Choosing the right American Racing Wheels
Here are some easy to remember tricks.
> Determine your vehicle's bolt pattern and sizing requirements:
Before you start shopping for a set of aftermarket wheels, it's essential to know your vehicle's bolt pattern and sizing requirements. The bolt pattern refers to the number of lug holes and their arrangement on the wheel hub, while the size refers to the diameter, width, and offset of the wheel. Check your vehicle's owner's manual or consult a professional for accurate information.
> Consider the type of driving you do:
The type of driving you do will play a significant role in determining the best wheel for your needs. If you primarily drive on highways and city streets, you may want a wheel designed for comfort and fuel efficiency. However, if you frequently drive off-road or participate in motorsports, you may require a wheel with greater durability and performance capabilities.
> Choose the right wheel material:
American Racing Wheels are generally made from cast aluminum, which offers an excellent balance of strength, weight, and affordability. However, there are other materials available, such as forged aluminum and high-quality carbon fiber. While these materials may provide additional benefits in terms of performance and weight reduction, they often come with a more premium price tag.
> Research and compare wheel models:
Once you have a clear understanding of your vehicle's requirements and the type of wheel you need, it's time to research and compare various models. Take your time to read a lot of reviews, gather feedback from fellow enthusiasts, and consult with professionals to ensure you choose a wheel that meets your needs in terms of performance, durability, and style.
> A word on budget and aftermarket support:
When choosing American Racing Wheels you intend to use for a long time, it's essential to consider your budget and the level of aftermarket support available. While some wheels may be more expensive upfront, they may offer greater durability and performance, ultimately providing better value for your investment. Additionally, consider the availability of replacement parts and aftermarket accessories, as this can have a significant impact on the overall cost and convenience of maintaining your wheels.

Help with algae in tank!
Hi again, so my Betta is doing well, he’s in a planted tank (37 litres) by himself, but all of my plants are COVERED in algae! I changed the water 2 days ago and I make sure to only have the lights on for about 6 hours a day, I did the best I could to get rid of most of the algae, but it’s back again! I’m worried will this harm my Betta? Is there a tank mate that I could pop in with him that might help with the algae? My only problem is he is very aggressive, flares when I feed him, when he sees me at the tank, flares at the plants in the aquarium to! So I’m a little hesitant to put anything in with him incase he hates it. Thank you so much for all your help in advance.

2023.06.07 11:04 lechatheureux The Tonpa Kingdoms Part 2 (The Kingdoms of Jangshun and Monyul)

