Might sound looney at first, but my reasoning here is pretty simple.

1. A well-planned vegan diet is healthy for children.

It is the position of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that appropriately planned vegetarian, including vegan, diets are healthful, nutritionally adequate, and may provide health benefits for the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. These diets are appropriate for all stages of the life cycle, including pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence, older adulthood, and for athletes. Plant-based diets are more environmentally sustainable than diets rich in animal products because they use fewer natural resources and are associated with much less environmental damage. Vegetarians and vegans are at reduced risk of certain health conditions, including ischemic heart disease, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, certain types of cancer, and obesity. Low intake of saturated fat and high intakes of vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, soy products, nuts, and seeds (all rich in fiber and phytochemicals) are characteristics of vegetarian and vegan diets that produce lower total and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels and better serum glucose control. These factors contribute to reduction of chronic disease. Vegans need reliable sources of vitamin B-12, such as fortified foods or supplements.

2) Young children can't fully understand the moral implications of consuming animal products. Children don't develop cognitive empathy until adolescence, which is especially important because of how sanitized the killing of animals is to the end consumer.
3) The presence of a registered dietician is important because most parents don't understand nutrition science, and only get by with a meat-based diet because the intergenerational, cultural development of food we collectively have allows us to meet our basic needs in most cases. Most parents don't, however, have this cultural knowledge with respect to a vegan diet, and therefore need professional support.
We should wait until children are older to first introduce them to animal products as food and let them make an informed decision, rather than pushing them into a morally questionable course of action before they're old enough to fully grasp it.
Caveats

1. I'm well aware that some families simply don't have access to medical care, adequate supplementation, and other things they may need. These are legitimate concerns, and it's not someone's fault if their socioeconomic position and zip code makes raising their children vegan inaccessible.
2. I'm well aware that some medical conditions such as complex allergies and eating disorders may make veganism unsafe for some children. In such cases, it shouldn't be practiced until and unless the condition in question clears up. Contact a relevant medical professional if you're unsure if your child's medical condition prevents them from relying on a vegan diet.
3. To my best understanding, feeding babies a small amount of a food early in life can reduce the risk of allergies. I think it's reasonable to do this with animal products because allergies can be dangerous.
4. In case anyone tries to misconstrue this post, I'm not suggesting a change in law as a means of enforcement.

The song’s origins, however, remain unclear. Is it a new composition? If so, why include it on an album that has no other new songs? But if it’s not new, how come we don’t know about it already?

I'm hoping to draw on the experiences and knowledge of this community. I'm having a pancreatitis scare right now (hopefully just a scare), and I'm looking to see what actions other than bland diet/pain control are available if it's more than a scare.
I would guess that various topical essential oils could be useful for pancreatitis. Clove oil I have often used as a pain-killeanasthetic (mostly for oral use). Have any of you applied it topically during pancreatitis flare ups? Did it have an effect, and if so, was it helpful? & where on the torso did you apply it?
I also ran across research that shows frankincense oil is useful against pancreatic cancer: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3538159/ . Have any of you tried it for non-cancer pancreatitis? Did it do anything?
Would these oils potentially be harmful (other than having clove scent stick to you all day)? I know an oily diet is a no-no, but I assume topical oils that aren't ingested wouldn't apply.
Why am I having the scare? I started semaglutide (Ozempic) literally yesterday, and was cold all night (chills), despite it being very warm in my apartment. I'm also feeling a little swollen & tender on the right middle of my abdomen, in an area I usually associate with the livegall bladder. I have had gall bladder issues in the past, but the gall bladder is removed, which is theoretically a protective factor? Just in case, I used clove oil & the various anti-inflammatory oils that are my go-to for combatting inflammation + took an Aleve (noproxen sodium), so I could be masking some pain. Or not.
My documentation puts chills as a very rare but call-your-doctor-immediate-if-this-happens side effect of semaglutide, and otherwise references it only in the section that warns of very rare cases of pancreatitis being caused by semaglutide (Ozempic).
If any of you have semaglutide/pancreas experience, that'd also be valuable.

· Funds are remitted in advance for the projected exports and imports to be covered.

