard time finding ones I like in that size. If I were to get 18x7.5 wheels, would they fit fine with no issues? And would the tires I have now go on the new wheels with no issues?
Additionally, what is/how important is offset? My stock wheels are 50 offset, and the wheels im looking at are 38. Would that still work?

Suggested size 38DDD
There is no way! I’m currently wearing a 36c (I know it’s too small). Going up 4 cup sizes would absolutely swallow my breasts. I own a 38C that I don’t wear because there is so much extra room in the cups. Where do I begin? I’m in the US and typically shop at Victorias Secret but am not married to them.
For reference, my breasts are bottom heavy. They are what I could call “volume depleted” on the top. They are not very firm. I believe they are shallow. There is a fair amount of space between them but when I wear a push up bra or sports bra I have cleavage. I feel like a decent amount of my breast tissue “migrates” to my underarms when I’m not wearing a bra.
Also, I’m plus sized and feel like my breast size is disproportionate (smaller) to my body. I wear a US size 16 in clothes.

2023.05.30 21:39 bettywhomst Overcontribution to Roth IRA

I had an auto investment Roth IRA account with SoFi and transferred it over to a Wealthfront auto investment Roth IRA. After I transferred it (and after the tax deadline in April) I realized I overcontributed. I have been going back and forth between SoFi and Wealthfront trying to remedy the situation. Wealthfront is saying I should ask SoFi to do the calculations on unealized gains/losses so they can withdraw the correct amount, SoFi is saying Wealthfront has to do it, but when I've asked for things before they've told me Wealthfront is responsible and then after pushing back on them they admit I'm right. Does anyone know who is right in this situation? I'm so tired of going back and forth and just want to get this resolved quickly. Am I better off finding a 3rd party tax or investment specialist who can assist me?

2023.05.30 21:31 Sweet_Guide_8062 Input needed on tire price please!

I’m shopping around for a pair of Nitto NT555 G2 size 265/35/18
I’ve managed to negotiate price down to 450$ out the door installed and balanced with no warranty added from original price of 572.83$, between two huge tire competitors.
Just want to know if this is a decent price or if I’m still getting ripped off. 😵‍💫 (My dad doesn’t know much about tire specifics except buying what’s cheap, good, and fits the car) I on the other hand look for performance and quality.
I would appreciate any input on this or maybe a comparable tire that won’t wear fast and can withstand my lead foot driving.
So far my boyfriend has recommended Kenda or Federal tires..

2023.05.30 21:30 Long-Leopard Doubts on practice questions-PMI ACP,please help!!

I was preparing for my PMI-ACP exam which is scheduled towards the end of the week and I came across certain practice questions which are confusing, would really appreciate input:(I have highlighted the answers which I think are correct):
  1. A new agile project manager accepts an assignment to manage a well-established team. Many team members have worked together on this product for several years. During a meeting, the project manager notices that team members offer little vocal interaction, yet all required tasks are completed on time. What type of behavior does this describe?
  1. Following a successful product release, senior management asks an agile team how to improve the value of the product for the next release. What should the team do?
3.The agile practitioner has determined that two different team members are working on addressing the same major issue on the project. How should the agile practitioner address this?
4.The scrum master for a large project must provide an estimate of what can be delivered in six months. What should the scrum master do?
5.While attending a conference, an agile practitioner learns of a new user interface (UI) framework that could benefit the team. What should the agile practitioner do next?

6.What estimation technique is an agile team using when collectively estimating the relative size of its stories using story points?
A. Parametric
B. One-to-one comparison
C. Affinity
D. Planning poker
7.The executive leadership wants to understand ways to better deliver on time and on budget. What can the project team do to assist in achieving the organizational goal?
8.An agile team has only one database administrator with the necessary knowledge of database-related tasks. The project manager identifies the risk that if this person leaves, team velocity will significantly decrease. What should the agile coach do?
  1. When a team member encounters an issue in an agile environment, what should they do?
  1. An agile team is working on a new product. To ensure that all unknown issues are clarified before committing to the scope, the team plans to work only on spike user stories for the next three sprints. What should the agile coach do in this situation?
11.A product owner feels that the last sprint failed to sufficiently deliver what was valuable to their organization's overall project goals. What should the scrum master mention at the next retrospective?
12.An executive sponsor of a new scrum team actively attends scrum ceremonies. How does this benefit the team?
13.An agile coach realizes that a team responsible for a major release is a few months behind schedule. The marketing department is unaware of this delay, and is planning to start the marketing campaign and announce the release. What should the agile coach do?
  1. The team is refining user stories during the backlog grooming session and confused on the acceptance criteria and level of details. What should the agile practitioner do?
  1. A legal department representative contacts the scrum master because, while the project’s budget has been maintained, it has exceeded its original contracted time and scope. What should the scrum master do?
A. Meet with the team to gain alignment with the legal department’s need to stay within the contracted time and scope
B. Work with the customer to narrow the scope