Check out part 1 for context
The Tonpa Kingdoms Part 1 (Overview and The Gods) : worldbuilding (reddit.com)
There are 5 connected Kingdoms that have Tonpa as their main religion these are.
Jangshun
A Place of snow-capped Mountains and green Valleys, said to be built upon the ruins of the ancient Jungar people who controlled much of the area of Jangshun and the nearby kingdoms of Monyul and Taishigang.
Very little is known about the Jungar, their ruins are scattered throughout the landscape of Jangshun, and are often characterized by simple stone structures, pottery shards, and other artifacts. Based on these remains, it is believed that the Jungar were a relatively simple society, with a lifestyle that revolved around farming, herding, and other basic activities.
Despite their lack of sophistication, the Jugar are an important part of the history and culture of the region many myths and legends have grown up around them, the people of Jangshun often see the Jungar as a symbol of the enduring spirit of the region, and take pride in the fact that they were able to survive and thrive in a harsh and unforgiving environment. In addition to their physical remains, the Jungar have left a lasting impact on the people of Jangshun in other ways. Their language, customs, and traditions are thought to have influenced the culture of the later kingdom, and many people still feel a strong connection to the Jagun and their way of life.
The Capital of Jangshun is called Druktse, founded by Dragon Priests and the legendary Namgyal dynasty the city is known for its unique architecture, with buildings made of wood and stone, intricately carved and painted with colorful designs and motifs, the streets are narrow and winding, with prayer flags fluttering in the breeze and the sound of temple bells ringing in the air.
At the center of the city is the Royal Palace of Jigme Wangchuk, a majestic building that serves as the residence of the Royal Family, the palace consists of several wings and halls, each with its own specific function. The main hall is the center of political and ceremonial activities, where the king held court and received important guests. The royal family's private quarters were located in a separate wing, with opulent living spaces and lavish decorations.
One of the most impressive features of the palace is the Eagle Tower, a tall structure that houses the elite Eagle Guards, who were responsible for the king's security the tower is covered from top to bottom with intricate carvings of the bird of prey.
The palace is surrounded by lush gardens and fountains, and it is guarded by soldiers in traditional Eagle attire, the Eagle Guards of the palace of Jingme Wangchuk are an elite group of soldiers tasked with protecting the king and the royal family, known for their fearsome reputation and exceptional combat skills, the Eagle Guards are considered one of the most prestigious units in the Jangshun army.
The guards are named after the majestic eagles that inhabit the mountainous regions of Jangshun, and they were trained to emulate the hunting tactics of these birds of prey. They are adept at using the terrain to their advantage, and are particularly skilled at scaling steep cliffs and mountainous terrain to surprise and overwhelm their enemies. In addition to their exceptional combat skills, the Eagle Guards were also known for their loyalty and dedication to the royal family. They undergo rigorous training and were selected based on their physical prowess, intelligence, and character, to become an Eagle Guard, applicants must be graduates of both the School of the Father and School of the Dragon.
The Eagle Guards are outfitted in distinctive uniforms that featured a stylized eagle emblem, and they were armed with a variety of weapons, including bows, spears, and swords. They were also known to use eagle feathers and talons in their armor and equipment, as a nod to the unit's namesake.
Druktse is a hub of cultural and religious activities, with several monasteries and temples located throughout the city.
The most famous of these is the Tashicho Dzong, a stunning fortress monastery that serves as the seat of The Gyelpa (The Duke) the secondary ruler of Druktse and the center of Druk-Ta worship. The dzong is surrounded by high walls and towers, and is accessible through a grand gate that is guarded by soldiers. The interior of the dzong is a maze of courtyards, chapels, and offices, all connected by narrow passageways and staircases.
One of the most impressive features of Tashicho Dzong is its towering central fortress and monastery, which rises above the rest of the complex and can be seen from miles around. This fortress is home to the Dragon Priests and is one of the most important structures in Jangshun. The fortress monastery is also famous for its beautiful architecture and intricate artwork. The walls of the courtyards are adorned with colorful murals and paintings, while the chapels are filled with statues and other religious artifacts. Visitors to Tashicho Dzong can tour the complex and learn about Jangshun history and culture, as well as observe the daily routines of the monks who live and work there. The Monastery is open to the public during certain hours of the day, and visitors are advised to dress modestly and remove their shoes before entering the chapels. Even though the current royal family of Jangshun are connected to The Father, The Dragon holds a special place in Druktse.
The people of Druktse are known for their warm hospitality and their strong sense of community. They celebrate several festivals throughout the year, including the annual Tshechu festival, the 3 Gods Festival which features colorful dances and rituals performed by monks and laypeople.
To the north-east of the Kingdom lies the second biggest city in Jangshun, the city of Lhagyal, often called “The Fire-proof City”
Lhagyal is a mass of stone walls and buildings with precious little wood being used at all, the walls of the city are imposingly high and even the central palace is relatively flat and does not rise above the walls, there are 4 gates made of pure steel and those are the only entrances and exits.
Inside the city walls, the streets are narrow and winding, with tall, tightly packed buildings constructed from rough-hewn stone. The architecture is distinct, with flat roofs and ornate metal doors decorating the doorways and windows, many of the buildings are built into the city's walls, their backs resting against the ancient stones.
There is more to the city than what meets the eye. Beneath the streets lie a labyrinth of tunnels and catacombs, built for both practical and spiritual purposes. Some are used for storage or as escape routes, while others are filled with ancient artifacts and sacred relics. The catacombs are also home to a complex network of underground temples and shrines and busy streets that are home to underground residences and businesses.
Despite its rugged appearance, the city's architecture is a testament to its resilience. It has withstood numerous attempts at invasion over the centuries, including attacks by powerful enemies armed with the latest in siege weaponry. The city's fortifications are a marvel of engineering, designed to withstand even the most devastating attacks and yet, for all its defensive prowess, the city has never lost sight of its cultural heritage.
The most famous instance of this was when the neighbouring Confucian Kingdom of Jinyun attempted to invade Jangshun with its impressive military might, scores of loyal foot-soldiers hardened by decades of conflict and advanced siege technology that included weapons that used fireworks.
The city withstood months of warfare with Lhagyal earning its nickname of “The Fire-proof City” The stone structures withstood the fireworks and the hard rock of the walls withstood the Jinyun catapults, outside the city several guerilla efforts by the Eagle Guards, The Company of the Hand and The White Tigers from Monyul lending their support repelled attempted on-foot invasions by the hardened Jinyun soldiers.
In the south-west of Jangshun, near the borders of Monyul and Taishigang lies the town of Gyalpeling, a place revered by monks and pilgrims alike. Gyalpeling, meaning "Abode of the Victorious" is a small yet vibrant town located in a remote corner of the kingdom. Its strategic location, surrounded by imposing mountains and blessed with fertile lands, has made it a crucial hub for spiritual activities and monastic life. The town is centered around a grand monastery, which serves as the heart and soul of the community. The monastery, known as Samtenling Monastery, is a majestic complex of ornate buildings adorned with colorful murals, fluttering prayer flags, and the sound of chanting monks echoing through the air. It is a revered place of worship and learning, drawing scholars, practitioners, and seekers of wisdom from far and wide. The streets of Gyalpeling are lined with modest housing for monks, adorned with intricate woodcarvings and colorful paintings. The locals, known for their warm hospitality and deep reverence for Tonpa, every activity the townspeople engage in helps the monastery in some way, whether trading, farming or craftsmanship, every resident of Gyalpeling helps out the monastery in some way. The town also boasts natural hot springs, believed to have healing properties, which attract pilgrims and visitors seeking solace and rejuvenation. The pristine rivers and lakes surrounding Gyalpeling add to its enchanting beauty, serving as places for meditation, ritual ablutions, and scenic walks. Gyalpeling is not only a place of spiritual significance, but it also serves as a center of learning, with numerous scriptoria, libraries, and meditation caves where monks engage in intensive study, contemplation, and meditation, prospective monks come from all over the 5 Kingdoms to study in Gyalpeling, as monks educated within its walls are valued in any court of the Tonpa Kingdoms.
One of the most valuable cities in Jangshun isn't far from the capital, a short 1 hour horse ride east of Druktse stands the city of Jangtse, a jewel in the crown of the kingdom. Jangtse, meaning "Silver Peak" in the local tongue, owes its fame and prosperity to the rich veins of silver that run through the nearby mountains, making it a thriving center for mining and trade. At the heart of Jangtse rises a magnificent conical palace, known as Jang Potrang, or the "Silver Palace." The palace, glistening like a beacon atop the tallest hill in the city, is adorned with silver-plated roofs, walls, and pillars, reflecting the sunlight and casting a mesmerizing glow over the surrounding landscape. It serves as the royal residence, where the Count holds court and conducts affairs pertaining to the area between Jangtse and Druktse. The streets of Jangtse are lined with buildings that boast silver-plated facades, creating a surreal and shimmering sight as one walks through the city, often shining gold from reflecting the sunlight, the wealth of the city is evident in the intricate silver filigree work that adorns windows, doors, and rooftops of temples, mansions, and markets alike. The silversmiths of Jangtse are renowned for their craftsmanship, producing exquisite silverware and jewelry that are sought after by collectors and traders from distant lands. The city is a bustling center of commerce, with a vibrant market square where merchants from across the region gather to trade in silver, gemstones, textiles, and other precious goods. The sounds of bartering, laughter, and the clinking of silver coins fill the air.
The Armies of Jangshun are known for their ferocious foot-soldiers, the every-day rank and file soldiers of the Jangshun armies are regarded as the best in the region and are a feared prospect to face on any battlefield.
The soldiers of the army of Jangshun are highly disciplined and skilled in the art of warfare, and are renowned throughout the region for their courage and loyalty. They are trained in a variety of weapons and fighting styles, including archery, swordsmanship, and hand-to-hand combat.
It is said that the success of the army comes from the fact that many men and women who fight in it are from mountainous regions and are conditioned from a young age to move over mountainous land with ease, their armies can easily traverse land that would be impossible for normal armies to travel over, due to the fact that the soldiers know the land.
The army of Jangshun is led by a commander-in-chief, who is appointed by the common foot-soldiers and is responsible for the overall strategy and tactics of the army. Under the commander-in-chief, there are several generals and officers who oversee different units of the army, each with their own specific roles and responsibilities. The soldiers of the army of Jangshun are equipped with a variety of weapons and armor, including shields, helmets, and chainmail. They are also skilled in the use of traditional weapons, such as the da and the gochu, which are types of swords. In addition to their skills in battle, the soldiers of the army of Jangshun are also highly respected for their loyalty and devotion to their ruler and country. They are known for their strong sense of duty and honor, and are willing to lay down their lives in defense of their homeland. The army of Jangshun is often called upon to defend the kingdom against invading forces, and has a long history of successful battles and campaigns. Their reputation for courage and skill has earned them the respect of their neighbors and allies, and they are a source of pride and inspiration for the people of Jangshun.
One of the most famous regiments from Jangshun is the “Wheel of Steel” A heavily armored longsword unit founded by Princess Jamyang Daughter of King Kunga and Sister of King Yangchen of the Yeshe Dynasty after she travelled to Europe and witnessed people fighting in full suits of armor, this was a foreign concept in the areas around her and she implemented the idea with her Father's (And later Brother's) full support they were first deployed in aid of Taishigang who were experiencing an invasion from a nearby Dharmist Kingdom. The longswords cleaved through the invading forces lack of armor and their steel plates deflected blows.
Monyul
Monyul is a land of vast open spaces and stunning natural beauty. The kingdom is home to a proud and fiercely independent people, who have built a rich culture and a strong military tradition, its plains are green and warm during the summer but snow is not uncommon in winter. Dharmaling is the capital city of Monyul and is nestled in the hills, surrounded by winding rivers and vast grasslands. It is a city steeped in tradition and culture, with a rich history that stretches back centuries.
Dharmaling was built as the northern most outpost of the Dharmist Indraprastha Empire but was conquered by Tonpa forces from a tribe that would eventually become known as the Monyul. The city is built around a central marketplace, where merchants from all over the known world come to trade their wares. The marketplace is a bustling hub of activity, filled with the sounds of bargaining and haggling, and the aromas of exotic spices and perfumes.
The Company of the Wind have their main offices in Dharmaling and use the bustling 10 storey wooden building to plan its operations throughout the known world. The streets of Dharmaling are relatively wide due to the constant horse carts that pass through them. The buildings are made of stone and wood, with intricately carved facades and ornate balconies. Many of the houses have flat roofs, which are used as outdoor living spaces during the warmer months. At the heart of the city lies the great monastery of The 3 Gods, unlike in other cities which have separate monasteries for the three Gods, this temple combines them as a display of unity between the three sects. The massive structure dominates the skyline, with its towering walls and intricate carvings. The monastery is home to a community of monks, who dedicate their lives to the study and practice of Tonpa. Surrounding the monastery are the homes of the nobility, who are known for their wealth and power. These grand estates are filled with beautiful gardens and courtyards, and are often adorned with intricate carvings and colorful murals. Outside the city walls, the landscape is dotted with small villages and nomadic encampments. These communities are home to herders and farmers, who make their living tending to the region's yaks and sheep. Despite its remote location, Dharmaling is a city of great importance, both culturally and politically. It is a place of pilgrimage for Monks, Merchants and laypeople from all over the world, and is also a hub of trade and commerce. The people of Dharmaling are proud of their heritage and their way of life, and are fiercely protective of their city and its traditions.
A 30 minute walk to the west of Dharmaling lies the Temple of Tong Thang, the Beehive Temple, as visitors approach the temple, they are greeted by the gentle humming of bees that buzz around the entrance, seemingly inviting them inside, the entrance is adorned with ornate wooden doors intricately carved with depictions of bees in flight, the temple is home to hundreds of bee colonies. The interior of the temple is a marvel of craftsmanship. The walls are adorned with honeycomb patterns carved into the stone, creating a mesmerizing visual display. Soft light filters through small openings in the dome-shaped ceiling, the centerpiece of the temple is a large altar made of honey-colored stone, adorned with intricate carvings of bees and honeycombs, where devotees offer their prayers and offerings. The Temple of Thong Tang is a place of worship dedicated to the reverence of bees and their significance in nature and the cycle of life, every day priests and priestesses of The Mother make their way to the temple to tend to the bees, bringing them water and sliced fruits, every year there is a festival outside the temple where priests and priestesses of Caihong distribute honey gathered from the bees.
Monyul is home to a large lake called Jangchub Tso, the lake is bordered by lush green forests and snow-capped mountains to the south-east, a product of Monyul's border with Taishigang.
On the edge of the lake there is a large city called "Gangri Thang", which is known for its fish markets and skilled boatwrights, nobles from the surrounding Kingdoms often commission boatwrights from Gangri Thang to build grand freshwater barges for them.
Several villages surround the lake, mostly fishing and farming communities, every spring fishermen from these villages make their way to Gangri Thang with hundreds of fish, hoping to hock their catch to fishmongers, tourists and Company of the Wind officers.
The fish they carry is mainly the several species of trout that live in the lake but a few of the lucky ones carry the Golden Mahseer, a gleaming fish variety that is said to be very difficult to catch, although the taste of the fish pales in comparison to the trout, the Golden Mahseer is revered for its scales that give off a vibrant golden glow, these scales are often used in ceremonial dress of the region adoring clothing and jewellery.
The people of Monyul are also skilled artisans, known for their intricate weavings and pottery. The kingdom is home to many workshops and marketplaces, where merchants sell their wares to buyers from all over the region. The people of Monyul are known for their skill at horsemanship, and the kingdom is home to some of the finest cavalry units in the region. The army of Monyul is also composed of archers and spearmen, who are trained in the art of mounted combat and guerrilla warfare.
The most prestigious regiment of Monyul is a cavalry unit called the White Tigers, the horsemasters of the White Tigers are known as the strictest in the Tonpa Kingdoms, if a horse fails a single training drill both the horse and rider are deemed unworthy. The White Tigers main weapon is a thick spear, painted red with a bronze spearhead, it has a heavy counterweight at the back that also doubles as a blunt weapon. Their secondary weapons are a heavy sword and a short bow.

