my question is, do we have to undergo another narrative in full detail because the application we have given to Aurey in Quebec, AND the IRCC application has all the details already from more than 10 years ago. it would be difficult to have to re-explain everything in this narrative the IRCC wants us to submit. is it just a formality, or are they serious about all the details? I feel like we have sent all the prevalent information including everything they are asking for in the Narrative portion already

So anyways, I came home from my 14 hour SL shift and the mental trauma that entailed, to this lovely auto generated email…
Dear overworked panda associate (ok maybe it didn’t say that)
“Stuff about going against terms and conditions and them reversing all 600 points I redeemed….
But then….
“Our records also show that you are a current Panda Associate. We have determined that your actions may also go against Panda�s policies and/or procedures. Your General Manager, ACO, and FHR representative have been notified and they will review this matter and determine if any disciplinary action is needed, up to and including termination. They will review this and contact you.”
Yeah the module explicitly said don’t do what I did, but there’s a lot of things we’re not supposed to do that Panda “looks the other way” even though they know. Like how my GM uses the safe money like an atm on weekends and we still have to put fudged numbers in. Oh well, I’ll update if I get fired or a stern lecture from my GM, ACO and/or FHR rep (what’s that again?)