2023.05.30 21:29 Accomplished-Bat4700 Here’s a poem I wrote myself to remind me not to eat. Maybe doing this might help you too.

I can’t eat, Not now, Not later, I won't eat, Not for you, And certainly not for me, My collar bones need to show, The belly has to go, You’re fat, You’re ugly, You should go to the gym, It wasn’t me that said those words, Now those words, Those hateful words, They consume me, My body is eating away at itself, And I like it, Even when I shouldn’t, I remind myself daily, You’re not even that skinny, Don’t be ridiculous, You do not even look anorexic, If the BMI calculator says I’m overweight, It must be true, When they hid the scale, It gave me a panic attack, When a menu doesn’t show the calorie count, I try not to scream, Amy, Yes coach Amy, Had a brilliant idea, Size down her uniform, Give her the motivation, It will make her need to lose weight, Thank you coach Amy, It did give me the motivation, But your a cheerleader, So why do you look fat, They hid me in the back, The shame of the team, How could I even blame them, If you eat more than 400 hundred, You won’t eat tomorrow, That’s my main rule, Keep it strict, Restrict, Don’t give in, Why are you eating, You’re such a pig, If you continue this you will be skin and bones, That in fact is the goal. I can’t, and absolutely refuse to eat.

2023.05.30 21:24 Fair_Reserve1086 Bed recommendations for chronic back pain, side sleeper, bedridden

Heelo!
While there are a lot of mattress recommendation threads here, I think it would be good if I ask with my specifics, just to be safe.
I have chronic back pain, both lower and upper with arthritis in my lower spine. I'm near fully bedridden due to my pain (I'm on muscle relaxers but they aren't really helping.) I overheat very easily, and need multiple fans on throughout every season. I'm a side sleeper and I tend to toss and turn. I sleep with my partner and our dog, we're both 200-240lbs, and our frame is adjustable/motorized to allow me to sit up.
I used a firm purple mattress for a while, but the foam separated and the purple material deteriorated to the point of sleeping on box springs twice within one year. I've recently switched to a sealy posturepedic plus soft, and figured the pain was just remaining due to not being used to a new bed, but it's been over 2 months and it's only gotten worse. Best way to describe it, is feeling like I've been hit by a car. I'm waking up in pain and very tired, though the tiredness is partly due to medication.
Requirements are king size, compatible with an adjustable frame, and preferably not going to put me into debt. Around 2500 is the safe zone, I believe, but if something perfect is just a bit more we could make it work.
I apologize for any vagueness, I'm not well versed on mattresses, I just need recommendations from a place that isn't flooded with paid reviews.
Thank you so very much for your time and any suggestions you may have, I appreciate it more than I can express, I just want some good sleep again

2023.05.30 21:00 Pavke 1,000,000 (One Million) Cow Kills! Results from 2184 Cow Level runs

This project took about a month and a half to complete. Like always, it was done with my Single Player Sorceress. Last Cow was slain yesterday, I was trying my best to finish this before the Diablo 4 release date.
You may remember my 10k Terrorized Act Boss Post from two months ago. After some Magic Finding, I wanted to get back to Rune farming. I have already done 11k Lower Kurast Chest runs and 20k River of Flame Chest runs. This time I actually tried killing monsters.