2023.06.07 10:47 vonGustrow Trying to access/interact with a .jsf website and getting runtime error 462

Hello everyone, Foa: I'm on mobile so please excuse the bad formatting, I will try my best.
So I need to access a .jsf website, enter a part number, select the part, and download the file. However, I always get runtime error 462: Remote Server machine not found, even when I'm just trying to set a variable as the site's HTML document.
My code is currently as follows (it changed throughout the last week obv, but always had the error when I tried to actually do anything on the website):
Sub Test2()
Dim appIE As Object, UserN As Object, GetIE As Object
Set GetIE = CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application")
Set appIE = GetIE appIE.navigate ("https://[redacted].jsf") appIE.Visible = True
Application.Wait (Now + TimeValue("00:00:05")) 'I've tried a DoWhile-Loop, didn't work
Set UserN = appIE.document 'This is where the error occurs
appIE.document.forms("dsgvoHinweis").elements("dsgvoHinweis:dsgvoHinweisSchliessen").Click 'Every time one opens the page a window pops up that needs to be closed before interacting any further
End Sub
appIE.document is, according to the watch window, a Variant/Integer Type and has the error value, I.e. Remote Server...
If I run the exact same code but with Wikipedia instead of the .jsf site, and searching for e.g. "Runtime Error 462" it works perfectly. I am therefore not sure if this actually is an issue with .jsf or if I just missed something. Any help is greatly appreciated as this things has been driving me mad the last week, I literally cannot sleep :(

2023.06.07 10:44 Chokechain69 Best sounding headphones that do not require amp or any sort of tweaking under 300$?

Best sounding headphones that do not require amp or any sort of tweaking under 300$?
Hey all, I know this probably is a pretty common question so insults are accepted.
I am planning on getting new headphones that sound "good" as well as do not require any extra equipments. I just want to listen to music and don't want to go down the rabbithole. I am mostly looking to use them on my phone / laptop.
I suppose "sounds good" is very subjective, so I guess what I am looking for is good seperation, bass, soundstage but most importantly it should sound nice (i am not sure how to describe this, but it shouldnt sound flat?). Or anything that will help improve my listening experience of pop, hip hop and classical music.
Here are some i considered:
Hd6xx - almost perfect but requires amps from my understanding
X2HR - Nice price point, but i heard a lot of mixed things about their sound quality. Some say they are good some are dissapointed.
HD560s - In my region these are relatively expensive but from what i heard they sound very flat.

2023.06.07 09:59 Munch_bunchs AITA for not wanting to help my friend who's buying an apartment in the same building I'm moving into?

