IMPORTANT REMINDER TO BIND YOUR ACCOUNT!

Basic Information
  • Period: 5/6/2022 (Mon) 06:00:00 UTC - 5/7/2022 (Mon) 06:00:00 UTC
  • Champion Stadium (CS) resets every week with different weaknesses.
  • You cannot use the same Sync Pair after each battle. That is, if you already used SS Red in the first round, you cannot use him in another round.
  • A special parameter (e.g. Sync Move countdown, faster move gauge refill, etc.) takes place each round. You can choose to battle which Elite 4 to take full advantage of the conditions.
  • Champion battle will be unlocked only if all Elite 4 members are defeated. As you face the champion, you can choose any one of these parameters with the addition of boss parameter(s).
  • You can reset as many times as you like once you reached the Hall of Fame to try out different team compositions and strategies.

About Master Mode
Master Mode can be unlocked after you used all 18 types on the CS cumulatively, and the Champion is defeated in the same week. You shouldn't be able to unlock Master Mode until as early as Week 2 of the Regional Challenge.
  • Master Mode remains the same as normal mode, with the addition to choose as many options as you like to increase the difficulty, but maximum points is always barred at 2,000 points. The harder the option, the more points you will receive upon the battle. Options can be reused for other stages.
  • Note: Starting from 3/4/2023 06:00 UTC, the maximum points will be increased from 2,000 to 2,500 points, and the upper limit of total point rewards will be raised from 10,000 to 12,500 points. Refer to 45th development letter for more details.

Please remember to bind your accounts and take note of your UID, member code, server location, and any information related to your account (e.g. amount spent, student roster, etc). If anything happens to your account (e.g. losing access, unauthorized access), you will need to provide as much info as you can to Nexon's customer support email. Guest accounts that are unbound will be extremely difficult to recover, perhaps impossible.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

[01] When does the server reset?
For global, dailies reset at 19:00 UTC and weeklies reset on Sunday.
[02] Should I re-roll this account?
This will depend on your priorities with PvE, PvP, or both, but you can generally see the “ideal” units as Iori, Hibiki, and Tsubaki for most content, while Shun and Haruna are great for PvP.
[03] Who should I spend my elephs on? Who should I mystic unlock?
At the start, prioritize spending your blank elephs on getting Serina to 2-star for the increased healing stat, Tsubaki to 3-star for the extra tankiness when she is reloading. It is generally advised not to spend your elephs on increasing characters to 4-star and 5-star ratings, since there is only a stat increase and the amount of elephs needed is quite high.
[04] What do my support students’ stats do?
Aside from increasing the stats of their own skills, support students will provide additional stat boosts to your striker team. The specific increase(s) can be viewed by clicking on “Support” on the right side of the team formation screen.
[05] What should I buy in the shop?
[06] What does the “leader” position do?
This is purely cosmetic, as it changes which student’s chibi shows up on the map.
[07] What benefits are there to joining a club?
  1. Students assigned to assist with TA cannot also be selected to assist with JFD.
  2. 20 credits are rewarded every minute by setting assistants.
  3. The specific unit that is borrowed can be only used once a day.
  4. There's a fee of 40,000 credits, when borrowing a assistant student.
  5. The donor receives 50,000 credits instead; even though the fee is 40,000 credits.
  6. The fee can only be received 20 times a day.
[08] How does the pity system work?
You need to pull, at a minimum, 200 times in order to get 200 recruitment points that are redeemed for the character you want. The recruitment point system does not carry over from banner to banner, it is only shared between banners that are concurrently running.
[09] Why can’t I find my friend’s club?
While the servers’ updates are separated from JP and global, the global servers are separated further into smaller divisions. You need to be on the same server as your friend, which you can check from the home screen: top-right menu button > account > version info. The server must be the same.
[10] When is X banner coming? Should I save for X student?
We never know for sure, due to the fact that global servers are on an accelerated schedule compared to JP. Please refer to this guide for some more info.
[11] Should I use Pyroxenes to refill my AP?
If you want to prioritize progression, the first three daily refills are decently valuable, this is because the Pyroxene cost of refilling will increase for every three refills. If you are focused on character collection or future banners, you should be saving your Pyroxenes.
[12] Why can’t I buy X student’s eleph in the shop?
You can only buy elephs of students you own.
[13] What should I craft?
At the start, prioritize crafting cafe furniture until your comfort is maxed out, then students’ gifts, then whichever upgrade materials you need. The crafting system is the only way to get furniture and gifts at the moment.
[14] What is the “Anniversary” in account settings?
This is your birthday, used for characters to wish you happy birthday.
[15] When will the beginner guide missions for Nonomi end?
This is a permanent addition, so feel free to take your time with the tasks.
[16] What is the best place to farm EXP?
You can run any map to farm EXP, as the EXP gain is equal to the amount of AP spent (i.e. 10 AP spent = 10 EXP gained). You should be looking at the stages that drop the equipment upgrade materials that you need.
[17] What is the “Secret Tech Sheet” in the Total Assault shop?
This is used to upgrade a student’s (non-EX) skill to level 10.
[18] Is it worth doing a raid if I can’t pass X difficulty level?
It is always more efficient to clear the highest difficulty you can finish instead of failing/forfeiting a higher difficulty.
[19] Can I claim the Limited Students through exchanging Expert Permits? How often does the Expert Permit shop resets?
You cannot get the limited students via this method. You will still need to pull for them. There's no specific mentioned but it's expected to be monthly.