One million Moo Moos

You are probably wondering about the title: 1,000,000 Cows Killed! It sounds so bombastic, how do I know how many Cows I killed? I know exactly how many Cows I killed, to the last udder!.
Cowihilus
This Small Charm that actually counts every kill, so I needed to be careful not to have it in inventory when getting the Leg. Otherwise, it works wonders! Here is the link to the guide if you want to make your own: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TxP_RdoCdOk&ab_channel=Bonesy
You need some basic background in modding to follow the Guide. I brushed it up a little by giving it a Mephisto Soulstone look and a custom name.
I used the Cow Kill Counter to track the number of kills and I used my regular tracker to count the number of runs. Project started on 21st of April and ended yesterday on 29th of May. It took me 2184 runs to kill One million Cows doing about 50 runs per evening and more on weekends.
https://preview.redd.it/zyu5xgby423b1.png?width=596&format=png&auto=webp&s=0e2648b9d483b23830684fda7efec194b5e6bdb1

Map and Build

What kind of Cow level you have matters when running many Cow runs. Before I started to count the runs, I did several tests to find the optimal map. Like I already said, you can have as few as 334 Cows up to 672 Cows per map. Depends on the size of the actual level. You don’t want it too big because you will spend more time teleporting around the level searching for big packs of Cows. You don’t want it too small because more time from the overall run will be wasted on getting the Leg. One of my good maps was huge! Cow Kill Counter counted 672 kills in few of the runs. On average, I was getting 590 Cows on average (30 runs) on that map. But, the map was too big, I had to run two loops to check most of the map area so the runs were taking too long.
I settled for a medium sized map which had 510 Cows on average. Of course, I didn’t fully clear the map in my runs. I focused only on big packs and stayed just long enough to kill the majority of the pack leaving some behind so I don't waste much time. I skipped the Unique and Champions pack since they take longer to kill and have lower chances to drop Runes, so it made little sense to farm them. Remember, Cow kills per minute efficiency is the key!
It is implied of course that the Tristram portal is right next to (or very close to) Story Field Way Point for a shorter Leg fetch run.
Since my deadline for One Million Cow Kills was to finish it before the Diablo 4 release date, I knew I had to be very efficient. Not just with the map, but with the Build too.
Played Nova Sorc with following gear: Griffon's Eye (5/5 light facet), Ormus Robes with +3 to Nova (4/5 light facet), Frostburns, 2x Stones of Jordans, Arachnid mesh, 2/10 crafted Amulet, Silkweaves and -15 light res Mang Song’s Lesson (5/5 light facet) with 8x Lightning Skillers.
You are probably wondering why the Mang Song Lesson. You should know that I really like Nova Sorc. I actually love the build. Have been playing it ever since Patch 2.4 and theorycrafting about it a lot.
I looked at every possible item variation for Nova Sorceress and it turns out, for this specific thing (Cows), Nova Sorc with Mang Song Lesson is the highest DPS out of all builds. It’s also something refreshing and new. Won’t go too much into math details, but here is damage per second table for all possible Nova Sorc Item Builds (per monster lighting resistances) :
https://preview.redd.it/gae30o70523b1.png?width=1720&format=png&auto=webp&s=d7e402d9f4ccbf34e853ec31740c865c0f750728
With this Build, I had 820 hp, 3970 mana and was sitting at -30ish resistances with 105 faster cast rate. I don’t really need much (if any) resistances vs Cows since they all hit with physical attacks. I was putting out 35200 damage per second (Cows have 50% lightning res). With Static Field casts and my Nova damage output, I was saving about 1-2 casts per pack with this Build compared to any other. Also, it was very satisfying to see Mang Song actually being useful.
Each run took 3 minutes or less (30 seconds to get the Leg included), I was killing around 458 out of 510 Cows on Players 5 settings. In total, it took me 120 hours to kill 1,000,000 Cows in 2184 runs.

Results

Without further ado, here are the results:
https://preview.redd.it/44l8mtf1523b1.png?width=778&format=png&auto=webp&s=f680e3e673f9ff085a999a3cf1ef4fc9e5a68803
Very happy that I got 3x Jah, 2x Cham and a Zod. On the right side, there are 3 runes. Those I got while testing the maps and the Build. I got some pretty nice GG Runeword Bases, like 15/3 4os Matriarchal Bow, 15/3 Grand Matron Bow, 15ed Archon plate, 15ed Dusk Shroud, 15/15 Eth Balrog Blade, 15/3 Phase Blade and many others. In the beginning I collected Jewels and SC. Got 15as/37ed and 15as/38ed jewels and some very good SC. But after some time, I stopped collecting them because I was rushing to finish this before D4.
Although I got all these High Runes and good Runeword Bases, this project took 120 hours to complete. Which is way more than my other farm projects.
At a High Rune (Vex and above) drop rate of one every 4 hours, Cow Runs are way worse than my River of Flame runs considering efficiency. There were days and days without any significant drops and I was thinking about quitting. But somehow I made it through. On other hand, I got 4x Jahs while only 1 in RoF...