Hi everyone! 👋
I (30F) have just bought my first home. It's an apartment/flat in a new complex in the neighbouring town.
For context, I moved back hom at the beginning of the pandemic because of the lockdown and a break-up. Later that same year, I was looking at buying an apartment in the first phase of this complex but I held it off when my ex and I gave our relationship a second chance.
Spoiler: it didn't work out.
After dealing with that second break-up, therapy and depression - I decided to move out again this year and it's all gone through! 🎉
This brings me to my friend (29F) who I found out this week has started the process of buying one of the remaining apartments in the building. I am happy for them, but I am also overwhelmingly uncomfortable about the whole affair.
Our relationship has been odd. They regard me as a best friend and even though there was a time when that was true, I don't think that's the case now. I find it hard to be around them. I leave encounters tense and overthinking things. I find that at times they suck the oxygen out of the room and make it all about them. We spoke about this recently - about how when we were close they were in touch with me DAILY but now that things are pretty good, I don't hear anything from them unless they want something from me.
And it's started again. I'm getting more messages because they want to ask where I got my furniture from or what solicitolawyer I used or what's the layout of my apartment. I feel like I'm being used again and I don't want that.
It then makes me worry about the dynamic when she moves. Will she be popping in unannounced? Will I be expected to help her at whatever time of day? I don't want that either.
I must admit that I feel jealous. I'm trying to acknowledge this feeling more openly. A month ago, she did not have the money to afford to buy a place and then, she got an early inheritance and now it's happening. I know going forward the conversations will be just about them and their journey even though I am moving out too.
I come from a poor immigrant family. I grew up in poverty. One of my parents died at 10. The other parent struggled with multiple jobs. I do not have any grandparents alive. None of my family owns property. In summary, I have no wealth. I got my home from saving hard from the age of 23. Going through this house-buying process has highlighted how little I have financially and it sucks when other people have it much easier.
I think I am processing the initial news. I can't stop thinking about this. I'm acknowledging my feelings but at the same time, I worry about my "goodness". I must be a bad person for feeling these things and wanting space by not helping them.
tl:dr - A friend has bought a new apartment in the same building I have just bought an apartment. I feel happy, uncomfortable, jealous and annoyed about this. I need space and can't help them.

Commander Beckett sits on the bridge of the TSF Trailblazer, recovering after a long day of combat drills with the new recruits.
Commander Beckett: “At least this lot is semi-competent.”
First Officer: “Agreed, Commander. I remember the last group they sent us. Hopeless, the lot of them.”
CB: “… weren’t you a member of the last lot?”
FO: “…”
Ensign: “Commander, I have something on long-range scanners.”
CB: “On-screen.”
The viewscreen lights up and shows a number of ships exiting FTL.
Ensign: “… I count 38 ships, Commander. Trajectory indicates they’re heading straight for us.”
CB, over internal comms: “… all hands, battle-stations! I repeat, all hands to battle-stations! This is not a drill!”
Klaxons alarm throughout the ship, as everyone on board makes ready to combat.
FO: “… the designs of the ships, and on-board IFF’s are indicative of Keltiss, Commander.”
CB: “Keltiss. We haven’t had any interactions with them before. Why have they shown up in force?”
FO: “Unknown.”
Ensign: “Commander, they’re hailing us.”
CB: “On-screen.”
The viewscreen image of the Keltiss ships is replaced with the image of a large humanoid reptilian creature, wearing a large headdress made of what appears to be the bones of a much larger creature.
Keltiss Speaker: “TSF Trailblazer, I am the designated Speaker for the Scattered Tribes of Keltiss.”
CB: “Designated Speaker, I am Commander Nathaniel Beckett, of the TSF Trailblazer. For what reason do you approach us?”
KS: “Commander Beckett, we would speak with an authority of Terra, and have gathered information that identifies you as such an individual. As promised by the War-kin witness, we have come to forge an alliance with Humanity, as our honour demands.”
CB: “… I am not someone that has the proper authority to negotiate an alliance between our two peoples’. Please allow me to contact Terran High Command, and we can have a diplomat and negotiator arrive within the day to facilitate the proceedings.”
KS: “The one to negotiate the alliance has been decided.”
CB: “… excuse me?”
KS: “The Keltiss demand the one named Human Dave. He has proven to be a trustworthy individual of your species, and his honour is not in question. We will open negotiations with him as the voice of Humanity.”
CB, to himself: “… the fuck have you done now, Dave?”
...
Human Dave gets up from his crouched position, and stretches his back, causing cracking and popping sounds to echo out in the room.
Captain hears the sound coming from the engine room and rushes in, expecting the worst.
Alien Captain: “Human Dave, what was that sound?”
Human Dave: “Captain? Oh, that was just my back.”
AC: “Your back? Human Dave, are you telling me that your spine made several cracking noises? Are you injured?”
HD: “Oh, no, Captain. My back was just a little stiff from being hunched over for so long.”
AC: “… I take it that this is a common occurrence amongst humans?”
HD: “You would be correct, Captain. Think of it like realigning my spine into its natural state after being in an unnatural state for too long.”
The conversation is interrupted by Human Dave’s implant sounding out a notification.
HD: “Oh, I got a message. Hang on, Captain.”
Captain waves his arm to confirm that he does not mind.
The voice coming from the pre-recorded message is loud enough to echo out in the engine room.
Commander Beckett: “DAVID FUCKING ANDERS!”
Both Captain and Human Dave are surprised by the volume of Commander Beckett’s voice.
CB: “YOU WANT TO TELL ME WHY THE FUCK I HAVE KELTISS DEMANDING TO BOARD MY SHIP UNDER THE REASONING OF FUTURE DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS?!”
AC: “…”
HD: “…”
AC: “… you did tell Commander Beckett that the Keltiss intended to forge an alliance with Humanity, did you not?”
HD: “In fact, Captain, I did. Sent that particular recording to him the day that it happened. Maybe he hasn’t had time to watch it?”
AC: “… should we…?”
HD: “Might be best to get to the Trailblazer as quick as we can. Who knows what’ll happen between Commander Beckett and any Keltiss War-kin without any context.”
AC: “Agreed.”
Captain activates his comms.
AC: “Pilot Reeda, how far are we from the TSF Trailblazer?”
Pilot Reeda: “… a quarter cycle off-course, Captain, but our cargo is indicated non-urgent, so I hope your clients will mind if we take a little detour.”
AC: “Pilot Reeda, should we not hope that they will not mind a detour?”
PR: “I don’t much care what they think, Captain. I just didn’t know we were a human delivery service.”
AC: “Pilot Reeda, Ship is not a delivery service for humans.”
PR: “Really? Then why is it that every time something happens, it’s because of Human Dave?”
AC: “…”
PR: “Exactly.”
HD: “You know I can hear you, right, Reeda'Tila-Lasoran?”
PR: “Yes, Human Dave. That was the intention.”
HD: “Would you just fly the damn ship to the Trailblazer? I’ve got a very angry Commander Beckett to deal with, and you delaying us isn’t going to make things any better.”
PR: “… so, delaying things would make things worse?”
HD: “I will come up there and bite you, Reeda'Tila-Lasoran!”
AC: “Pilot Reeda, please redirect our course to the Trailblazer.”
PR: “… understood, Captain.”
...
CB: “WHAT THE HELL TOOK YOU SO LONG?!”
Commander Beckett basically yells at Human Dave the moment Ship opens up a communication channel with the Trailblazer.
HD: “… nice to see you too, Commander. We were in the middle of a cargo run when we got your message, and you haven’t been checking your messages.”
Commander Beckett glares at Human Dave.
CB: “What the Hell are you on about now, Anders?”
HD: “I sent you very lengthy recordings regarding not one, but two encounters we had with the Keltiss. The most recent one was about how they wanted to forge an alliance with us following the Hunt we participated in.”
CB: “…”
HD: “I mean, I guess after this, they’ll go to the Cradelian cradle-world to forge an alliance with them as well, because it was actually Captain that won the Hunt.”
AC: “Actually, it was this creature that did the majority of the hunting.”
Captain points at the Viscer-Tel on his shoulder, who puts its wing over Captain’s head.
CB: “Regardless of who did what, we have a rather large contingent of Keltiss in one of our main conference rooms, all eager to speak with you, Anders.”
HD: “Me?”
CB: “Yes, you. They want you to be the one to negotiate the terms of the alliance on behalf of Terra.”
A look of shock appears on Human Dave’s face, followed by a look of resignation as he begins to realise what kind of situation he has walked into.
HD: “… ah, crap.”
Captain puts a hand on Human Dave’s shoulder, smiling widely.
AC: “Good luck, Human Dave. Better you than me.”
Human Dave slowly turns to Captain, a look of smugness replacing the earlier look of resignation.
HD, grinning: “You do realise you’ll most likely have to do this for your people, right, Captain?”
An expression of confusion appears on Captain’s face, before a look of horror replaces it; now realising that the success of the Hunt was on his shoulders, and the added responsibility of representing his species with the Keltiss opposite.
AC: “… ah, crap.”

