Hi all,
How do you keep your CYA down? Do you alternate use of both liquid/unstabilized chlorine and tabs? If you use the liquid/unstabilized chlorine how long does it last in the pool? Google is not very helpful, so I'm looking for recommendations from people who actually live here and know how the summer heat affects our pools.
A little info on our pool: bought the house in 2019 and a year later had a "pool dialysis" done, pebble tec surface, go to leslie's for chemical checks, bad black algae last year, new filter grids put in last fall, size is roughly 12-14K gallon (I think.)
Thanks for any input you may have :)