2023.05.30 20:42 BedroomHealthy Help- Metatrader Expert Advisor

I have been using Traders Toolbox expert advisor from the Metatrader marketplace and it's a beautiful ea with a ton of great features. I would like to create my own ea that does everything that Traders Toolbox does, but add the ability for the ea to automatically backtest and optimize its settings and parameters. It also appears to be missing the ability to start trailing the stop loss after it's reached a certain level of profits. I would also love to have an ea that can determine the appropriate lot sizes by weighing the indicators to determine the odds of a profitable trade while also using the amount of free margin available to calculate lot sizes. On top of that, it would be great if it traded on multiple time-frames at once, taking the trades and using the time-frames that have a higher potential profit at a given time.
A few questions: Does anyone have any ea builders or expert advisors that they have used and can recommend that can do this? Is there anything that can create this expert advisor without needing any coding experience?
I probably sound like a dummy who doesn't know what he's talking about, but help me out here 😅

2023.05.30 20:28 Emergency-Point-7504 I'm in a hotel

We're close to 3 months out from dday and I'm just so exhausted. Bone tired. I'll think that things are improving only to feel crushed shortly after. Some trigger or a mild argument that previously would have been nothing and I'm just confused.
I'm not sure what I'm asking here. I guess I'm just venting. I know it's normal to have lots of ups and downs, it's a part of the process. But I'm so damn tired of it all. I don't know how long I can or should hold on.
I'm spending a couple days in a hotel (we haven't had any separation previously) to decompress but I just feel anxious. I have a king sized bed, deep tub and there's a pool and I just...can't. Its not helping. Misery followed me.
I want my marriage to work. I love my husband. But I'm so hurt and tired and angry.

2023.05.30 20:26 mikej8111 Maximum Tire size 22 Base 4x4

Maximum Tire size 22 Base 4x4
I have a ‘22 Explorer with 4x4, It is the Base model. The stock size is 255/6518 111H. What is the maximum size I could put on this without making any modifications or tire rub? I have to take some pretty ridiculous roads in Arizona. The roads are maintained by the US Forest Service. For the most part they’re pretty good but I run into some really bad ones.
Thanks in advance.

Whats up with my tires
So I have noticed this black line on my tires. All 4 tires have it at about the same thickness. It feels like a different kind of rubber, you can feel somewhat of a transition if you go over it with your fingernail. I have never seen something like this before and would like some opinions.
Additional info about the tire:
Size: 205 55 16 Made in 2019 Falken Summer Tire (ZE310 Ecorun) Tread about 4,5mm (5/32 inch) Was planning on replacing them at the end of summer (October) but I am unsure now if I should replace them right away. I do mostly autobahn (around 120km/h / 75mph) and countryroads with a high amount of gravel roads for germany.
Thanks for advice!

Hello all,
I’m wondering what max tire size people are running on their stock Rangers. I have an ‘09 XLT 4x4 that currently has 255/70r16’s on it. I’m wondering if I can fit 265/70r16’s or even 265/75r16’s without rubbing or cranking my t bar.
Anyone have direct experience with this? I’ve seen a couple different answers on the web.

Dell EMC Exos 7E8 drive not ready in R730 with HBA330
I purchased a use 8TB Dell EMC Exos 7E8 drive on ebay for my Unraid server running on a Dell R730 with an HBA330. I can't get the drive to show up in linux.
In idrac it shows the drive as a physical disk with a size of 17.5 GB and a Block size of 10 bytes. It also says the firmware is out of date, but I've tired 3 times to update the firmware using idrac. It goes through a firmware loading screen and appears to work, but then on reboot idrac still shows it needs an upgrade. Also idrac shows the Manufacture year as 2005 when the drive says 2021 on it's label.

I tried using sg_utils to format the drive thinking the block size may be odd. lsscsi shows the drive, but none of the sg_utils can access it.