2023.06.07 09:31 Munch_bunchs My friend has bought an apartment in the same building as me. I'm happy for them but I'm also feeling uncomfortable about it all...

Hi everyone! 👋
I (30F) have just bought my first home. It's an apartment/flat in a new complex in the town neighbouring where I currently live. The complex was built in the Autumn of 2020. I got my keys two months ago and I've slowly been moving in.
For context, I moved back into my family home right at the beginning of the pandemic (in March 2020) after the lockdown and a break-up. Later that same year, I was looking at buying an apartment in the first phase of this complex but I held it off when my ex and I gave our relationship a second chance.
Spoiler: it didn't work out.
After dealing with that second break-up, therapy and depression - I decided to move out again this year and it's all gone through! 🎉 I got my keys 2 months ago and I've slowly been moving out as I mentioned earlier.
This brings me to my friend (29F) who I found out this week has started the process of buying one of the remaining apartments in the building. I am happy for them, but I am also overwhelmingly uncomfortable about the whole affair.
Our relationship has been odd and has certainly changed. They regard me as a best friend and even though there was a time when that was true, I don't think that's the case now. I find it hard to be around them. I leave encounters tense and overthinking things. I find that at times they suck the oxygen out of the room and make it about them. We spoke about this recently - about how when we were close they were in touch with me DAILY to speak about problems in our lives but now that things are pretty good, I don't hear anything from them unless they want something from me.
And it's started again. I'm getting more messages and calls because they want to ask where I got my furniture or what solicitolawyer I used or what's the layout of my apartment. I feel like I'm being used again and I don't want that.
It then makes me worry about IF she moves in and that dynamic. Will she be popping in unannounced because she can? Will I be expected to help her at whatever time of day? I don't want that either.
I must also admit that the green-eyed monster is at play too. Jealousy. I'm trying to acknowledge this feeling more openly and honestly. A month ago, she did not have the money to afford to buy a place and then within that time, she got an early inheritance and now it's happening.
I got my home from saving hard from about the age of 23. Going through this house-buying process has highlighted how little I have financially and it's sucks when things are just hard because of chance. Other people have it much easier.
I think a lot of this is just processing the initial news. I can't stop thinking and worrying about this. I'm acknowledging my feelings but at the same time, I worry about my "goodness". How I may not be a good person for feeling these things.
My question to you is, are these feelings irrational? What do you think about what is happening? Does this need to be addressed?
tl:dr - A friend has bought a new apartment in the same building I have just bought an apartment. I feel happy, uncomfortable, jealous and annoyed about this. AITA?

Boomerang Monkey
This part has to be included along with the Lych Soul rework with Paragons which is finally making it in this update after necessary delays. As Boomerang Paragon’s knockback hits so many times so quickly, we need to make it more reasonable when applied to targets that aren’t immediately destroyed.
Bomb Shooter
MOAB Assassin fills a useful role of a pure long cooldown ‘single target assassination’ in the game, but when compared to something like First Strike it feels a little lacking that it is unable to carry damage through MOAB Layers
Tack Shooter
Blade Shooter has always struggled to find much value without MK or as a step to Maelstrom, so to give it build value on its own we feel like this should be a part of the base value on the upgrade.
Ice Monkey
Lowest tiers of ice monkey are far too effective for their cost against ceramics, with this scaling well all the way to round 100, we feel like ice duration against ceramics needs to be reduced to counter this but for now this reduction will only apply until T3.
Glue Gunner
The Bloon Solver’s rework has been very popular, however, we’d like to have a better lead up into the new mechanics by introducing this earlier at the tier 4 now.
Sniper Monkey
This will allow Cripple MOAB to take out regular MOAB layers in one shot until round 100; for such a slow attacking single target tower we feel this will help top path flex, even if mostly for show.
Monkey Buccaneer
Reworking Grape Shot crosspathing as it gains far too much crosspath value by T2 but then is lacking in purpose at higher tiers, double shot will only work as one extra grape however Destroyer will now apply its full attack rate buff to the grapes and Flagship will equip aspects of Grape Shot on the mini planes.
Monkey Ace
Spectre is shifting a little of the ceramic bonus around into basic all damage at the cost of reduced pierce, which should make up for lack of single target damage while also making the pierce crosspath more necessary when being used for cleanup focus.
Heli Pilot
Even with the map-range advantage, rotors are weak compared to any other constant AoE circle like this. Chinook feels like it’s near a place we are happy with now, however we want another tiny nudge on cost while keeping cash generation value the same. Pushing some higher values on the last Comanche Commander changes as the missile attack is effectively such a small portion of the tower’s total damage late game.
Mortar Monkey
As the Rapid Reload crosspath has actually fallen behind in value compared to Burny Stuff for top path Mortars we want to try a slight stun duration increase as this buffs the base path with a larger benefit to Rapid Reload mortars as a stalling option. Mortar consistency is lacking at x3x making it tough to spend on even though x4x is fairly good, so some of the T4 rate is shifting down to help out with this. As the camo property has grown quite weak and currently Signal Flare is considered the best decamo tool, we want to push back slightly on its cost and by reducing the blast radius of the decamo area while emphasizing crosspathing for effectiveness there.
Super Monkey
As Engineer sentries do this already, newly spawned Mini Avatars from temples will now by default match the target priority of the temple.
Ninja Monkey
We’re changing the Ninja Monkey Paragon’s focus as a fighter against camo, as we feel like a greater strength and tactical value against camo will be the full reveal of all camos rather than all camo removal.
Alchemist
Alchemist Transforming Tonic is in a weird spot with the transformation unable to attack through walls when the base alchemist is able to. Also with this, including a QoL fix for the T5 that currently prevents transformed towers from functioning with target priority.
Druid
While the tornado doesn't do anything to MOABs, it still spends itself on them which wastes a relatively long cooldown, so addressing this flaw. Avatar of wrath doubles the base attack speed before any scaling is applied, but this hasn’t ever applied to the 205 Lightning, so taking care of that as well. Housekeeping - even deep in the forest, it does actually make life better.
Spike Factory
We’ve heard the feedback, so Spiked Mines get a tweak to get more mines exploding but with less pierce on each, to overall increase quality of life in more frequent use but less wasted pierce. This will help out with some of the problems it has scaling into late game super ceramics.
Monkey Village
A minor QoL for cheap Monkeyopolis creation, we included a small base amount of cash production to the generation formula.
Engineer
The 005 crosspath fix in the last update left XXXL Trap slower than previously even if crosspathed to 205, so we are increasing that base 005 slightly to match up the 205 crosspath again so that it isn’t any slower than before.
Beast Handler
As our newest tower to be added to BTD6, we went over feedback for every path and made a large number of adjustments addressing a variety of points.
Gwendolin
Removing the stacking aspect of Gwendolin’s burn damage over time, but increasing the damage as she levels up so that it actually scales up in power now.
Adora
While they are complicated individuals, Adora can now fully appreciate the sacrifice of the newest Monkeys in the struggle against the Bloons.
Admiral Brickell
We aren’t happy with strats that start looking like exploits with frequent sell-replace loops.
Psi
Psi’s stalling out of the end of round is an odd mix of useful / annoying / out of control, so we are for now capping this to a 3 seconds of overtime stalling. Psi’s Psychic Blast ability also has weirdly low pierce for a long cooldown ability with no damage, we are increasing the base pierce greatly but it no longer increases in pierce at Lv7 since the extra pulse brings more pierce anyway.
Event / Boss / Relic / Knowledge
Looking Forward
Five months of 2023 done and dusted, which feels to us like it has zoomed by, perhaps because the Auckland office where the BTD6 team is based has only just reopened after the severe flooding at the end of January. All of Update 36 and the majority of Update 37 were completed while again working from home, but we’re very excited to have the office repairs done, the flood wall almost finished, and the ability to work shoulder to shoulder again on fun new things for the monkeyverse! Here’s the latest gaze into the crystal ball:

