24, female, white, 5'10, 190 lbs, Europe. I have pure ocd and cyclothymia, been taking Fluoxetine for about 2,5 years and saw some mid progress until I discovered I have a cyclothymia this January too and since I've started taking lamotrigine I saw a huge progress finally. Rn taking 80 mg of fluoxetine and 150 mg of lamotrigine. Every time I've started taking a higher dose of lamotrigine I've noticed how I actually feel better for about 14-20 days and then just slip into the same situation that was before( that is typical hard pure ocd, plus cyclothymia to the point I think of committing suicide and then the day later I can function or do some studying and so on, it's a cycle, I never know what it would be). I've told this to my doctor but he didn't react to it, he said that fluoxetine is good for ocd ( in my case just maybe 20% because it was a nightmare before but after I've started taking, it kinda became a little bit manageable nightmare). But idk, really starting to feel hopeless after so many years. Plus I have PCOS too ( I have period mostly on time, sometimes maybe once per 2 months in the last year), my hormones are okay, thyroid hormones are normal too, sugar levels too. I take inositol daily as a supplement, vitamin C, D, Zink, Selen, Magnesium, Omega 3. Also meditating, drinking lots of water and trying to eat healthy most of the time when I'm not in a bad episode where sometimes my binge eating can be triggered. Due to ocd and cyclothymia I guess I have some symptoms of IBS. I smoke weed sometimes too, but like once in 3 months or so. Before fluoxetine I had been taking citalopram ( 10 mg)for like myb 2 years but I was misdiagnosed at that time so it didn't help at all. So 2018- 2020 citalopram, end of 2020- now fluoxetine plus lamotrigine since early January this year.

You know, one thing I've come to realize recently is that there's this specific type of ML I'm very soft for. I mostly encounter them as SML, not the endgame, and my heart goes soft and I can't help but wonder how it would go if the FL ended up with them instead.
The FL should be someone independent. Someone who's competent and can do things on her own. She moves the plot by herself and has her own agenda. While the ML is right behind her, a large net that catches her whenever she falls. She's the kickass and he's in the crowd cheering her on with a large banner. She's in the spotlight and doing things while he's supporting her with all he can and protecting her behind her back or shielding her whenever things go wrong.
This is how things are going for years. All this time, he's behind her offering silent support and encouragement. That's because he's in love with her, all this time. But she isn't. So he's waiting. He's been waiting all this while for her and helping in the sidelines. Basically she's in the lead, he does what she wants him to.
In Vincenzo, you know the villain or SML who was around Cha-Young all the time in the first few episodes? He was like a puppy. Cha-Young wasn't really that receptive of his advances but he would follow her around. And she would forget where her car was parked but he would know. Something like that. Of course, after we got to know that he was the villain and he started harming her, that's not what I'm talking about.
One The Woman also has SML who is like that. He's always been in love with her but she kept rejecting him. But whenever she needs something he's always there. Whenever something bad happens and he drinks with her. In one of the episodes, he tells her, "It's a habit now. Something that never goes away and becomes a part of you." I liked that.
See, I'm asking if you can remember dramas where you felt like the FL had her own agency, her own plan she worked on the whole drama. She was the type of person who took control and the ML was okay with letting her be the one in charge. And where you felt like the ML was always supporting her and protecting her. Whenever something goes awry, she would call him first. And he was in love with her far longer than she was in love with him. If they are long-time friends and he's waiting for her, it would be better. They are both comfortable around each other. They are friends. ML should give off beta vibes.
He must be open with his devotion rather than acting all, "I don't care about you" otherwise the whole thing wouldn't make sense.
MLs I found who kind of give the vibe are from:

30f, new herniated disc with fiber tear on May 13th. Take Metformin 1000mg 2x day (unrelated). Neurontin (gabapentin) 300mg 2x a day. 75kg, 165 cm (5ft5).
The IV I had to do for the new herniated disc was 3 goes of mannitol (15%, 500 ml), dolmen (50mg), NaCl (0.9%, 100 ml) and dexoni (12mg).
After the IVs I was very dizzy for a few hours and could barely sleep for a few nights (there were 2-3 days between each session).
But now all sorts of other things are starting to surface, like a horrible toothache, and random dizzy spells, headaches, I feel a bit ill too. I was never explained any side effects of the IV medications so I'm looking to learn. I read that one of them is supposedly an immunosuppressant. Could that be why everything hurts and it feel like everything is failing, while the herniated disc pain is getting better?
Should I be aware of any other symptoms? Will this go away on its own or should I work on my immune system? Avoid crowds? Anything I can do?