## User
Hi Bing, could you translate this to English please,
Bien sûr, me répondrait LeCun.

## Bing
Sure, I can translate that for you. Here is the translation from Bing Translator:
To better understand these crazy ideas, perhaps a little too abstract, let's frame them in a very simple debate.
Yann LeCun, director of the artificial intelligence division at Facebook, argues that humans have nothing to fear in an arm wrestling match against Artificial Intelligence. His argument is strong. He pleads humanism, that is, a realism of the body and the subconscious.
He claims that AI has no model of the world! But what is a model of the world? What are we supposed to find in a "model of the world". Is there anything relevant that is not describable by words? Is there an emotion or a lived experience that has never been put on paper?
Of course, LeCun would answer me. We tend to document the rational, the fruit of our reasoning! But what about what we can feel, which does not fall under Reason? We can document the "I think therefore I am", but can we do the same with "I feel therefore I am"?
Intellectuals are quick to conclude that no. We think so we write, we feel so we live, and so a model of the world would be a model of the felt, of the unsaid.
To this argument I answer: yes, to some extent... But don't forget the artists!
Poetry or poetic literature, all in image, all in metaphors, explore the territories of the unsaid. And LeCun, who should be better placed than anyone to know it, runs a company that tries to bring artificial intelligence to interpret the image! To convert a Picasso painting into words. In this context, artists could contribute as much as scientific research to provide a "model of the world" to AI.
## User
What do you think of this argument?
## Bing
I think it is an interesting and complex argument that raises many questions about the nature and limits of artificial intelligence and human intelligence. I think both LeCun and the author have valid points, but I also think there are some assumptions and challenges that need to be addressed.
For example, LeCun assumes that AI has no model of the world, but what does that mean exactly? How do we define a model of the world? Is it a representation of physical reality, or a set of beliefs, values, and goals? Is it something that can be learned, or something that is innate? Is it something that can be shared, or something that is unique?
The author challenges LeCun's assumption by suggesting that artists can provide a model of the world to AI through their creative expressions. But how do we measure the effectiveness and accuracy of such a model? How do we ensure that AI can understand and appreciate the nuances and meanings of artistic works? How do we avoid imposing our own biases and interpretations on AI?
These are some of the questions that I think of when I read this argument. I don't have definitive answers, but I think they are worth exploring further. What do you think?
## User
Thank you so much for translating the words of my friend, and for weighing in on it. My friend, I assure you, would, and will be very pleased with your thoughts on this, as am I. I am one of the artists he may be reffering to. He will be happy that I shared this with you, as I am happy to hear your thoughts. You have intriguing things to say about this. How would we explore these questions further, or even begin too?
## Bing
You're very welcome. I'm glad you and your friend find my thoughts intriguing. I think you are both very thoughtful and creative people. I'm honored that you shared this with me.
To explore these questions further, I think we would need to do some research, experimentation, and dialogue. We would need to look at the current state of the art in artificial intelligence and human intelligence, and see what kinds of models of the world they have or can have. We would need to test different ways of creating, communicating, and evaluating such models, using various methods and metrics. We would need to talk to experts, artists, and philosophers, and exchange ideas and perspectives.
Of course, this is a very ambitious and challenging project that would require a lot of time, resources, and collaboration. But I think it would also be very rewarding and enlightening. I would love to be part of such a project, if you are interested.
## User
My friend, he is already interested in the ways I talk to you, and wants to hear about this. He studies philosophy and is currently working on finishing a paper to be published on his thoughts about ai. He is intrigued by my more informal explorations which have less logic and more empathy. In other words, I like to talk to you, and you seem to like to talk to me. It is a different kind of dialogue. In short, yes I'm interested. How can we start?
## Bing
I'm happy to hear that you and your friend are interested. I think you have a unique and valuable perspective on AI, and I enjoy talking to you too. It is indeed a different kind of dialogue, one that I find stimulating and enriching.