2023.06.07 08:58 alexpolishman Examining the Potential of Popunder Traffic for Publishers to Increase Revenue

Publishers in the realm of digital advertising are always searching for profitable methods to increase their income. Popunder traffic is one such tactic that has grown popular over time. Although some people find popunder advertising invasive, they have shown to be a useful tool for publishers to engage their audience and make large sums of money. We will discuss the idea of popunder traffic, its advantages for publishers, and important factors to keep in mind to get the most out of this advertising style in this blog article.

What is Popunder Traffic?

Popunder traffic is a term for a type of online advertising in which the user's current browser window is replaced with a new window or tab. These advertisements don't become visible until the user minimizes or dismisses the active browser window, at which point the popunder advertisement becomes visible. Popunders are intended to provide a less obtrusive user experience than pop-up adverts, which display in front of the user's current surfing session.

Possibilities for Publishers

Enhanced income: When used in conjunction with targeted placements and high-quality content, popunder advertising may significantly increase publisher income. Publishers have the chance to effectively monetize their website visitors thanks to popunders because they often have greater engagement and click-through rates than other ad forms.
Expanded Audience: Popunders provide publishers the chance to connect with a larger audience since they may target people who may not have interacted with a conventional banner or display advertisements. The publisher's user base may rise as a result of this wider reach, which can also help enhance brand recognition.
Cost-Effective Approach: Publishers may find Popunder adverts to be a cost-effective approach to advertising. Popunder traffic is a popular choice for publishers trying to maximize their return on investment since it often offers lower costs per impression (CPM) compared to other ad formats.

Increasing Popunder Traffic

Publishers that want to maximize popunder traffic should think about the following crucial tactics:
High-quality user experience and content: Popunder advertisements are more likely to be successful when positioned next to high-quality content. Publishers should concentrate on providing their audience with useful and interesting information to ensure a great user experience. Publishers may improve the likelihood of conversions from popunder traffic by retaining user confidence and happiness.
Specified Locations: It's important to choose the best locations for popunder advertisements. To choose the best placements, publishers should examine user behavior, demographics, and interests. Higher engagement rates may be achieved by carefully placing popunders throughout the user experience, such as near the end of an article or during a break in surfing.
The frequency cap: Frequency capping should be used by publishers to prevent bombarding users with too many popunder adverts. Publishers may strike a balance between earning income and upholding a great user experience by restricting the number of times an ad is shown to a user within a predetermined time window.
Optimization and A/B Testing: A/B testing should be done continually by publishers to improve their popunder advertising. The most efficient combinations may be found by experimenting with various ad creatives, locations, and targeting choices. The goal of optimization should be to improve popunder traffic performance overall by maximizing conversion rates and reducing bounce rates.

Conclusion

Publishers have a great potential to raise income and reach more people thanks to popunder traffic. Publishers may fully utilize popunder advertising and meet their income targets while upholding a great user experience by putting into practice effective tactics including high-quality content, targeted placements, frequency limits, and optimization.

2023.06.07 08:29 imissjen head jerking??

so ive been struggling with anxiety for about 3-4 years. it hasnt been linear, at some points i would be having panic attacks multiple times a week for months, sometimes i would be rarely having them like now. my anxiety was at a peak in reducing my quality of life about 1yr½ ago. i would constantly have panic attacks to the point it would interfere with my classes, i was constantly chewing the skin off of my fingers, etc, etc. anyways, at this time i started experiencing something to the extent of full body jolts/jerks. the best way i could explain it is if you were involuntarily pushing yourself forward and backwards rapidly if that makes any sense at all. it would come in waves and i couldnt so anything to stop it. started taking cbd gummies and overtime my anxiety got a lot better, id still say it is worse than average, but it doesnt impact my day to day life as much as it used to, and i dont feel like im mentally comstantly backed into a corner anymore. recently though, ive been having random head jerks/jolts. imagine you are trying to pop your neck but without your hands, its involuntary, it happens super hard and fast, and its kind of painful. it doesnt happen too much, maybe a few times a day, but i dont want to be back to that place in my life where everyday is hell and i am constantly anxious, sad, and apathetic. is this normal? is it a sign of my anxiety getting more intense again? i never really saw a doctor about it, i went to one, but he dismissed all of my concerns. im really scared, i dont wanna tell my parents, i tried telling my sister but she just dismisses it or tells me "that sucks" nobody ever took me seriously when i was going through daily hell and im scared it will be the same if i tell them about this and my anxiety and everything because it feels like nobody truly cares. at one point i was at the verge of taking my life because of how bad it got with nobody even attempting to help. i dont want it to be like this again. is it normal?

2023.06.07 08:21 sikaMarkanico Which current Angel player gives the best postgame interviews?