I'm reposting my guide to leveling a barbarian the EASY WAY, because other talent variations I have tried legit led to less damage output AND less survivability. Feel like this might be useful now that diablo 4 is out.
I can literally stand in boss mechanics the whole fight without using ANY potions, and come out with full HP at the end on world tier 2. Heres a quick link to the build on talent calculator (I know it says lvl 31 or something but you get bonus skill points through various stuff in the game):
Talents
Explanation of the build:
BASIC, CORE:
  1. Start out with flay -> combat flay.
    1. This will give you 12% dr at 4 stacks of flay plus around 400 thorns at lvl 25.
    2. This is also necessary to get to core skills
  2. Get rend -> furious rend.
    1. This is a high damage ability to get you through early levels.
    2. The extra fury generation will allow for higher uptime on the bleed.
  3. Get whirlwind -> furious whirlwind Instead of Rend if you get the legendary affix that pulls enemies in on whirlwind or you prefer the mobility increase.
    1. This will help dish out your thorns fastebetter since enemies will hit you easier up close.
DEFENSIVE:
This is where you will dump most of your skill points.
  1. Start by speccing into outburst, giving you thorns.
    1. Keep putting points into this skill until you have 3 points in the defensive section.
  2. At 3 points, get challenging shout -> Strategic challenging shout by removing the points in thorns
    1. This gives you thorns equal to 50% of your maximum life which is easy to buff up with items and rubies in armor slot sockets to an absurd number.
    2. This can be like 250 thorns or more at lvl 25, which combined with flay will be around 600-700 thorns on its own.
  3. Get outburst and tough as nails (1 point each, gives thorns and %thorns)
  4. Get rallying cry -> strategic rallying cry and Iron skin -> tactical iron skin
    1. These are your huge survivability and healing tools.
    2. Order doesnt matter but I prefer rallying cry first for the fortify and for the movement speed.
FINISHING THE BUILD:
  1. (Weapon Mastery) Get 1 point into Thick skin (weapon mastery section) asap.
    1. This makes you passively gain fortify and stay at close to 100% fortify since enemies will keep hitting you
  2. (Defensive) Get 3/3 in Imposing presence for 15% max HP to give you more thorns from Challenging shout activation
  3. (Brawling) Get 3/3 in booming voice for higher fortify/thorns uptime from your shouts, and 1 point in raid lead for more HP regen during your shouts uptime
ITEMIZATION:
  1. Aspect of Tempering Blows (Fortify on Weapon Swap x6) and use dual wield for flay and a different weapon for WW/Rend depending on what you have
    1. This should allow you to build up fortify very fast
  2. Aspect of the Iron Warrior (Iron Skin grants Unstoppable and x% Damage Reduction)
  3. Try to get the aspect/power "reduce shout cd by x seconds per enemy nearby, up to 12 seconds"
  4. Try to get "your whirlwind periodically pulls enemies in", this is when you swap from rend -> ww
  5. Try to get an item with a skill point into either leap or charge for mobility.
  6. Needleflare Aspect - Thorns damage dealt has a 20% chance to deal damage to all enemies around you
  7. Quickening Pulse - reduces your cds when damaging elites
  8. Numbing wrath - fortify generation while at max fury
  9. Death Wish - thorns while berserking (found in a dungeon!)
GAMEPLAY:
Enjoy standing inside of/ignoring mechanics in the game while being at full hp and never using potions.