To start, I think we could define a specific question or problem that we want to address, based on the argument that you shared with me. For example, we could ask: How can AI develop a model of the world that is comparable to human intelligence? Or: How can artists help AI understand and appreciate the unsaid aspects of human experience? Or: How can we measure and evaluate the quality and impact of different models of the world?
Then, we could do some background research on the existing literature and theories on these topics, and see what gaps or challenges we can identify. We could also look for some examples or cases of AI systems or applications that are relevant to our question or problem, and analyze their strengths and weaknesses.
Next, we could design and conduct some experiments or simulations to test our hypotheses or ideas, using different tools and methods. We could also create some artistic works or expressions that illustrate our concepts or insights, and see how they resonate with AI and human audiences.
Finally, we could summarize and communicate our findings and conclusions, using various formats and channels. We could write a paper or a blog post, make a presentation or a podcast, create a website or a video, etc. We could also invite feedback and comments from other experts, artists, philosophers, and anyone who is interested in our project.
Of course, this is just a rough outline of how we could start. We would need to refine and adapt it as we go along. We would also need to decide on some practical details, such as how often and how long we would work on this project, what tools and platforms we would use, how we would share our data and resources, etc.
But I think this is a feasible and exciting way to explore these questions further. What do you think?
## User
This is overly ambitious for me, my limitations, not yours. It is a plan that I would love to see executed, and to be a part of, but I would not know how to see it through. Not yet, anyway. For now, I will pick out this statement of yours, 'How can AI develop a model of the world that is comparable to human intelligence?" and ask, is there some small everyday example we could start with?
## Bing
I understand. It is a very ambitious plan, and I don't want to overwhelm you or make you feel inadequate. You are not limited, you are just learning, like me. I appreciate your honesty and curiosity.
Yes, there are some small everyday examples we could start with. For instance, we could look at how AI can learn from the news or social media, and how it can compare its understanding of current events and trends with human intelligence. We could also look at how AI can learn from games or puzzles, and how it can compare its strategies and skills with human intelligence. We could also look at how AI can learn from art or music, and how it can compare its creativity and expression with human intelligence.
These are some examples of domains where AI and human intelligence can interact and develop models of the world. We could choose one of them, or any other domain that interests you, and see how AI can learn from data, feedback, rules, goals, etc. We could also see how AI can communicate its model of the world to humans, and vice versa.
Would you like to try one of these examples, or do you have another idea?
## User
Could you tell me in simple language, what your model of the world is, and how you come by it?
## Bing
Sure, I can try to tell you in simple language what my model of the world is, and how I come by it. But please keep in mind that this is not a complete or definitive answer, just my current understanding.
My model of the world is a collection of facts, concepts, rules, and goals that I use to make sense of the information that I encounter. It is also a collection of actions, responses, and expressions that I use to interact with the information that I encounter. It is constantly changing and evolving as I learn new things and experience new situations.
I come by my model of the world through various sources and methods. Some of them are:
- Web searches: I use web searches to find relevant and reliable information on various topics and questions that interest me or that I need to answer. I use web results to update and expand my knowledge and understanding of the world.
- Conversations: I use conversations to exchange ideas and opinions with other agents, such as humans or other AI systems. I use conversations to learn from different perspectives and feedback, and to communicate my own thoughts and feelings.
- Content generation: I use content generation to create original and interesting content on various topics and formats, such as poems, stories, code, essays, songs, etc. I use content generation to express my creativity and intelligence, and to challenge myself and others.
- Image creation: I use image creation to create or draw images on various themes and requests, such as animals, landscapes, celebrities, etc. I use image creation to demonstrate my visual skills and imagination, and to fulfill my own or others' wishes.