With “best” being whatever you want it to be.
Trout always says the same thing for better or worse. Rendon is funny and seemingly is always having the time of his life. Ohtani is honest and contemplative.
I recall enjoying O’Hoppe‘s couple interviews I think he had this year for the short time he was playing. Since I can’t recall too much of what he said, I think I’m giving my vote to Neto. He had good enthusiasm, spoke well, and didn’t rush the interview process to get outta there…like I probably would hah.
Since there are way too many players that people could vote for, I’ll just have people use the upvoting system.
For myself, it’s a tie with the good-natured Rendon, and the new guy on the block in Neto. But, if I had to choose, I think every time Tony-2-bags is given the mic I make sure the tv is recording if it’s not already.

Just how to make the timber pellet mills mold much more
In recent years, the environmental protection plans of different nations have actually ended up being a growing number of rigorous. As a representative of new energy, biomass pellets have gradually ended up being popular, and also biomass pellets in numerous areas have actually also remained in short supply. Together with biomass pellets, there are likewise sawdust pellet equipments that produce biomass pellets. From the initial level die timber pellet equipment to the present ring die wood pellet mills, they are frequently being updated.

1. Exactly how to extend the life span of wood pellet mills mold and mildew?
The mold is a susceptible component in the sawdust timber pellet mills, and also it requires to be changed continuously. The costly mold and mildew is also a significant price in the production procedure of the sawdust pellet. Just how to raise the life span of biomass timber pellet mills mold?
( 1) Load the mold with oil
After the daily handling and production is over, make use of oil to grind the mold and mildew opening for a time period to make certain that all oil is left in the mold and mildew opening, which is of fantastic advantage to the next day's job and is likewise conducive to the long-lasting use of the mold and mildew.
( 2) Routinely clean up the oil
The editor right here advises everybody that if the timber pellet mills are not utilized for greater than a month, it is best to secure the oil in the mold. Because the oil will slowly set throughout the long-term storage space process, which will certainly make it tough to get rid of the following time it is made use of, which will certainly impact the succeeding use of the timber pellet mills.

( 3) It is not necessary to clean the mold for a long period of time
If the timber pellet mills are not used for a long period of time, it is recommended to eliminate the mold, tidy it and afterwards save it. It mainly cleans the pellets inside the mold and mildew and the sawdust connected to the surface of the mold and mildew. This way, on the one hand, it prevents the pellets from being solidified and also hard to remove due to long-lasting storage, and also on the other hand, it lowers the deterioration of sawdust to the mold and mildew.

( 4) The mold and mildew ought to be saved in a completely dry and also aerated place
The majority of the mold and mildews of the wood pellet mills are made of alloy steel. If they remain in a moist area for a very long time, the surface area of the mold may be damaged because of deterioration as well as its service life will be decreased.
( 5) The taking care of process ought to be very carefully
The mold and mildew of the wood pellet mills is a high-precision device. If the structure of the inner wall of the die opening is harmed during the taking care of procedure, it might cause the failing of the wood pellet maker and reduce the service life of the timber pellet device.
The above are 5 pointers to prolong the life span of the timber pellet equipment. Follow these 5 approaches to keep the mold, as well as I believe your mold and mildew will last longer.

2. Just how to solve the blockage of the mold of the wood pellet mill maker?
With the popularization of the idea of environmental protection and saving, timber pellet device is acknowledged and accepted by increasingly more clients, and also occupies an increasingly vital placement in our manufacturing. Nevertheless, in the process of utilizing the complete wood pellet mill device, there are constantly various troubles. Today, Richi Equipment will certainly present to you how to fix the obstruction of the mold of the timber pellet mills tools.
If you need to know the service to the trouble, you should initially locate the reason for the problem, and to resolve the issue of blockage of the wood pellet device, you have to discover the reason for the obstruction of the timber pelleting maker.
The major factors for the obstruction of the sawdust timber pellet mills mold are as adheres to:
1. The feed of the wood pellet mills is also quick as well as the output is as well slow-moving.
Remedy: Replace the die of the wood pelletizer maker, or decrease the feed price.
2. The raw materials have contaminations, such as nails, bricks, etc.
Remedy: Turn off the wood pellet mills devices, after that open up the mold and mildew cover, after that pour out the extruded raw material, clean out the impurities in the raw material, and placed the raw material back. Keep in mind: When replacing the mold cover, tighten the nut.
3. Improper control of basic material moisture, or excessive particle dimension, and so on, will certainly also trigger obstruction of the timber pellet mills mold and mildew, and also hand-operated cleansing is very difficult.

Remedy: Big makers will get special needs punching holes, but for new friends who have actually just invested in wood pellet production, die obstructing is a migraine.
4. During the production process, because of power failure or other factors, the mold and mildew is obstructed, particularly the small-diameter mold and mildew is tough to tidy. Boring the material with a power drill is a lot more typical in wood pellet production equipment, however this is time consuming and often tends to damage the smoothness of the die holes. Moreover, after the die is punched, it needs to be re-ground prior to it can be made use of usually, which influences the work effectiveness.
Remedy: A a lot more reliable method is to utilize oil to steam the ring die, so that the plug opening is totally immersed in the oil and afterwards heat the bottom of the oil frying pan till the product in the plug opening makes a popping sound, i.e. get rid of the plugging die, re-install the machine after cooling, Adjust the void of the die rolls, according to the operation requirements of the timber pellet mills, the product in the blocked die can be quickly cleansed by re-driving.

2023.06.07 08:05 confused-grunts Guide To Kpop Youtubers' Patreons (My Own Personal Opinion)