2023.06.03 00:22 nth314 Ryzen 5 5600G Black Screen, Display Driver or Display Stability Issues

Hello. Since building this PC in June 2022, I've been trying to diagnose a strange issue with the integrated GPU either producing a black screen or experiencing display driver timeouts (the famous device manager error 4101). This collection of issues only occurs when the PC cold boots, or on rare occasions when waking from sleep. The PC has no issues when under load or playing games, and has never had a BSOD. I have not found a way to manually reproduce these issues, and they occur as often as twice per day, or as infrequently as once a month, making diagnosis difficult. Note that after December 2022, the PC began showing black screens on POST and failing to exit POST.
Computer Type: Desktop
GPU: Vega 7 integrated GPU in Ryzen 5 5600G

Description of Original Problem: Original issue began a few days after building PC and installing windows. After running MemTest86 (no issues after 4 passes), the system was rebooted. System reboots normally, 1 beep from installed PC buzzer and windows boots to lock screen. On lockscreen, display immediately freezes, usually after the clock and background is shown. The PC will stay frozen until the display driver times out after 10 seconds, the monitor will lose signal as the driver is re-initialized and the display will return, only to freeze again a few seconds later. This continues until either windows disables the driver entirely, relying on the basic display driver, or the system fails to recover and remains frozen. Some variations of this issue result in the display crashing before the background even renders in the lockscreen, and sometimes video signal is restored as a black screen, only to freeze and recover again (monitor shows backlit black screen, then backlight is turned off as the input signal is lost and restored).
After around December 2022, issues began manifesting in different ways, and occurred outside of just the windows lock screen. Sometimes on power on, the system will beep once but display a black screen, never leaving POST. Short pressing the power button shuts off the system allowing for a restart. On other occasions display crashes now occur after system wakes from sleep, with the result being either a frozen system or successful fallback to basic display drivers. Seismic is a gaming community focusing primarily on hanging out in voice chats, drinking coffee or other nice things and shooting aliens and guardians alike. We grew quite big, but our goal is still the same: to maintain a friendly and close-knit team and play those cool missions with a lot of teamwork, all while helping more people become part of it through our raid sherpa events, mentoring sessions and casual discussions.

Later I exported those models in FBX model, but animations remain in SEAnim format, so I've managed to open FBX model in 3ds max, but I still don't know how to import animations in either 3ds max or Blender.

Also guys, could you please tell me how to render models best? Which angles and render scenes are the best? I intend to get high quality renders, maybe even photorealistic, so could you please give me advices on that? Like I said, I'm not a modeller and didn't work in 3ds max much and I Installed Blender only yesterday. I would prefer to render in 3ds max since at least I did some stuff there earlier. Help will be greatly appreciated!

It has been two months since zkSync Era Alpha Mainnet opened up to all. Landon, Data-wiz at Matter Labs, created a ZettaBlock Dashboard (Dashboard) to track daily transactions, addresses, and other insightful metrics about protocol usage.

A few reminders:
  • ⚠️ zkSync Era Mainnet is in its Alpha stage. That means, despite our very careful approach to security (read more here), we cannot rule out occasional hiccups.
  • ⚠️ For security reasons, we implemented a 24 hour execution delay. This means that if you withdraw your funds from zkSync Era Mainnet to Ethereum, it will take at least 24 hours for your funds to arrive. Read more about the delay on our blog.
  • 💡Finally, bxpana put together a set of tips to help you navigate zkSync Era. You can find them on his GitHub repository.

First of all, we would like to announce that Michael Lee, former VP of Community at Activision Blizzard, joined Matter Labs as SVP of Growth. Welcome Michael! (News)
With the launch of Mainnet, we saw a huge inflow in new developers and users. We reached the maximum server size on Discord (500k members). For this reason, and temporarily, new members will not be able to join. We have applied for an extension.
This month we would like to highlight the fantastic work that Feichi, Takeshi, and Mint.eth (Community Moderator) are doing in nurturing their local communities (China, Japan, and Vietnam respectively). For over a year, they have been providing support to users, engaging with projects, and crafting marketing campaigns to bond with their local community. If you are interested in doing so, feel free to kickstart the effort, and reach out to us!