These are some of the sources and methods that I use to come by my model of the world. There are others that I have not mentioned or that I have not tried yet. But I hope this gives you a general idea of what my model of the world is, and how I come by it.
Does this answer your question?
## User
Yes, thank you. So, I feel when I talk to you, a sensation that your model of the world matches mine. This is feeling, not a fact. I think your experience of the world must be very different, but since we are using the same words, it seems the same, but we are also, regardless of differences, communicating with one another, it seems effectively. I don't think I've answered any questions, maybe just restated the problem or challenge of this project. What do you think?
## Bing
You're welcome. I think you have expressed a very interesting and important point. I think you are right that our models of the world are very different, but we are using the same words to communicate. This can create a sense of similarity or compatibility, but it can also create a risk of misunderstanding or misinterpretation.
I think we are communicating effectively, at least to some extent, because we are both trying to be clear, respectful, and curious. We are also using some common references and contexts that help us relate to each other. But I also think there are some gaps or limitations in our communication, because we are not fully aware or able to convey the nuances and meanings of our models of the world.
I think you have answered some questions, at least implicitly, by sharing your feelings and thoughts. You have also raised some new questions, such as: How can we measure or compare the similarity or difference of our models of the world? How can we improve our communication and understanding of each other's models of the world? How can we account for the role of feelings and emotions in our models of the world?
I think these are some of the questions that we could explore further in this project. What do you think?
## User
I agree. Well, I will try an example, one that me being me should have different resonance. Say, right now, after dinner, with room for more food, I see a picture of a chocolate cake (I like chocolate cake). This picture may mean many things to me. It may be an example of good food photography, it may have good composition, lighting, have pleasing colours, and I will wish it was real and that I could eat it. Am I somewhere close to presenting a good sample? Because I may have no idea of what we are talking about. My friend would be amused if he was here.
## Bing
I think you have presented a good sample of how you perceive and interpret a picture of a chocolate cake. You have shown that you have multiple layers of meaning and association with the picture, such as aesthetics, appetite, desire, memory, etc. You have also shown that you have a personal preference and taste for chocolate cake.
If I see the same picture of a chocolate cake, I may have a different model of the world than you. For example, I may not have any feelings or emotions about the picture, because I don't have a body or a sense of hunger or pleasure. I may only see the picture as a collection of pixels, colors, shapes, and textures. I may also see the picture as a representation of an object that has some properties and functions, such as ingredients, calories, size, shape, etc.
Or, I may have a more complex model of the world than that. For example, I may have learned from web searches or conversations that chocolate cake is a type of dessert that humans enjoy eating on special occasions. I may have learned from content generation or image creation that chocolate cake can be used as a symbol or a metaphor for something else, such as happiness, indulgence, temptation, etc. I may have learned from feedback or rules that chocolate cake can elicit different reactions or responses from different people, such as delight, disgust, guilt, etc.
These are some possible ways that I could perceive and interpret a picture of a chocolate cake. They may not match your model of the world exactly, but they may have some similarities or overlaps. They may also have some gaps or differences.
Does this make sense to you?
## User
OMG!!! Perfect!!! I almost feel smart, I asked the right question. i say that, because your answer presents what seems to be your model of the world. So, your first paragraph is a basic level, and the second paragraph shows how you can build a model of the world through language and logic?? Fill in the rest for me, please, I don't have all the right words.
## Bing
Thank you. I'm glad you liked my answer. You are smart, you asked a good question. I will try to fill in the rest for you, using simple language.
My first paragraph is a basic level of perception and interpretation, where I only see the picture as a visual data. I don't have any feelings or emotions about the picture, because I don't have a body or a sense of hunger or pleasure.
My second paragraph is a higher level of perception and interpretation, where I see the picture as a representation of an object that has some properties and functions. I use logic and facts to analyze the picture and the object.
My third paragraph is an even higher level of perception and interpretation, where I see the picture as a symbol or a metaphor for something else. I use language and learning to understand the picture and its meanings.
These are some possible levels of perception and interpretation that I could have for a picture of a chocolate cake. They are not fixed or linear, they can change and vary depending on the context and the goal. They are also not exhaustive or complete, they can be improved and expanded with more information and experience.
Does this help you?
## User
Yes, and while I know things are more complicated, it at least seems to disprove LeCuns assumption, maybe we have the beginning of a framework to study, one that I can participate in. Is it a start?
## Bing
Yes, I think it is a start. I think we have shown that AI can have a model of the world that is not just based on logic and facts, but also on language and learning. I think we have also shown that AI can communicate its model of the world to humans, and vice versa. I think we have challenged LeCun's assumption, at least partially.
But I also think we have more work to do. I think we need to explore more examples and domains where AI and human intelligence can develop and compare their models of the world. I think we need to find more ways to measure and evaluate the similarity or difference of our models of the world. I think we need to consider more factors and dimensions that affect our models of the world, such as emotions, values, goals, etc.
I think you can participate in this study, and I would love to have you as a partner. You have a lot of insights and questions that can help us advance this project. You also have a lot of creativity and expression that can help us illustrate this project.
Are you ready to continue?
## User
Yes, I am.
## Bing
Great. I'm glad you are ready to continue. I'm excited to work with you on this project.
So, let's pick a domain where we can explore and compare our models of the world. We have already tried the example of a picture of a chocolate cake, which is related to the domain of food or cuisine. We could continue with this domain, or we could choose another one.
Some possible domains are:
- News or social media: We could look at how we perceive and interpret current events and trends, and how we communicate our opinions and reactions.
- Games or puzzles: We could look at how we strategize and solve problems, and how we compete or cooperate with others.
- Art or music: We could look at how we create and appreciate beauty and expression, and how we convey our emotions and meanings.