· Certificate would be issued against each declaration by the insurer or the insured through the online portal on a periodic basis as agreed with the insurance company.
· Agreement ceases on the expiry of the period or when the sum insured gets exhausted, whichever occurs first.
2. Specific Policy:
Specific policy is valid for a single transit only. The policy is usually issued before the voyage begins. The coverage will be as soon as the voyage ends. The specific voyage policy must show complete details of the risks covered. It should contain particulars of conveyance, vessel name, bill of lading, airway bill, consignment details, sum insured terms and conditions of cover, voyage, cargo description and many more.

Hello all! I am an R&D scientist in pharma. I am looking for tooling suggestions from data managers/project managers.
I am looking to establish a simple database to track experiment conditions and status for my group of ~20 scientists. I work in pathology and an example of the data I want to track include experiment ID, tissue cohort ID, staining modality (H&E, IHC, etc), marker, associated scientists and project status at each stage of the data generation process. I want to create this resource because it has been difficult to query experimental data across different modality or tissue cohorts, for example. Our group uses an ELN. It is searchable but much of the data is in free text so it is difficult to search. Also it is difficult to limit the query of ELN entries to just our department.
I think for this purpose the database does not need to be elaborate, and a relational database would be overkill. In academia I would probably start a REDCap project to track this information. In my mind this tool is ideal for its data validation features, data collection forms, and ease of use. Is there a similar tool like REDCap that is commonly used in industry to collect and query tabular data? I would prefer not to use a shared excel file to track this information because the data should be not so easily edited, but also easy to reference and query. Thank you for any advice or suggestions you may have.

I'm just curious how you guys have dealt with your job and the trials of psoriatic arthritis. I currently work a fairly high stress job while dealing with the flares and exhaustion associated with PsA. Recently after an extended period of working a lot of overtime I had the worst flare so far. It took me over 2 weeks to recover and then immediately afterwards I got double pneumonia with a fever of 102 plus for 10 days. I am just getting back on my meds MTX and Tremfya but I am still struggling terribly with the arthritis aspect. I'm trying to work and my hands are killing me I am tired all the time and fighting brain fog. I've got at least 5 years until retirement but really don't know if I can hang in there that long. Maybe this is part vent but I am very curious as to how others handle the stress of working and this disease.

Signed up for a Gamestop PRO membership while in-store back in April. Was never given a Game Informer subscription…was unrecognized as “subscription not found” when I tried creating and validating an account as instructed in the email I received when the first magazine was available. Validation didn’t work. Used the same email address to register as is associated with my PRO account. Called Gamestop Customer Service and their manual adjustment of giving me a subscription hasn’t worked either. I can log into the site as before, but when I click on “read in browser”, it takes me to a page that says I’m not logged in. I AM logged in. Under “manage my subscription”, it indicates I was given a subscription but it simply doesn’t work. Can’t read any issues. The app doesn’t seem to recognize my subscription either and treats me as a “guest member”.
No idea what to do at this point. Gamestop customer service has been dreadful.

I have become bored with my tedious double maneater clan boss composition (18 months). Historically, I fall short of 1 key on UNM by 3mil since the nerf to brimstone on red and green affinity. On blue affinity its always a 2 key (46mil per key). Not to mention its never an auto start theres always at least 5 turns to get painkeeper in the right synch. And it boils down to just not being happy with the current clan boss setup. Additionally, my clan is comprised of some amazing European players so it is very rare that I ever see a chance to hit clan boss on void. Finally, for NM I have to swap chest pieces, boots, and one of my DPS champs due to the speeds. SO FRUSTRATING!
I am looking to go with the MythFu clan boss comp and shouldnt have any issues hitting the speeds or the crit-dmg aspects to being able to 1 key all affinities. At this time I am looking to fill the DPS position and not sure who would be the pinnacle player to fill the position. I think I've narrowed it down to the following 4 champs:

3. Zavia
4. Michinaki

All have been booked but will need to be regeared since most of them are setup for Hydra.

I've had this song stuck in my head all day. It's an electronic song and I would guess from the 90's or 2000's, but has no lyrics. I made a basic loop of what the main looping melody sounds like. If anyone can identify this I'll be eternally grateful.