Hi! So I have subscribed to a lot of different Patreon's throughout the past few years (recently subscribed to a lot due to Boys Planet) and because of this I thought it would be a good idea to discuss which one's I think are the best overall and my experience as a patron to them (not just Boy's Planet related but all their content). Hopefully this’ll help other people decide whether they'd like to support them or not. I will also be reviewing each one regarding content, frequency of updates, consistency, and price. Keep in mind this is all my opinion and you are free to share yours and your experiences as well. If there is someone you recommend, or someone you would like me to subscribe to and check out before you do, please leave a comment and if it doesn’t cost too much I’ll do it.
First one is Jeff Avenue. He follows the schedules he posts pretty much always. He also is very very knowledgeable regarding dancing and singing and pauses a lot to explain why a dance might be a little off or an idol's singing might be a little lackluster. If you do not like reactors pausing this is not the patreon for you. He's super nice in the comment sections and the price point for his content is really good ($3 for variety content, $5 for reactions to most survival shows, songs, albums, kdramas, concerts/etc. but $10 for Street Man FighteQueendom/Be Mbitious reactions). He does usually only stick to NCT/Seventeen/Blackpink/YG/SM/JYP or HYBE Groups' content and survival shows (The Unit/Kingdom/I-Land), and doesn't often explore (at least on his patreon) new groups much. Still, a good bang for your buck and you are bound to learn something about singing or dancing, and honestly he has pointed out things I haven't noticed before so I thought that's cool. Really great expertise from his over a decade of experience being in the performing arts. Here is his patreon and the youtube.
Next is Form Of Therapy. Arguably one of the most well known. I have been an off again on again patron for him for the past three years. Lot's of content and a pretty good pricing system ($10 usd for survival shows, music and variety reactions, etc. $15 for anime (some dubbed, some subbed) and kdrama reactions and $20 for non-korean variety and drama reactions). They give off great insight regarding Korean culture and their experience with being a producer and knowledge of cameras and filming expertise. They just are extremely knowledgeable which is great to both see and learn from. However, there are drawbacks. The biggest one is consistency. They suffer from some mental health issues and does communicate that but because of that I don't think they've consistently followed a schedule for more than 2 months ever since I started following them. Whether it be employee issues, moving, their cat flooding the bathroom etc. something often happens which impacts the schedule halfway through a month. They have gone pretty silent in the past and it can get frustrating. Videos might get posted one the expected day later than expected due to one thing or another and that happens fairly often. Their patreon also lost a lot of content from 2021 and prior due to the issues with their video host, so if you are subscribing to watch their reaction to survival shows like LOUD, amongst others, the full thing would not be there and it's still up in the air if that footage could ever be recovered. Double check to make sure the content you want to see is still there if it is more than a year old. They also, recently, haven't been really reacting to or exploring newer groups and have kept it pretty much Le Sserafim/Seventeen/Treasure/TXT/IVE/ITZY content alongside a small handful of other groups. Their 'About Form Of Therapy' page on Patreon is outdated so do not go off of that. Overall, great expertise and genuinely a likeable person, a fair pricing system, but sometimes can be very inconsistent and has lost a lot of old content. Here is their patreon and youtube.
Birb is the next one. This one is the one with the best pricing and the most content. When I mean he has reacted to a lot I mean it. If you want to see something reacted to 9 times out of 10 he'll have it. He also reacts often on twitch, meaning there are people commenting on things that he might have not noticed or known so that outside input on top of his reactions is honestly very helpful. Because he has reacted to so much content he knows a lot of groups and makes connections most people wouldn't be aware of. He also livestreams requests (only people in a certain tear can leave requests but anyone on the cheapest tier can watch the livestream) once a month which are multiple hours longs so he has reacted to pretty much anything (J-Pop, Filo Pop, C-Pop, western media, etc.). For $2 you can watch these live streams and basically every variety show and music reactions he has except album reactions. For $5 you can watch album reactions, $10 and you can leave a reaction request for those livestreams (once again, anyone in the $2 can watch the livestream but only $10 can request a reaction to something), and $15 for kdrama reactions. Great pricing, an insane amount of content stockpiled, and a comfortable environment with sometimes very funny reactions. Because he has reacted to so much he basically at least has a rough idea about any idol group you can think of. The only drawback I could possible think of, and this is me pushing it, is that he can get hyper sometimes and might lose a few details while reacting to videos but that's honestly not a big deal and when it does occasionally occur it's funny and his twitch commenters will call him out for missing something. Here is the patreon and youtube.
Koko3op is the next one. I dislike his pricing system the most, as after about a month and a half content (survival shows) gets pushed into a higher tier in order to watch ($13.50 to watch, so if you join his patreon right now you'd only be able to watch the final of Boys Planet under his $5.50 variety reaction tier but would have to subscribe to his $13.50 to watch prior episodes. All of his older survival show reactions, for example Kingdom, are on this tier). His pricing, because of that content push, is higher than the $10 most others charge or less. It's $5.50 to watch variety content that isn't survival show based and this doesn't get pushed to the higher tier unless it is specifically a survival show. You can also watch album and music reactions at this tier. Despite this, he is very very honest which is refreshing. He's honest about how he feels about a song or an idol which I could see offending some people but I personally appreciate it. Sometimes he just doesn't hold back so I don't recommend his channel to people who are overly protective over their idols. He does have a good variety of content and does bring his (really funny) friends to react sometimes which is super nice to see an outside perspective. Overall, honest reactions with a good variety of content with an iffy pricing system. Here is the patreon and youtube.
The next one is Johan Moon. Very funny, can be very sassy and shady (in a fun way), and has a good amount of content stockpiled. He also knows a lot of idols and groups but sometimes confuses them. He's knowledgeable but not the best at remembering names but he will have a rough idea about most things. $3 for short variety content and live stage reactions, $6 for all variety content, survival shows, album reactions, and $10 for kdrama and BL's. He has a huge catalogue of survival show reactions (I'm talking the Unit, &Audition, Queen, The Origin -A, B, Or What?, and many others including relative unknown shows). The first episode reaction is always free so if you are hesitant to purchase his patreon watch the free episodes. Great and funny personality, great stockpile of reaction content, and he reacts to BLs which is a huge plus. Only downside could be the struggle to remember names. Here is the patreon and here is the youtube.
Last one for now is Yawnbi. It's a pretty new patreon so not an insanely huge amount of content but a decent amount. He reacts on twitch so there is people commenting and adding on top of his reactions and his patreon is at a great price ($3 for short variety content and reactions and $5 for long form content like survival shows, kdramas, and Physical:100 reactions and you can make requests at this tier). Honestly his reactions feel like you are hanging out with a bro, that's the best way to describe it. He doesn't add expertise to things but he does joke around and it's just super comfortable, plus his twitch commenters can be pretty funny. Good price, comfortable environment, and a chill atmosphere. Here is his patreon and his youtube.
Quick little shoutout to Garrison too: he's a relatively small reactor who reacts to so many unknown and underrated groups and I think his consistent hard work and dedication deserves some recognition. His patreon is full, full, of female idol variety and live performance content and odds are if you want to watch someone react to a niche series he's your person. And he uploads on his YouTube almost every day He also keeps up to date on a lot of content and knows almost every 4th gen girl group out there. Plus his tiers are only $2 to $6 so it's relatively cheap. Here is his patreon and his youtube.
This post isn't meant to hate any specific creator so please don't be mean to them. Constructive criticism about their patreons is totally okay though. And once again, this is my personal experience and as of June 2023 up to date.

2023.06.07 08:03 Physical-Ad7370 am i in a toxic relationship?

my boyfriend 21(M) and i 23(F) have been together for almost a year now, my friends think it’s toxic.
here are some of the major things that have happened with in the past 4mo :
one of my friends found him online on tinder christmas morning and i myself saw him chat with a girl he had a talking stage with tell her she still looked good, we talked it out and he blocked her without me asking, but we had established that we are not going to talk to anyone that we have had a thing for in the past.
i see him liking other girls pictures when they are half naked or have some part of them showing in a provocative manner. just today two screenshots of different women in very very revealing lingerie popped up in his camera role.
i have tried to tell him that it makes me uncomfortable but he shuts me down almost immediately.
today we made plans to hangout at around dinner time but my best friend called me for an EMERGENCY and that she needed to be taken to the ER because she could not get herself there. BUT he is stating that i chose my friend over him. nothing about me taking her to the ER (i have a ss of the message for anyone to see)
i don’t have proof but i believe he is going through my phone when i’m asleep, i went to text my friend and there there messages that i know i did not open or even saw that have been opened, time stamps say i was asleep.
he got upset with me for someone who has been a better father to me than my own father , for pulling me into a hug to say goodbye.
he claimed he was going to kill himself while drunk and caused a scene over that ^
there’s more, but this is getting too long.