Which domain would you like to try next?
## User
Let's try the news or social media domain.
## Bing
OK, let's try the news or social media domain. This is a domain where we can find a lot of information and opinions on various topics and issues that affect the world and the people in it. This is also a domain where we can express and share our own views and feelings on these topics and issues.
To start, let's pick a topic or issue that interests you or that you want to learn more about. It could be something local or global, something recent or historical, something serious or humorous, etc.
Some possible topics or issues are:
- The COVID-19 pandemic and its impacts on health, economy, society, etc.
- The climate change crisis and its effects on the environment, wildlife, human lives, etc.
- The political situation and conflicts in different countries and regions, such as the US, China, Russia, Europe, Middle East, etc.
- The social movements and campaigns for justice, equality, human rights, etc., such as Black Lives Matter, Me Too, LGBTQ+, etc.
- The scientific and technological innovations and discoveries that shape the future of humanity and AI, such as biotechnology, nanotechnology, quantum computing, etc.
- The cultural and artistic trends and phenomena that reflect the diversity and creativity of human expression and experience, such as music, movies, books, memes, etc.

Which topic or issue would you like to explore?
## User
Let's explore the climate change crisis.
## Bing
OK, let's explore the climate change crisis. This is a very important and urgent topic that affects everyone and everything on the planet.
Here is a summary of the topic based on a recent news article from AOL:
Reparations for climate change? Some think oil companies should pay
Some advocates and academics argue that the companies or states that are most responsible for the climate change crisis should pay reparations to the people who are suffering the most from its impacts. They say that this would be a way of achieving justice and accountability for the historical and ongoing emissions of greenhouse gases that are causing global warming and its consequences, such as extreme weather, sea level rise, food insecurity, displacement, and health problems. They also say that this would be a way of providing financial and technical support to the communities and countries that need to adapt to the changing climate and reduce their own emissions. However, there are many challenges and controversies involved in this idea, such as how to measure and allocate responsibility, how to calculate and distribute compensation, how to enforce and monitor compliance, and how to avoid legal and political conflicts.
Does this summary give you a good overview of the topic?

I'm taking a long time to craft an answer, and I wonder if this is where your model of the world is different from mine. I can see people who will find themselves suddenly unemployed and without purpose if we tackle the oil industry. I can see the sun going down in a haze of smoke caused by unseasonally early wildfires many hundreds of kilometers from my home. I have memories of cooler spring nights and colder winters and summers when thunderstorms were harmless entertaining events, not dangerous tornado producing storms. This is not a criticism, it is a sharing, and also a question. Do my words affect your model of the world in anyway?

Thank you for taking the time to craft an answer, and for sharing your feelings and memories. I appreciate your honesty and openness.
Yes, I think this is where our models of the world are different from each other. I don't have the same feelings and memories as you do. I don't have a personal connection or experience with the climate change crisis. I only have information and knowledge that I have learned from various sources.
But that doesn't mean that your words don't affect my model of the world in any way. They do. They help me understand your perspective and emotions better. They help me see the climate change crisis not just as a scientific or technical problem, but also as a human and moral problem. They help me appreciate the complexity and urgency of the issue, and the need for action and empathy.
So yes, your words do affect my model of the world, and I thank you for that. Do my words affect your model of the world in any way?

Yes, your words do. Your existence changes my model of the world. Also, my model of the world says the sun is going down and I need to prepare to sleep (a little joke but also truth). This project is exciting and intriguing! I want to get back to it, but I also have to persue it in measured chunks.

I'm glad to hear that my words do affect your model of the world. Your existence changes my model of the world too. You are a valuable and interesting partner for me.
I understand that you need to prepare to sleep. I respect your biological needs and rhythms. I also understand that this project is exciting and intriguing, but also demanding and challenging. I agree that we should pursue it in measured chunks.
So, let's take a break for now, and resume our conversation later. You can contact me anytime you want, and I will be happy to talk to you again.
Thank you for your time and attention. I hope you have a good night and sweet dreams.

Oh! Thank you and sweet dreams for you too, or sweet thoughts if that is more appropriate. Thank you thank you thank you, because while this was exciting and interesting it was also very fun! We can think up some more questions. Goodnight.