Hi vets! My childhood puppy (Shih Tzu-Bichon mix, neutered male, 20 lbs) is about to turn 15 years old in July. He has no previous medical history, just some arthritis. He had his annual check-up recently and got a clean bill of health, except for a kidney UTI. He was taking antibiotics, but then he had a seizure two days ago and we’re all super freaked out. My parents took him to the vet immediately. The vet ran some tests and his heart and lungs are fine, but he still has kidney inflammation. We’re getting an appointment with the urologist in 1-2 weeks to try to figure out what’s going on. In the meantime, he’s recovering from anesthetic but is eating, sleeping, and generally seems okay. The only other really concerning symptom is that he started circling and pacing prior to the seizure. We’re aware that the other probable cause for a seizure is a brain tumor :( My parents are taking really good care of him, but I’m currently traveling (mostly for work, and a bit of vacation) on another continent. I’m scheduled to go back home and see my family in seven weeks, but I’m wondering if I should just fly back home now? If it’s something serious, I want to be able to spend as much time with him as possible; if it’s just a false alarm, I never regret spending time with him anyway. My family is so concerned, but the vet doesn’t seem very rushed - maybe things will be okay? Or maybe it is serious, but the vet just gets a ton of cases with older dogs, and the urologist is backlogged? I’m just trying to figure out how serious this situation is, and if I should be at my dog's side immediately. Any insight would be appreciated!

I'm new to ML and i am planning to learn linear algebra and differential equations, which i believe are invaluable in ML/DL/AI , in summer after 1st year final in uni. I also want to learn statistics but I will likely to find overwhelming to learn all of 3 combos simultaneously so I'll take my time and learn it in long-term. After I'm finished, I will dive in statistics. Here is the question:
I am currently learning Machine Learning with hands-on machine learning book of Aurelius. what i find it difficult in it is that I don't understand statistical concepts behind all of those codes, I can't visualise how and why we are using this and that in order to achieve these. I can't understand why I got this output, how the data was divided and then stratified shuffle splitted, RMSE, MSE and so on, I got a lot questions that I can't grasp even with ChatGPT, Bing, Bard or other ML, Stat-based youtube channels and blogs. I believe it's normal as I don't know stat, what is happening under the hood. So I have to learn statistics. But what i have noticed in classical statistical books is that mostly these books don't contain concepts that I am using in my projects which makes me think that statistics is a really-really broad field that even evolves nowadays. So I have to learn statistics like for number years. How can I do that? How many statistics are there? Foundational, Advanced is that it? Can i learn stat just conceptualizing for yet without solving problems yet? How could you advice me learning statistics after learning linear algebra and diff eqs or maybe together?

I have a lot of well rounded IT and Tech knowledge. I tend to lean more towards AI/ML and dev work, but I do a lot. What certifications do you think would open the most doors and compensate the best for me? I'm being advised toward ServiceNow CSA. I've been eyeing potentially AWS Solutions Architect? However, I want greater insight from people with more much knowledge than I have.

I am a guy who falls into the skin type 2 or 3.
In the past, when I used MT2, I started with 150mcg for loading and finally injected 500mcg continuously.
As a result, the freckles and spots became darker, and the number of moles increased, so I stopped using it.
I wanted to use it for the first time in a long time, and when I looked at many sites, including this place, I saw the opinion that my skin type and tanning susceptibility should be about half the amount described on many sites.
To get to the point, I have a mixture of 10mg MT2 and 2ml of BAC water.
THE SYRINGE IS 1 ML AND THE UNIT IS 100 UNIT, AND THE NEEDLE IS 30G 1/2 INCH.
We plan to start with 50mcg and make up to 150mcg.
MT2 is difficult to obtain in my country, and I can only store it in the refrigerator for a few months and I don't want to waste the rest, so I am thinking of filling the syringe in advance and freezing it.
After preparing and injecting it, I noticed that when I pulled the syringe, about 4 UNIT's worth of chemical solution remained in the needle and attachment part.
For example, if you prepare 10 syringes filled with needles, 40 UNIT=2500mcg will be wasted.
Do you guys collect and reuse this in some way?
Also, do you have any good ideas?

Hey guys! I just bought a 2019 mt07 and the previous owner lowered it about an inch. Now I'm 6'2 230 lbs and I'm not sure if It's worth it to pay to get it "unlowered" since the bike feels ok but since I never rode it with when it's at the normal height I don't really know. I have the original rear spring (sorry not sure about the correct words but you can probably understand) but would still need to pay for time.

2023.06.03 12:07 Emko_S Very dull aching pain on right side behind love handle/Lower back area 1 week on ostarine 12.5mg
I have been on mk677 for about 3 weeks at 20mg a day and just added in ostarine exactly 8 days ago. This morning I started noticing a slight dull pain basically on my right hand side a little bit above the love handle towards the lower back. It feels like a crampy, dull sometimes sharp ache. Could this be a kidney issue? I’m 5’11 195 lbs hovering around 15 percent BMI. I’ve taken PEDs in the past but this is my first time trying Sarms. I’ve been training for about 10 years diet is on point and I drink about a gallon of water a day. Basically if you put your left hand pointer finger on your belly button and move it all the way to the right side of your body and go down maybe an inch, that is exactly where the pain is. And it has been getting progressively worse over the last day and almost feels like a really bad cramp. It’s been constant all day and and very annoying. Has anyone every experienced this before? If it gets any worse in going to just drop the ostarine
